First time I went here I tried dining in and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. Thats a good sign because the phone was running off the hook and people had put in a bunch of take away orders for dinner. Second time around I placed a to go order because I didnt want a repeat of the first time and was pleasantly surprised the order was ready in under 15 minutes! The tables were all full so this place gets a steady stream of business on a regular basis. Sushi (rainbow roll and angel roll) was delicious and affordable. We are extremely happy with Celina Asian Bistro each and every time we order from them, which is several times a month. Whether it is Sushi or Chinese, their food is fantastic. Another thing that I just think is remarkable is the service when you call. The one that answers the phone is helping people in the store while taking your order on the phone. dont let the outside of this place fool you. First time i pulled up to the gas station/7-11 I almost turned around. I am glad i did not. This place is a hidden Gem. I got the angel roll and the salmon roll and they were so good!! The salmon in both were so juicy and big and was just so yummy. The tiger roll was also so freaking good. I loved it all. We also got the vegetable lo mien it was good but I recommend the sushi better! The prices were cheap and fair especially for how good the salmon tasted. Parking is limited because of the gas pumps and if you try to call in on a Friday night.. good luck! They have only one phone line and it seems that's everyone in Celina is calling for food. So you might not get an answer the first time you call. As for the food itself, it was decent. The chicken fried rice had a smoke taste to it. The bobcat roll and the firecracker roll are really good. The jalapeño bomb is probably my favorite thing on the menu. It has a hint of spice but isn't overwhelming.
