First time here, the food was very Americanized and the flavor was okay. We ordered the general tso's chicken and orange chicken. The sauce of the chicken was alright, but the outside of the chicken was soggy instead of crunchy and the inside chicken was a little dry. The service was okay, pretty standard. The interior is clean and is pretty standard for Chinese takeout diner. There are some free self service soups but they did not taste good. It also came with a free egg roll that was really large, but I think there was way too much sausage inside. The sweet and sour sauce was not very good. However, considering the food was a lunch special for only $9 the food is not bad, just not particularly good either. It feels like the standard Americans Chinese diner, where it tastes like what you would expect but there is definitely better. read more

I loved this restaurant until a few months ago when the flavor and quality of all the food dramatically changed. I'm not sure if they changed cooks or started using different ingredients but I will not return here again. The Chinese food and the Cajun boil are all horrible now. The soups were great! Two of the main dishes we had were great. The sweet and sour chicken, however, let me down a little. Most place give you peppers, onions, and pineapple with the chicken together. This was just pieces of fried chicken and a bowl of sauce on the side. And the fried rice was more like steamed rice with some egg thrown in. I think the "mixed and sauced" main dishes are the way to go here. read more

Its a pretty decent restaurant. A family owned business who are dedicated for customer experience. The ambience is not so great but the people are. Placed the online order, and received a confirmation that the time to be there to pick it up was 6:51 pm. Since it was a Friday night, and I assumed that they'd be a little busy, I showed up at 7:00 pm. I waited until 7:20 to leave with my order, a full 29 minutes after the committed time. They have too few people working there. Looks like a family business, as children under the legal working age were behind the counter, bringing food from the kitchen to the prep table. When I saw the menu, my gut feeling was this restaurant would be decent at best. The menu is all over the place - Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Cajun. It's hard to good at everything with only a couple of cooks. And my gut feeling was right...this is not very good food. The Kung Pao Chicken was awful. It was the worst Kung Pai Chicken I have ever eaten. I never seen a restaurant put carrots, celery and green pepper in Kung Pao Chicken. The wrong veggies change in a dish changes the whole complexity of the dish. Beef and broccoli was edible. To be a better restaurant, they need to cut the number of dishes down to 10 - 12 and use the correct ingredients. read more

I understand their business is primarily to go, and thus, I shouldn't complain too much that they are completely incapable of handling and servicing dine in. The server asked us for our order after only two minutes, & we weren't ready. We had to go to the counter to order apps. The server never asked if we wanted drinks (btw - only bottled drinks & only water as a sugar free option) & took a good 20 plus minutes to finally think we might want to order entrees. None of the food came out together - not the apps & not the entrees. In fact, of five entrees, they came out in three waves - the last nearly fifteen minutes after the first. Everyone got to-go trays except me. My shrimp with lobster sauce came out like a soup & literally no way to eat it except AS a soup. Like, where was I supposed to put the rice? (see pic) When asked for something to eat off, I was provided with two lousy, tiny, styrofoam bowls too small for a quarter of the rice, let alone anything else. We had to get our own napkins. One of our party ordered a bento box. It comes with a salad. The salad was only dry lettuce (no dressing until we asked). Not sure about other's experience here but mine has always been positive. The food is always hot and fresh. Out of all the varieties of Asian cuisine, Chinese is my least favorite. But at times I crave good lo mein and this place has delicious chicken lo mein. I also get the egg drop soup and dumplings, which are also very good. I have not tried some of their other dishes. I personally think if you are wanting Thai, then maybe do not order a Thai dish at what seems to be a Chinese restaurant. For me this is a solid place if you are craving Chinese. read more

I order delivery and pick up frequently from here. My issue is when ordering online the Tip is listed in % not $. So when you present a 20% tip you are charged $20! This is poor practice and each time I have to address and frankly, argue. Ultimately I have to go to the site, ring in an item, add tip then show owner the mix up. Every time I'm met with a rude reply. Save the problems and go elsewhere! read more

We've ordered takeout a few times from here and are always satisfied. The food is better than Americanized Chinese food. They have a huge menu including sushi, Thai and other Asian fare. It's not as good as some of the other options around town (which are region specific), but if you have a picky family this is a great alternative. I talked to a manager to let her know of my complaint. She wanted me to buy more food. NO! Went to this restaurant for dinner and the moment I opened the door I got a strong smell of sulfur like eggs and that was through my 3 layer mask. The smell was overwhelming that I decided to just go somewhere else due to i could not focus on anything else other then the smell.The way the restaurant smelled I could only imagine how the food would taste. Go to Chinese restaurant! The Chinese dishes are the best in town in my opinion. Fresh vegetables and meats and delicious flavor. I would give the sushi a 3.5 because I am totally a sushi snob but the Chinese food is a five all the way around and the service is also fantastic. Definitely recommend! read more

No Flavor in the Won ton soup , used probably about a Dime size of meat and wrapped it in wonton and called it a day . Nothing floating in broth which is a red flag and tells me it's just warmed water with a splash of soy sauce . Avoid this place if you're wanting a Good Meal read more

After receiving their flyer in the mail, I decided to try them out. I've had their takeout on a number of occasions. Their sesame chicken is pretty good and their crab rangoons and Asian egg rolls are decent. Portion sizes are standard. This past time however I tried their Miso Ramen Chashu...just awful. So bad my garbage disposal even threw it up. 10/10 wouldn't recommend, unless you really hate yourself. read more

We noticed this place while leaving Kroger and decided to give it a try tonight. It was delicious! I'm not really an Asian connoisseur, but they had something for everyone's taste. We had chicken pad Thai, chicken lo mein, and sesame chicken. The spicy edamame had just the right flavor vs the normal plain Jane ones we usually get. I ordered the Hibachi Steak and basically received what was more like a beef and broccoli dish. I called to ask if it was a mistake and they said that is the quality of steak they use for hibachi. Also the fried rice is very bland with no veggies in it. Poor quality and bad customer service for not trying to make it right by the customer. read more

I'm talking a whole 2 foot piece of meat. They had scissors. At the table. No steak knife. No forks. Chopsticks and full meat scissors. We couldn't even cut it without using our hands. The meat all around was seasoned, okay. HEAVY sauce. Pineapple steak was rubber, the Bulgogi was insanely too sweet, dripping in marinade. The beef belly was outstanding though. The rice? Overcooked. Rubber. No seasoning. Comes in a bowl and you pour it on a flat glass tray. It spills. Everywhere. And then let's talk about the grill at the table. Any other place?
