We had a great experience! We were greeted at the door as soon as we walked in. It took a few minutes before our order was taken but it was pretty busy. The service was ok and the foo came out fresh & hot in a timely manner. We drove an hour and were not disappointed at all !! It took them a long time to give us the check.. we had to ask for it after 10 minutes of waiting.

Once we were seated, it took over 10 minutes for water to arrive. When we placed our food order, we requested no vegetables, but the dish came with extra vegetables instead. No one checked on us for water refills or paper towels, so we had to get them ourselves from the main table. Overall, it wasn't the best experience--possibly due to being short-staffed at the time.

Food was slightly above average, service was not good - didn't get checked on once. Gave 1 Napkin and no water with a spicy meal, despite me asking for it.

A friend had been raving about this place and I finally got around to trying it tonight! They had huge portions at reasonable prices and were very quick and attentive. Food was great and interior was cute with Ramadan decor and special menu offerings as well. Will defined be back!

Great experience at Noodle One! The staff was eager, friendly, and quick, which made the visit even better. The food was delicious overall especially the dumplings, stir-fried noodles, and fried rice. The Mongolian dish was excellent. The beef fried rice was okay, but everything else really stood out. Definitely worth coming back.

I tried this place. It was interesting. The actual noodles weren't bad. I should've read the reviews.

We arrived right as the kitchen was about to close, but they still graciously seated us and provided amazing, welcoming service. The restaurant was also incredibly clean. There is a QR code for the menu you scan with your phone. The food was fantastic across the board. The congee was pure comfort food, and the sesame balls were some of the absolute best I've ever had. They were served nice and warm, the filling wasn't overly sweet, and they weren't greasy at all like a lot of other places. I really liked how the soup dumplings all had individual foil wrappers - made it easy and mess free. Highly recommend!

The beef was so flavorful, and we loved it. So this time, we ordered it again. This time, we also tried the pork noodle soup. The pork was flavorful as well. It was pork belly, so the fat made the meat even more tender and savory. Both dishes were delicious! But of the two, we still liked the beef option better. The ordering process was completely digital. We scanned the menu code with our phones and then selected our dishes ourselves. There was very little "human" touch. I still prefer having a server come take our order, which also makes the tipping decision easier. Anyway, we enjoyed the food and will probably come back again.

This place is absolutely made for a group outing, and we're already planning to come back with a group to take full advantage. The food was a delight. The Singapore noodles had this wonderful curry flavor that I absolutely loved, and the combo fried rice was just as satisfying. We also ordered the Peking duck (P1 on the menu). It was good, though not quite as flavorful on its own as we'd hoped. That said, once you load it up with the hoisin, cucumber, and spring onions, it all comes together beautifully. The bao buns that came with it were soft and delicious, honestly a highlight. We also sipped on hot jasmine tea throughout, which was the perfect, refreshing complement to the whole meal. A solid spot with great vibes, tasty dishes, and room to grow on us even more with a return visit.

The bbq pork and roasted pork was okay. The bbq pork was lacking flavor and the roasted pork was not very juicy. Overall, we liked majority of our dishes. There was a few that lacked flavor but we would come back to try other dishes!

The ambiance is okay and unfortunately the restrooms were poorly maintained and smelled bad. Overall the food was just average. The fried pork was not seasoned well, and didn't taste great despite being fried and obviously unhealthy. The black bean noodles were okay and very unidimensional. The noodles did have a good texture and chew. The spicy seafood noodles was also lacking depth of flavor, and it was very underwhelming. My diagnosis: average food with good service.

They…read moreserve the classics -- jja jang myun (black bean noodles) and jjampong (spicy seafood noodle soup) -- plus other familiar dishes like sweet and sour fried pork. Service: Above average. The servers were kind and hustling nonstop. That said, it looked like they were a bit understaffed for a Saturday lunch rush -- only two employees were handling seating, orders, drinks, and checkout for the whole restaurant. Still, they did their best, and it showed. I tipped generously - well deserved. Ambiance: Clean, nicely decorated, and a fair size space. My party of five was seated quickly with no issues. Food: Unfortunately, this is where things fell flat. The jja jang myun noodles texture and chew were great, but the sauce was underwhelming and lacked depth. The jjampong portion was huge (great value!), but it too was on the bland side -- missing that rich, spicy seafood flavor I was hoping for. The sweet and sour fried pork was just okay, nothing memorable. Overall, Dong Bo Sung is fine if you're nearby and craving this type of cuisine -- you'll definitely leave full -- but for me, it didn't quite hit the mark. I'm a bit spoiled by Paik's Noodle, so this one lands at a solid 3 out of 5.
