They have really good food and they get it to you pretty quick! I recommend this place everyone is so kind!

ORDER Crunch Dynamite Sushi Go Roll Alaskan Hot Mama The rolls here are so great! The ingredients are super fresh and tasty. There is no fishiness with the raw fish and the sauce is super good! Though they drizzle a bit more sauce than other restaurants, the amount complements the roll well. The rice is mixed with beet juice which gives it a pink color. Not sure if I taste much a difference but definitely tastes good! Definitely would recommend! VIBES Pretty casual place to dine and eat great sushi! We went around 8:00 PM and it was pretty empty but there were lots of people picking up To-Go orders. Seating consists of tables and chairs. SERVICE Service was great! To-go order came out really fast, the presentation is good and the people are all nice! Sushi is at a reasonable price for what they give you. read more

This is a good option if you're looking for a quick, cheaper bite nearby. The pink rice really surprised me, apparently they use beet juice to color it but it doesn't impact the flavor of the rice as far as I could taste. The spicy tuna roll was my favorite, I feel like the other rolls all tasted pretty similar to each other. read more

Sushi Go feels like the fast-food version of sushi--quick, convenient, and decent if you're in a pinch. The quality is just okay; nothing to rave about, but it gets the job done. Portion sizes are fair for the price, but I was pretty disappointed with the Hawaiian poke. The salmon and tuna were sliced extremely thin, almost paper-like, which took away from the overall experience. If you're looking for something quick and light, it's fine--but if you're hoping for rich, satisfying cuts of fish, you might want to look elsewhere. read more

SWEETEST PEOPLE that work there, but I'm sorry, as long as that place has been there, it has not been cleaned once. I wanted to take pictures, but i was on date night, and trying not to focus on it, but we ordered our rolls, paid. I went to the bathroom, and the bathroom was so vile, I came back out and asked my husband if we could please just leave. I'm not taking about a little bit of dirt or dust, it was mud, and inches of filth, which made me feel like behind the counter was super unsanitary. The smell was rotten. All sushi places have a smell, but it smelt vile, before i even walked in, and I told my husband, I think this is a bad idea. It is so filthy, it needs to be power washed, and like a deep industrial cleaning, the entire store. We got the rolls, they tasted like Kroger sushi. Not bad, but not great, the sauce the put on it, I'm not sure what was in it, but I had a severe allergic reaction. About 15 min after consuming, my stomach immediately, drastically became so bloated I looked 7 months pregnant. I'm 98 lbs, and i legit looked 7 months pregnant. However, i do have lupus and it could of been a reaction to something I shouldn't of ate, that I did. Again, the people are so sweet, I feel so bad, but that is the most filthy disgusting place i think I've ever eaten in my life. They really need to clean it, I'm assuming all the good reviews, did not get to see the conditions of the inside Please clean this place for sanitary reasons it's very important a restaurant is clean. read more

Food has been awesome every time I go. Very fast. I usually get the Hawaiian poke bowl. The one things is that last time I went, the bowl looked half full. And like stated before, I get it every time and it just looked emptier compared to other times. read more

All the specialty rolls have been large and tastes oh so good each and every time we've been. We've tried the Volcano Baked, Crab Lover, Sushi Go Roll, and several others. Those 3 are our top favorites. Great value. Great food. Great service. Convenient location in McKinney. read more

Food is fresh, tastes great and they are very quick. They also offer poke bowls, which are the best around-Hawaiian bowls are my favorite. I often call in and drive right over and it's ready fast with restaurant quality food. There are tables and it's clean & bright--but not fancy so you can come in casual clothes, as it's more of a take out place. Everything is always fresh and they have wide variety of rolls! I highly recommend this place and most importantly prices are reasonable but the quality is high! read more

The California roll here is good but I wouldn't call it great. It is less expensive which is nice and I loved the pickled ginger, tangy and spicy. But I'm not sure I would come here again unfortunately. read more

A coworker order from here not long ago and so we decided to go get some food there on a saturday afternoon. It's a very sterile ikea bland like interior. There was one guy working and we ordered 3 types of sushi and a bugolgi bowl and he said it would be 15-20 minutes so we sat down and talked while we waited for food. The atmosphere is like being in a classroom while you're taking a test. There was zero sound. I actually turned on my pandora on low because it was so uncomfortably silent as we were the only people there. One delivery guy did come in to pick up food but that was it. I would not choose to eat here again. We would call ahead and pick up. Too awkward for us. I have never had sushi on styrofoam plates but it all tastes the same so we didn't mind. It's cheap fresh sushi. We will definitely eat here again just not in the restaurant. read more

