Have been going to different locations of Noodle Wave for a few years now, and the service is always good, the place is always clean - really there's not much to complain about. Recently got dinner there, and also noticed they have 2 Ramadan platters! Which is always amazing to see! They do also give you dates and a drink to break your fast. It used to be a good and tasty Thai restaurant, and I loved the fried rice. But now the food is terrible; the beef fried rice is wet, sweet, and salty. Noodle was overcooked and they added way too much dark soy sauce that it was bitter. Ordered the beef pad Thai and to my surprise it was the same dark brown/black color as the pad see eew. Soggy, mushy noodles in wet sauce. Ordered Mongolian beef and all three dishes were the exact same color like they used the same sauce on all dishes. Husband ordered the curry and said it was ok. Restaurant got very busy shortly after we sat down, service was fine. Thai restaurant is best known for their pad thai and this was by far the worst version I've ever had. Quick to take order, food takes a bit because its freshly prepared and served steaming hot. I really like that. I think 3 different wait staff helped me, more interested in service than who gets what it seems, that's refreshing and a bit endearing. Food was very good, chicken pad thai and an iced coffee. The pad thai I have an interesting critique for, I wish it had a bit more noodles. Most places generously add noodles and skimp on the protein and other expensive items, here, I had much more of the expensive stuff at the end and I would recommend a bit more noodles to go with that. A friend recommended this restaurant, and it turned out to be a cozy spot in a shopping center off the freeway. The food was pretty good, and the service was excellent! Our server, Derek, was from Bangkok, Thailand, and we even got a chance to thank him in Thai. My friend and I have been to Bangkok before, so it was nice to have a small connection to his country and the food. The only thing I wished for that evening was outdoor seating. The food was good and the portions large. Our waitress did a good job keeping drinks filled and clearing the table. As a group of 6, they did add the gratuity (18%). I'm usually picky about meat quality, but I was able to eat every piece in my meal. Which, take my word for it, is impressive. Been a bit since I last reviewed Noodle Wave. It is one of my kids favorites. The food is great, consistent (so rare) and creative. My last review I talked about the food, but this time I want to focus on the people. Every time I stop in be it lunch or dinner weekday or weekend everyone is so nice, welcoming and attentive. This was a busy Saturday night. I'm guessing from what I saw in staffing there had to be a server for every 3 or 4 tables. They worked well as a team providing a seamless dining experience. Dear Noodlewave Team, I've always been a loyal customer and have consistently praised your restaurant for its incredible food and top-notch service. That's why I'm so disappointed by what happened tonight. I placed an online order at 9:10 PM, well before your listed closing time of 9:30 PM. Nowhere on your website does it state that the kitchen closes at 9:00 PM, so I had every reason to believe my order would be fulfilled--especially since the system allowed the order to go through. To be safe, I called around 9:20 PM to confirm everything was okay. That's when I was told my order would not be made because the kitchen had already closed. This was not only unexpected, but frustrating--especially given the limited options available at that hour. I spoke with a team member who quickly became defensive when I pointed out the website had no mention of a 9:00 PM kitchen closure. I then asked to speak to a manager and was connected to a supervisor named Sophie, who repeated the same information. Rather than working to understand my perspective as a customer, she also became defensive and even called me "mean" simply because I was expressing my frustration about the situation. She did offer a refund, which I appreciate, but that doesn't undo the inconvenience of being left without dinner late at night--and frankly, without the level of respect and care I've come to expect from Noodlewave. I'm truly disappointed by how I was treated. I've always spoken highly of your restaurant, and this experience was not aligned with the values of great service I've come to associate with your brand. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider revising your online order policies--or at the very least, clearly communicate kitchen closing times--so other loyal customers don't run into the same issue. read more

I been going to noodle wave for several years. The food has gotten better over the years and make sure you know the spice level because it can get pretty spicy. We had the Pad Thai Noodles, sukiyaki noodles, Panang curry and the Tom Kha Soup. Every was spice level 2 and tasted really good without being too spicy read more
