I picked Lucky House randomly because I was craving Chinese food but also didn't want to spend a pretty penny and I was not disappointed. They have an amazing price point, their food portions are pretty decent and they give me enough sauces which I appreciated. It was a takeout order and they were pretty quick which I appreciated. I'll definitely order from them again.

First time ! I enjoyed the food you can tell it's made extremely fresh ! I had the orange chicken and steamed rice. I wish an egg roll came with it but I definitely will be back

Super fast service! The place is really clean too! I had sweet and sour soup. It's always really good. Most seem to order food to go. It's always busy and the girls that work here, work hard. Most folks seem to like the option of pick up your own food. I do see many folks come in, order and wait. It's never a long wait either! I personally prefer to eat there in person. The food always seems to taste better. March 2024

We came in on Sunday evening, so we were the only dine in customers. We were served quickly and the server did a great job of balancing attention without hovering. The food was delicious and prompt. The portions were good for the price. It has a bright and welcoming atmosphere. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Teriyaki Chicken was very good. Enjoyed the soup bar also. Very clean inside and staff was very responsive

Every thing is good, the only thing I think they need to add is more sauce to the general so it's kind of dry.

I wasn't really greeted but more told from the back of the place "sit wherever". I chose a window seat and was quickly given a couple of menus. The service was good, efficient and to the point, no pleasantries. I ordered the Spicy Edamame and Szechuan Dan Dan Noodle Soup. Both were very good and the portion was generous. I ordered pretty spicy broth for the Dan Dan Noodle soup and they delivered. It was spot on. There were only three more groups of two or three in the place on a Sunday afternoon so I had no problem getting a seat. The place was clean, but menus were sticky - I think they are wiped down with a washcloth that is maybe used for the tables, but I'm not sure. I would recommend Noodles and Dumplings Time if you are looking for authentic Chinese Food.

A spicy chinese noodle shop that far exceeded my expectations…read more Jin was an exceptionally attentive employee who would often check up on us and top off our waters. Excellent service despite having no reason to, since we ordered through a qr code located on the tables. I don't write about customer service unless it was genuinely something that was worth telling people. He gave us a good rundown of the situation of the restaurant and provided an in-depth explanation of the menu for my first time there. He gave us plenty of options to choose from and explained what consisted in each of the dishes. Which helped us ultimately make our choices and I enjoyed every single dish. The interior was well decorated with modern/futuristic reflective aesthetics. A great touch that made me love it even more was the dimming bags put over the spotlights adorned around the ceiling to help cut down on glare and make it a bit more comfortable to enjoy the atmosphere. The mixed vegetable salad was a very pleasant blend of sweet, savory, and Sichuan spice. I originally was going for the cucumber but I was interested in more variety and opted to try more of what they had to offer. It still hit as a refreshing appetizer to complement our other dishes. 9/10 The black pepper noodles were actually amazing with how it balanced out a lot of strong, potentially overwhelming flavors. The black pepper was perfectly seasoning the fiery stir fried bell pepper and noodles. The beef played a great supporting role to elevate the dish without making it all about itself. 8.5/10 The Number 1 rice noodles in soup was powerful without being indulgent. The flavors hit hot and hard but still savory and tastefully diverse. Jin recommended it as the noodles have a very pleasant chew and had a diverse plating with bok choy, pickled mustard, and an egg to top it off. 8.5/10 Overall I enjoyed this place completely and will 100% return when I come back to Texas.

The decor was simplistic, but cool. The restaurant is small but cosy. All the tables were taken when we walked in, the place was buzzing, but we got our table within less than 10 minutes. Rating: 9 out of 10 Food: everything I tried here was easily a 9 or a 10 out of 10! What we tried: - Holy Cow! Bo Ne - sizzling hot tenderloin on a hot plate served with a sunny side up egg, liver pate, salad and bread. Steak was juicy and tasty, liver pate was creamy, salad was the perfect combination of slightly sweet and savory. Combining all the ingredients together inside the baguette made the perfect sandwich! 9 out of 10 (almost a 9.5). - The Wok - flavorful Jasmine Rice wok fried with Prawns, Egg, Garlic and Spring Onions. Prawns were well cooked, crispy and very tasty, rice was flavorful, and the egg was cooked to perfection . 9 out of 10. Rating: 9 out of 10 Customer Service: customer service was good. They will weigh your bowl & cook everything. It was nice of them to split the bowl into two, so me & my boyfriend can have our own bowl. The beef bone golden broth was good. When we went there it was pretty empty. Even though there were several tables to seat at, we couldn't sit there because they weren't clean & other customers finished bowls were left there. I got mild spice level and it was spicier than medium at many other spots so be careful when ordering. The soup comes with a hearty layer of chili oil floating on top. I inhaled some of the chili oil while slurping my noodles a couple of times making me cough and it definitely cleared my sinuses. The beef is a flavorful cut with veins of tendon running through it and cooked until super tender. The plentiful noodles were cooked al dente to provide a nice chewiness. The broth was so spicy for me that I couldn't judge the depth of flavor on it. 4-stars. The soup dumplings had a nice tender wrapping and a fair amount of soup inside, but I thought there were a bit too heavily seasoned with soy sauce. They didn't come with any shredded ginger either. 3.5-stars. The soup dumplings at Jeng Chi are much better IMO. You order via a website which is annoying confusing when you have a large group with many items. The soups came out very quickly after ordering. Everything else from plastic spoon, chopsticks, and water is self serve but we still tipped 20% to be nice. After 4pm, they have a special two noodle bowls for $20.