Yes! yes! yes! Oh, sorry. Tried here because other sushi spots are closed on Monday. This place is open 7 days a week until 9:30pm. The restaurant is in a strip mall on the outskirts of the Walmart. It's small inside...maybe 7 or 8 tables. They played radio music inside, Star 102,1. Dining room was clean. The cashier was patient as we looked over the menu (which you ordered st the counter from item from the wall...fast food style). The had so many rolls, bowls and appetizers. No alcohol, no sake, no problem after tasting the rolls. Had the crunch roll and lion king roll. Omg, these were the best rolls I've had. They dyed the rice pink, I'm guessing for valentines day, which made them visually interesting. Also got the beef steak onigiri. 2 PC for $6. This one weirded me out with the pink rice. I will definitely return for more!! read more

Do NOT order. They will scam you!! I ordered two poke bowls and I came home and weighed the salmon and there was only 2 OZ of salmon!! Such a rip off. I called the business and they told me that's how much it's made with. Complete rip off. read more

Love this location, I order on the phone and they've gotten it correct multiple times and it's very inexpensive, it is my go to sushi place

Great sushi. I love their bowls too. Affordable prices and decent size portions! Friendly service. Love ordering from here.

Incredibly basic rolls. Undercooked rice, flavorless, super gimicky. I'm not sure why anyone would eat here. The rolls fall apart in the to go box. HEB has better rolls read more

This place is near my house and for 7.95 a specialty roll I decided to check it out We ordered the hot mama, the superman, the crab lover, the dragon and the Ida. All were good. The fish tasted good and the rolls were really pretty. My only thing that annoyed me was they were not completely cut. It was hard to eat because they were so stuck together we couldn't separate them. It seems like a small thing but it was super annoying when you're hungry. read more

Its cheap fresh sushi, nothing special and the price reflects it. Nice quick stop but call your order in even if you are eating there.

Sushi go is great! Not only is the food great quality but it is always complete in a timely manner. After a long day of getting my ass burned at work, nothing is better than ordering some amazing sushi rolls and cracking open a topo Chico. I highly recommend this place to everyone in the area as you really can't go wrong with sushi go. read more

found hair in the food . part of me wishes i ordered online maybe theyd be more careful. wouldnt recommend

I'm surprised at how good this place actually is even though the prices are so cheap. Most rolls are between $4-$9, which is actually really cheap for sushi. The quality was good and fresh, and they gave quite a good amount of food as well. The cashier was also really nice and helpful and gave us a lot of good recommendations! I'm usually not one to go for sushi since I'm vegetarian, but this place had multiple vegetarian options. I went with an avocado roll and one of their new vegetarian rolls. Two rolls was plenty for me and I was pretty full after that. The rolls were good too- a decent amount of ingredients and the ingredients were fresh as well. I'd definitely continue to go here! read more

Great quality fresh sushi and sashimi to go. They're quick and much better than supermarket sushi. You can order ahead or order inside & wait in your car -- they will bring out your order. read more

Hey there strip mall surprise!!! Ordered through GH for a quick dinner. Standard sized rolls but done well and plenty for the price in comparison to others. Tasted fresh. Ordered Philly roll, California Roll, Crunch Roll, Shrimp Tempura, and Steamed Pork Gyoza. The gyoza tastes like it's fresh and not frozen. Plenty of crab topping on the crunch roll - almost shocked at the amount! If you can get past the pink rice (doesn't taste any different!) go for it. read more

The sushi here seems like it's "Go Sushi" not that it's NOT fresh or anything, but it seems like, if you want drive-thru sushi you would come here. I usually go to Tai Sushi, so maybe I am comparing their sushi to Tai's. Tai sushi was closed today, so I had to go to the next best place. I purchased the Wonder Woman and the Monster Roll, both were tasty, but needed something....a bit of seasoning/herbs/salt. Once I put a bit of salt, pepper, and soy sauce on the Wonder Woman it was pretty good. Now with the Monster roll, I thought this roll stated "Deep Fried Crispy" like it would be a warm roll and fried...to my ignorance I didn't ask and ordered it. It was cold, I was a bit disappointed, but it wasn't bad at all. Since my mind had the taste of a warm roll, I literally heated up a skillet with Olive Oil and lightly heated the roll and it was amazinggggg! (I added soy sauce & pepper as well) Overall: I know this is weird, but I don't like their name and the decor. It screams suburban, cheap, ikeaish. :( I would give the establishment a 3.5, but do not feel that a 3 is fair so 4 is given! read more

