I did a Mini NAE Chicken bowl (one with veggies and one with white rice + green onion). I feel like each bowl was delicious, but maybe slightly dry. I'll be back again, and would love to taste test the sauces! I did find my bowl with green onion had a little too much green onion. Other than that, no complaints! Flame Broiler used to be part of my regular rotation back when I lived in San Diego. It's nothing fancy, but a bowl from Flame Broiler just feels like home to me. Since this location is an hour away, I always make sure to stock up on their magic sauce. They even sell a sauce package, which is a lifesaver. The only downside to being in Texas is that many locals aren't used to the original flavors. I was told that most people here don't like to drench their meat in sauce, so this location is considering reformulating it to better suit local tastes. The restaurant itself is well maintained, clean, and has plenty of space for dining in, which makes the experience even more comfortable. Service is exceptional! The owners and staff give you their full attention and genuinely enjoy building relationships with customers. The food does take a bit longer, but that's because every bowl and plate is cooked fresh. read more

I was excited to try this spot since it is close to my house. The concept seemed so cool so I knew it would be something that eas right up my alley. The lady that took my order wasnt the most helpful,and seemed a bit annoyed that I was asking her questions. I landed on a plate with two differenttypes of meat which were both delicious! The bulgogi was perfection!!! It came with veggies that were barely steamed which seemed a little wrong. I felt like I was eating something that they hadn't quite finished cooking. Great place, just wish they had more gluten-free options. Would love if they would carry gluten-free soy sauce. My bowl was very bland with just grilled chicken and white rice but once I took it home and added my own sauces that are gluten-free it was wonderful read more

We all loved the bulgogi steak so much. Meat was tender and flavored . It's not super sweet like other places. They have 4 different sauces, husband likes the Korean spicy, and kids like the teriyaki. It was a hidden gem for what they got there! read more
