    Fried cheese bao

Overall pretty decent place that we stumbled upon. Everything seems new and clean. Service was friendly and we went with some of their recommendations. Food was good. + Fried cheese bao was good + Ramen was tasty and loved the thick chewy noodles = Potstickers were ok = Xiaolong bao was a little on the sweet side

Amazing service. They were so friendly. We had wonton soup, I ordered mine spicy, soup dumplings, pan fried dumplings and bbq pork bao. It's all homemade and you can tell. 10/10 we will be back soon!!

We stopped here after a day of exploring the area. I was craving good Orange chicken! This place is DELICIOUS! We were immediately greeted by the super friendly staff. Service was great. They were helpful and so attentive! We both ordered the orange chicken. It was so authentic and you could tell it was made with love. We also ordered crab rangoons (under a different name I have sadly forgotten on the menu -- maybe cream cheese dumplings?) and they were to DIE for with generous portions! Ambience is laid back and clean with a cozy authentic vibe. I ordered some HAND MADE bao buns to go and I cannot wait to try them later! Portions are very generous here. We could have split a meal! We will have some yummy leftovers for later. What a great find for delicious Chinese food!

My family and I have been here a handful of times. The service is always quick and nice, and for soup dumplings and Chinese food without having to drive to Plano; this place gets our fix. I really love their soup dumplings. My husband likes the lunch specials they have. My kids love the custard buns and the cheese buns. The cucumber salad and edamame here is really nice, as well as the pork belly with rice runs. Love that this place is close to home.

I stopped by with family to check out a new dumpling spot. We tried the chicken noodle soup, pork xia long bao, and chicken xia long bao. The chicken noodle soup came out quickly, before the soup dumplings which required more time. It was piping hot. The noodles were especially delicious. The broth had a pleasant savory flavor. There was plenty of chicken in the soup. The cheese bao appetizer was delicious. It was fried but not greasy. The bao were generously sized. The chicken xai long bao was delicious. The dumpling was thick in certain parts and thin in others. The chicken has a delicate and juicy flavor. I didn't love the dipping sauce it came with. I can't place the flavor that was overpowering; perhaps it was being a vinegar taste. The pork dumplings tasted similar to the chicken and were equally delicious. The main difference I could place was the flavor of the broth. Interior decorations were minimalistic and added an authentic Asian feel to our experience. Our server was attentive and checked in on us several times during our dining experience. Pricing was very fair for the portion sizes. Highly recommend!

The soup dumplings were HUGE, I've never had soup dumplings this big before haha but they were good! So many options to choose from on the menu. We got the soup dumplings, spicy wontons, noodles and scallion pancakes. The prices were good and food portions were large. I think they just opened a few months ago. Good to know there's a dumpling place nearby :) Will definitely come back and try the ramen next time.

Walking into noodles and dumpling time, the workers are friendly and attentive. Their menu has many options and we ordered 4 things total. I will say I was not too impressed with the food, but 2/4 things we got were good. For our apps, we got the garlic pork belly and the spicy wontons. The garlic pork belly was good. The flavor was enjoyable and the meat was soft. The wontons were a bit bland and not spicy. For our entrees we ordered the Mongolian beef with chicken and the braised beef noodle soup. The Mongolian dish was not the best and the side of fried rice also lacked in flavor. The braised beef noodle soup was great though. The noodles were soft and chewy and the broth was very homey. Overall the customer service was great and so was the environment, but the food, not so much. The noodles were definitely tasty which is the specialty, but anything else I probably would not order.

My family came here for Tuesday lunch. They had Tuesday specials. The food tasted pretty good. The atmosphere was pleasant. The service was good. We would come back again.

When they first opened, we were regulars, but after our last four visits in a row, we've officially called it quits. Each visit has somehow gotten worse, and while we kept hoping things would turn around, they just... haven't. Our last meal was: colorful combo dumplings, sweet and sour chicken, and fried shrimp noodles. Sounds delicious, right? Too bad we didn't enjoy it -- we threw most of it in the trash. The colorful dumplings should have been beef, chicken and vegetable. They all had the same mushy appearance and no flavor (no obvious differences). As for the chicken, while you can't always tell if a restaurant is serving frozen meat just by looking at it, the texture and batter (and sauce) were definitely not what it used to be--something is off. We thought if we tried something completely different than our usual order.. maybe we could remain loyal customers. We ordered the fried noodles with shrimp... and let's just say it was our last. The ginger was so overpowering! It was awful. They need to go back to the quality of food when they first opened. Eating out is too expensive and there's too much competition in this area to settle for eating at Noodles & Dumpling Time.

