Pho is pretty good, but not great. The best part is the meat they use. The filet is super tender. And the broth is not bad. The main thing I love from this place is the vermicelli with grilled pork. Absolutely delicious. Had to take off one star bc it's insanely expensive for pho. We order via DoorDash and the specials are not the same as in store. At the store, you get a drink and egg roll and choice of shrimp chips or tots for like $16. (Which is still expensive considering that pho at any other authentic pho place is like $8 a bowl). But if you order via doordash, it's $17 and just includes an egg roll. They will charge you extra for drink and shrimp chips or tots...which is crazy. Either way, we still order from here often bc it's the only decent place around out here in the burbs read more

I come here often because it's one of the closest pho places near me even though it's on the pricier side for pho. Bonus they have boba drinks! The last two times I've ordered from here the food has gone downhill. Noodles overcooked and broth smelling off. Not sure what's going on. Maybe I'll try getting rice plates next time. The pho is made fresh daily and never refrigerated like some places. My go to is the meatball because it's homemade, which is rare to find. I'm from SoCal and they use packaged ones there but I guess it's hard to find in TX so they make their own here. the summer rolls (spring rolls), are fresh too. I wish I had tried this sooner! It's been hard to find vegetarian/vegan friendly Pho, and I was so glad to see they offer one! It is so flavorful and delicious. I don't often like rice noodles, but theirs have so much flavor and such a great texture. The tofu and mushrooms are so meaty and delicious. This has become my go to Pho place. My husband has gotten their rice dishes and their Banh Mi. He got the pork, and beef Banh Mi, and suggested the pork over the beef. He was unaware of the jalapeños on it, so beware if you don't like spicy! You can always ask them to take them off. The service is fine, probably the place they could improve the most, with general friendliness and attentiveness. Speed of food coming out is a little slow, but not too bad, plus the food is so tasty. I highly recommend getting the Pho, even if you're a meat eater, I'm sure the other options are just as delicious as the veggie! If you're in a rush, I recommend calling ahead! read more

Although generally reliable we had a disappointing experience tonight. Arrived at 7:30 and not one table had been bussed. We then decided to get our food to go since there was no place for us to sit. We ordered, paid and waited. After a few moments they came and told us they didn't do kids pho to go and that they'd refund us the kids and charge us for the regular. Clearly they weren't seeing how disappointed we were with our service. All that hassle to charge us two dollars more. Food is ok but front of house needs work. P.s waited 20 minutes for 2 pho and 1 bahn mi. They should consider renaming the restaurant " Take Forever Pho" read more

It I could give none I would. Ordered food and after 35 minutes asked where it was. The answer was our computer isn't working so we don't know what to make. This was after I asked where my food was 20 Minutes prior. The same computer did charge my credit card immediately. I told them what I wanted and they still did not start cooking it. They could not issue a refund as the computer was "broken" again or charged me without a problem. The also would not give me a gift card. read more

We totally loved this place. Every time we go to the outlet mall, we used to see it but this time we got the chance to dine there as well. The ambiance is pretty good and very casual. Their Bahn Mi was out of the world! The bread was freshly baked and the fillings were delicious - must try! The pho was super tasty and very filling. The cold spring rolls were larger than the other Vietnamese places and fills you up real fast. Do try their boba tea if you get a chance. Their restrooms were kept very clean. There were 5 other people all waiting for 1hour, the cashier constantly disappeared into the kitchen.. no update on when we can get our order no apologies instead the cashier argued that I called at 7:18 either way I got my order at 8:20.. so that is still not 35mins.. I ordered on the app for takeout and came in early since I was in the area. We decided to dine in and when we told the young man working the register, he made a gesture that we were inconveniencing him. I was annoyed that I was getting this type of immature response because this place wasn't even half full on a Friday night and now I know why! He eventually said he would bring it out to us. We noticed people around us coming in after and getting their food. I went back up to check and my food since the app still said in progress but was curious. It was sitting there the whole time! The same poor attitude dude forgot to update the status on the app to tell us the food was ready. He also could have taken it to our table like he told us in the beginning. I didn't feel like a valued customer and we will not be coming back here again! Best Vietnamese food I've had since moving to Texas. I ordered their banh mi thit nuong (grilled pork sandwich) and their pho tai (beef noodle soup) to go today. Both were great! The banh mi was really good and I was super excited because a lot of Vietnamese restaurants in the metroplex don't have banh mi. The pho was great!! The way they prepared it for a to go order was perfect. The broth was hot and kept separate, the crunchy vegetables were separated in a ziploc bag, the noodles, meat, and soft veggies were in a bowl together, and it came with a little soup spoon like you would use if you ate in the restaurant. The flavor of both was delish! I'll definitely be ordering from them again. I ordered my food to go but the restaurant is really cute so if you decide to dine-in it looks like it would be fun too. read more

I prefer the vermicelli with pork -- which has an extremely generous portion of pork. My wife also likes that dish but also likes their pho as well. I enjoy pho quite a bit and have gone here many times with my friends. The decor is clean and nice, and the staff are helpful. The boba is decent, I enjoy their mango smoothie boba. It's not the most fancy but it certainly hits the spot! I've had both the chicken and beef pho, both have really savory broths and a good amount of goodies. Came here with my husband and ordered bun rieu seafood. Since the seafood bowl doesnt come with tofu, we asked for it. Nearly $30 for two bowls of soup??? Seriously? I probably wouldn't care so much if the food was amazing, but I can't even say it was mediocre. The broth is very bland and tastes very Americanized. The "rieu" did not have the proper texture and the flavor was off. The portion was fairly large, but I'd rather have quality over quantity, which this place is seriously lacking. New name. Better food! So they put a new pho place here and it's definitely an improvement from before. The inside and setup are the same as before, but the food tastes a little better. This place has potential, but my first experience here left me under-impressed to say the least. My wife and I stopped in for takeout a few days ago, and everything actually went fine until we got home and saw that our order was wrong. I ordered the veggie pho, and my wife ordered a seafood one with no cilantro. Our cashier verified, "you want no cilantro, right?" Correct. We upgraded to value meals and got to choose between tater tots and shrimp chips, and we went with shrimp chips. We paid, left a few bucks in the tip jar, and headed home. Opened our food, no shrimp chips for either of us, and my wife's pho was loaded with cilantro and she had to pick it out by hand because she really hates it. We had summer rolls sans pork shrimp chips, tofu banh mi, and shrimp and egg roll vermicelli (bun) at this counter-service cafe. The summer rolls were exactly as expected. Tasty, but nothing special. The shrimp chips were out if the bag (expected) and microwaved, but palatable. The baguette for the sandwich was good, but it had way too much hoisin sauce, which dripped out as I bit into it. The vermicelli bowl had well-seasoned shrimp and very meaty eggrolls, but was otherwise unremarkable. The nuoc cham and peanut dipping sauces were both standard. My biggest complaint about this place is the component menu/price structure. Most items work out to 15-40% higher than sit down table service pho places elsewhere in the metroplex. read more