One of the best sushi places around town! I came here on V-day to pick up some rolls for my family. I ordered the crunch roll, dynamite roll, and dragon roll. False advertising! Sushi Go has a promotional offer in which they give you one stamp for every $10 you spend. After acquiring enough stamps, you recieve a free roll. I had acquired all the stamps needed for the free roll and upon presenting the card was told: "we stopped taking these cards anymore, as of yesterday...sorry". The fine print on the card even states: "This coupon is never expired". That's not the way you run a business. Reneging has cost this business a repeat customer who they've lost, for life. Hope it was worth it to them. read more

Pretty good sushi at a decent price. Is this the best sushi I've ever had? No, but they're close. Great taste and well put together with great portions. I ordered the crunch roll, shrimp tempura, and my husband got the sushi go roll. Everything was yummy, though the eel sauce on the crunch roll was a little heavy on the mayo. I'll definitely go back--or do another delivery--and give their other rolls a shot. read more

Good: + Quick service, easy in/out + Friendly guy took my order + Price point is inexpensive + Salmon nigiri was odorless and had a good texture Bad: + The cuts are a little off - fish included chewy skin - not like a pro knifed it up + Signs of old fish via darkened edges of the sushi and odor on the tuna + Signs of pre-made rolls via chewy nori (possibly from letting the nori sit within the moisture clad rice for too long?) + Too much rice in the rolls Specifics: + Salmon nigiri: would order again - this was odorless and had good texture + Hot Mama: would not order again - don't think it had all the types of fish atop, but I didn't want to try them anyway after beholding the tuna which was poorly cut and had odor + Lion King: wouldn't order again - too much crab mix atop and the salmon was cut like the tuna...it also had darkened edges and skin. Bottom line was I didn't enjoy trying the rolls (I was nervous). I'm aware of the price point and my expectations typically align accordingly...I really try not to be unreasonable given a price point. They've only been open 3 weeks, so maybe they are still trying to figure it out. I don't know...the raw fish scared me. Give it a conscious whirl. read more

Ok, so this isn't a 5 star, cloth napkin, top service kind of sushi restaurant... This is, however, the best $8 sushi I think I've ever had. And the staff is really friendly too! The sushi is made right in front of you and they have always offered to make any changes I might want to make it even better. I even described a sushi bowl I used to get in Orlando and I asked if they could make it and he said sure! They just opened a new location but both are the same distance from my home so I come here. I know the service and food are always great! read more

Decor: New, clean & spacious. You can dine there or get to go. Taste: Salmon sashimi is fresh. Sushi combo 1 is a good deal! Yellowtail pieces were a good size. Spicy tuna tasted good but too finely chopped. Would be better to taste the tuna chunks. Princess roll was filling for no carbs! It was very refreshing with tuna, salmon, yellowtail, crab, & avocado wrapped w/cucumber. Salmon roll was delicious & affordable. Service: Friendly & catered to my requests. Bonus: They have stamp cards! I'll be returning for sure when I need fast food to go. read more

We have had Sushi Go multiples times and are never disappointed. We try different rolls each time but even their standard California roll has a little something extra! Stopped in after a brutal Walmart trip and got dinner. First time in, owner was there and was very pleasant. Explained the pricing thoroughly. We ordered, waited about 15 minutes, got our food and started to drive away. He ran out our ginger and wasabi that we'd left on the counter. They don't hoard it, lm sure it was a complete oversight for the customer who didn't get it either time. At home enjoying it now, will be back for sure!! read more

Family's first time at this restaurant, the very first Sushi Go in Dallas. Dad had the Crybaby (3 hot peppers rated); Mom had Lion King & Shrimp Lover rolls. All are from their 'Special Roll' menu. Son #1, niece #1, & niece #2: each ordered the new Bulgogi bowl. Son #2 had Sushigo from the 'Special Roll' menu. All looked fresh and tasted VERY VERY delicious. An unassuming store front, clean, friendly staff. We can't wait for next Wednesday's opening of the newest Sushi Go in Allen. We are adding our 5-star rating to the other Yelp reviews! read more