    Porkbelly with Garlic

Atmosphere: Noodle and Dumpling Time is more about the food than the vibe. The interior design could use some love--the mix of warm yellow bulbs and harsh white fluorescent lights clash and hurt the eyes. On the bright side, it's very clean--much cleaner than you'd expect from a casual dumpling spot. Food: The food was a great surprise despite the dull atmosphere. The soup dumplings were FAT--Texas-sized--and a great value for how big they are. Flavor could be stronger, but their size and freshness made up for it. The pork belly with garlic was healthy, flavorful, and not greasy. And the cheese bread balls? Awesome. The cheese pull could stretch forever. Tips for diners: * Eat fast--food cools down quicker than expected. * Portions are generous (come hungry). * Dumplings are made fresh and fat--totally worth it. Service & allergy safety: This is where they really earned my respect. I have a severe peanut allergy, and at Kitchen Master in Frisco I was hospitalized and almost died because they "forgot" if peanuts were in the dish. Ever since, I'm cautious. Here, the staff went above and beyond to confirm my food was safe. That level of care and attention means everything to me, and it's the kind of service that makes me want to come back. Suggestions for improvement: * Replace the fluorescent bulbs with warm yellow ones for a more comfortable vibe. * Add more Chinese-inspired décor--more red for vibrance and good fortune. * Boost the flavor of the soup dumplings to match their impressive size. Final thoughts: Don't come here expecting a fancy vibe--come for the food and the people. Fresh, fat dumplings, generous portions, and staff who actually care about your safety. For me, that makes this spot stand out.

Pork and cabbage pan fried dumplings

Finally! Authentic Chinese food in this area! We started with cucumber salad app and boy it was so refreshing. I love their take on this small dish. The cilantro and lightly sprinkled red onions were a nice touch! We ordered a the popcorn chicken (Szechuan) and it was a mountain of delicious crispy morsels with a little heat! Comes with a little bowl of rice which was perfect to pair with this dish. Of course we needed to get pork and cabbage pan fried dumplings... the crackly crisp that comes from the bottom of the pan.. we were squealing with delight! The filling was savory and very flavorful. If you dip it in the chili oil, brings the flavor to yet another level. Plus the dumplings are beautifully wrapped and cute little bundles. (Look like little bok choy!) Overall we left with full bellies and will be back for sure to try the noodle dishes.

Was in the area & ordered lunch to-go around the holidays, before this place started trending downward. Friendly staff; cucumber salad lacked any taste/flavor & the hot & sour soup tasted more like sour soup. The XLB skin was too thick for my taste but it was juicy & the staff was friendly.

My daughter and I tried this place today. We are Chinese and Japanese combined. As you can see from the photo, the two of us ordered enough food for 6-8 people. We wanted to try several menu items to determine if this is a legit Chinese restaurant. The verdict? 100% legit! Food was EXCELLENT!!! Their version of the Tonkotsu ramen was more Chinese than Japanese and it was very, VERY good with homemade noodles. Everything on our table was spot on explosion of Flavors! Restaurant was very clean and service was top notched!

The biggest issue for us was the ordering system. Everyone has to scan a QR code, place their own order, and enter their phone number. For a large group, this became very confusing because when the food came out, there was no clear way to tell who ordered what. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out which dishes belonged to each person. If you're coming with a big party, I definitely recommend making a list of everyone's orders ahead of time so it's easier to organize when the food arrives. The food itself was extremely spicy. Most of the BBQ items -- seafood, chicken, beef, and pork -- seemed to have the same heavy cumin and spicy seasoning, so the flavors started tasting very similar. Personally, that wasn't for us. However, the soy sauce fried rice and the cold noodles were really good and stood out the most from the meal. The service was good overall, although communication was a little difficult at times because it was hard to understand the staff's accents. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept. I think this place may work much better for smaller groups, but for our large party it was stressful and the food flavors were too repetitive for our taste. Unfortunately, it's probably not somewhere we would return to. Also they added 25% tip mandatory without mentioning it anywhere ; It was an experience though

Excellent service despite having no reason to, since we ordered through a qr code located on the tables. I don't write about customer service unless it was genuinely something that was worth telling people. He gave us a good rundown of the situation of the restaurant and provided an in-depth explanation of the menu for my first time there. He gave us plenty of options to choose from and explained what consisted in each of the dishes. Which helped us ultimately make our choices and I enjoyed every single dish. The interior was well decorated with modern/futuristic reflective aesthetics. A great touch that made me love it even more was the dimming bags put over the spotlights adorned around the ceiling to help cut down on glare and make it a bit more comfortable to enjoy the atmosphere. The mixed vegetable salad was a very pleasant blend of sweet, savory, and Sichuan spice. I originally was going for the cucumber but I was interested in more variety and opted to try more of what they had to offer. It still hit as a refreshing appetizer to complement our other dishes. 9/10 The black pepper noodles were actually amazing with how it balanced out a lot of strong, potentially overwhelming flavors. The black pepper was perfectly seasoning the fiery stir fried bell pepper and noodles. The beef played a great supporting role to elevate the dish without making it all about itself. 8.5/10 The Number 1 rice noodles in soup was powerful without being indulgent. The flavors hit hot and hard but still savory and tastefully diverse. Jin recommended it as the noodles have a very pleasant chew and had a diverse plating with bok choy, pickled mustard, and an egg to top it off. 8.5/10 Overall I enjoyed this place completely and will 100% return when I come back to Texas.
