Shrimp fried rice hold the roach please

Ordered shrimp fried rice and it had a roach in it. I have been a customer over 5 years this never happened before but it shouldn't happen EVER.

    Bun Bo hue

A very casual place with a very westernized and fast-food like layout of the menu. There is not much variety but it's got the basics- beef, chicken, seafood, vegetable pho. It even has "spicy hue pho" aka bun bo hue and some rice plate and vermicelli options. I ordered their egg rolls and spicy hue pho with chicken. Egg rolls came hot and well-seasoned. The broth tasted okay, but was a bit heavy on the fish sauce and could've had more depth. The portion size is decent, but I did find the price to be a tad bit pricey considering the area. Not a bad option if you're close, but you could find better if you ventured out a little further.

I have nothing to hate about this place. They have amazing food. I tried their vegan pho combo for dinner. It came with two summer rolls. The pho was very nice and I shared some with my husband. The broth was flavorful and veggies was simple and delicious. My older son loved the summer rolls. Will definitely be going back to try some more food from the menu.

    Beef Pho

I've been coming here for maybe 8 years? The beef Pho is consistently top notch. We all need to support family owned restaurants like these. Food came out piping hot in less than 3-4 minutes. Highly recommend!

    Veggie bowl with complimentary maggot

My daughter and I went out for Pho There was a maggot in her bowl and they refused to comp our meal. They only gave me a refund for the bowl of soup that had the maggot. The dept of health has been notified.

This is one of our favorite finds. Great food and service. The veggie pho is delicious and hearty and the shaken beef is always great.

    Is the Pho gluten free?

Yes! The rice noodles they use are gluten free, the only thing that wouldn't be is certain sauces (hoisin, soy sauce, really anything that isn't sriracha or chili sauce) and meatballs if they use them.

The biggest issue for us was the ordering system. Everyone has to scan a QR code, place their own order, and enter their phone number. For a large group, this became very confusing because when the food came out, there was no clear way to tell who ordered what. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out which dishes belonged to each person. If you're coming with a big party, I definitely recommend making a list of everyone's orders ahead of time so it's easier to organize when the food arrives. The food itself was extremely spicy. Most of the BBQ items -- seafood, chicken, beef, and pork -- seemed to have the same heavy cumin and spicy seasoning, so the flavors started tasting very similar. Personally, that wasn't for us. However, the soy sauce fried rice and the cold noodles were really good and stood out the most from the meal. The service was good overall, although communication was a little difficult at times because it was hard to understand the staff's accents. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept. I think this place may work much better for smaller groups, but for our large party it was stressful and the food flavors were too repetitive for our taste. Unfortunately, it's probably not somewhere we would return to. Also they added 25% tip mandatory without mentioning it anywhere ; It was an experience though

The decor was simplistic, but cool. The restaurant is small but cosy. All the tables were taken when we walked in, the place was buzzing, but we got our table within less than 10 minutes. Rating: 9 out of 10 Food: everything I tried here was easily a 9 or a 10 out of 10! What we tried: - Holy Cow! Bo Ne - sizzling hot tenderloin on a hot plate served with a sunny side up egg, liver pate, salad and bread. Steak was juicy and tasty, liver pate was creamy, salad was the perfect combination of slightly sweet and savory. Combining all the ingredients together inside the baguette made the perfect sandwich! 9 out of 10 (almost a 9.5). - The Wok - flavorful Jasmine Rice wok fried with Prawns, Egg, Garlic and Spring Onions. Prawns were well cooked, crispy and very tasty, rice was flavorful, and the egg was cooked to perfection . 9 out of 10. Rating: 9 out of 10 Customer Service: customer service was good. On both occasions, we started with the spring rolls (grilled pork during our first visit and shrimp during our second visit), and these are fresh and delicious with the peanut sauce it comes with! My fiance has ordered the special combination pho on both occasions and he loves it. This bowl comes packed with different meats, and the broth here is really good. I've had the BBQ & wonton egg noodles and the pho with eye of round steak / flank / tripe. While I loved my bowl of pho (no notes), I do wish the bowl of BBQ & wonton egg noodles was a bit more flavorful. Think I will likely stick to their pho in the future since that's definitely the tried and true :)
