Try this place for the very first time today seen it on TikTok. Thought I would give it a try. Came here with my kids and my niece. My niece did not like her pho, the manager told me I still need to pay for it because there's nothing wrong with the noodle. And that if I didn't pay for it, she was gonna call the police on me. I ordered the chicken noodle pho to go. It took about 20 minutes to get the food which seems a lot for noodle soup. It was awful, I threw it in the trash and microwaved a frozen dinner instead. The chicken wasn't fresh, it tasted like it had been refrigerated at some point. I didn't like the soup base and the noodles had a faint moth ball taste. I for sure won't be going back. read more

We love Pho Bistro and Kim is so wonderful and kind. My husband and I look so forward to Mondays. It's a ritual and the filet pho is our favorite. There's no other place as good. We have been coming here for a while and the staff is great as well as the food but they gave me brown bean Sprouts today. The bean Sprouts are my favorite part too so that made me sad. Update: they changed the noodles. They won't move, they have a horrible plastic taste to them and inedible. I'll be getting my pho somewhere else from now on. It sucks because I had been coming here for 2 years. In my pictures you can see that the noodles will not move despite me heating up my pho broth before putting it in the bowl (you're supposed to). Another update: spoke to the owner and instead of acknowledging her mistake she proceeded to argue with me and refused to refund my money. I ordered a large beef pho to go and you can't even fill up the broth full. Why fill 65% broth for to go. Fill it all the way up, I paid full price, therefore, fill it up. The broth is not enough to fill the meat and noodle. Unacceptable! First time and will be the last time. read more

Yikes where to begin. This place used to be awesome. The quality has gone so far down hill I'll never eat here again. The spring rolls all had stale rice paper making them nearly inedible. The rolls were so tiny, about the size of a silver dollar. The teriyaki chicken was just sad. Not even a half of a piece of chicken cut up. Tiny bit of sauce. Rice was under cooked. From the Christmas decor still hanging on the walls, to the hit or miss customer service, it's all become a part of the experience and I'm 100% here for it. It says pho but they have a variety of foods, including sushi and hibachi dishes. They have a nice selection of sushi rolls, even some with no rice (which is my husbands go-to). The filet mignon hibachi was good. My banh mi needed more meat for sure - lots of bread but not enough meat or the pickled veggies. read more

Sent my husband in to purchase six of their honeymoons which is two orders.. They proceeded to charge my husband for 6 orders at $51.For just two people. I call in And discuss it with them.And they tell me they are sorry and they understand my husband comes in and they tell him that they are not going to return the money. I didn't call and speak with him again.And i'm hung up on by the manager. I frequent this restaurant on a regular basis.And they have just lost a long time.Customer over $38. Had a weekday lunch here and the place was pretty crowded. The menu had lots of great options and I decided to try their mixed veggie and tofu rice noodle pho. There was no shortage of veggies (broccoli, bok choy, cabbage), but the fried tofu was off to me. Soaking in the soup, the fried part didn't seem to get too soggy. We went in for dinner on 9/7/22 me and my significant other ordered the same exact thing. My bowl was good but I noticed my significant other was not eating so I tried her bowl of soup, so I tasted her soup The broth was completely different than mine but mind you we ordered the same thing not too big of a deal right this is where it gets funny I asked if we could have a container of the broth to exchange the nasty broth in her soup, wasn't asking to replace the meal but I got denied the request and was told I need to pay for it. The restaurant was dirty, the spoons had god knows what stains embedded in it. The floor was so dirty, food from the previous diner caked on the floor. The staff was rude, we walked in and she didn't even look at us and said just sit anywhere and threw us the menu. The guy came to take our order and said, "are you ready?" and we answered yes, and then he just took off. On a good note, the Pho Broth was flavorful, but the meat was hard. The foods good, but the service is HORRIBLE. My SIL ordered the tofu pho. What she got was vegetables. When we asked where the tofu was, the owner, I believe, came over and very rudely said -- we didn't have tofu so I gave you extra vegetables. Right ..... cause that's what she'd ordered. Why couldn't they just let us know they were out of tofu and give her the option to order something else? Why didn't your servers know what they were out of? They're also not good at checking in with you, and it took forever for them to come by with the check. My brother and SIL went again another day, and no one came to seat them. They waited a bit. Then even sat themselves and no one checked on them ... so they left. Service here is a joke. The sign says "Please wait to be seated" and no one sat us, they just pointed at a table. Our waitress basically tossed our stuff on the table. Which was...weird and gave off the vibe he didn't care to even try to make money. Our waiter came by only twice, one time to give us drinks and another time to give us our food. Never checked up on us. And he left literally mid service. We ate some of our food and we were literally ignored for almost 30 minutes. Go figure since our server walked out. The food was okay. My pho was good but my boyfriends fried rice was super greasy and his soup was barely even heated.
