Lunch

We were craving for Hot & Sour Soup & Dim Sum so tried it out... This place is Tawain & American fusion food. We were immediately seated since there were few tables occupied when we went... We ordered- House Pork Wonton Pork & Shrimp XLB Shrimp Shumai Pork Belly Bao Hot & Sour soup Pad Thai with Chicken ( for takeout) All the dishes were ok ... I was really looking forward for Hot & Sour soup but taste wise it was ok really missed the sour taste...even the pad Thai was underwhelming for us... Restaurant is big & nice parking spaces but felt the dishes are more subdued.

Reached at opening hour. Place was desolate. No customers! We ordered multiple dishes of Dim Sum - but found the food bland and suited more to the American palette, nothing Taiwanese! Which included the chilli oil on the table! Ambience was duly as there were just 2 or 3 customers apart from us.

This review is of the lunch specials at Kitchen Master. I also did take out. I originally came to this restaurant because I saw they had good lunch specials. I was heading out of town and wanted economical to-go quality food so I didn't have to cook before leaving town the next day. After arriving, I ordered and waited a reasonable amount of time for the to-go order. I purchased two lunch specials Mongolian beef and combination fried rice. The Mongolian beef came with soup, rice, and egg rolls. The Mongolian beef was delicious. My only disappointment was the quantity. I thought I'd get more food than I did even with this insane inflation. I also got the combination fried rice. I was very tasty too and the quantity size was better. The soup was ok and the vegetable egg rolls were fair. I will go back again because the food was delicious. Next time I will dine in. Hopefully the food quantity size is better. Based on the taste I would have given Kitchen Master 5 stars, but since the lunch size quantity was so small, I gave 4.

Stopped in after a concert. The place is cozy and clean. The house wontons were amazing, very fresh and tasty. We ordered the combination fried rice, which is only a combination of two proteins not all of them. We also ordered the Happy Family which were both great. The service was great, they picked up the empty plates promptly and the managers came by to See how we found everything. Definitely will be back to try the dumplings.

FIRE FOOD! The service was great and the food was actually super good. I ate here a long time ago in high school and came back years later and it tasted just how I remembered. Amazing quality and amazing flavors! Very clean and tidy restaurant as well. 10/10 would recommend! :)

THIS is the real deal! If you are looking for authentic Asian food this is THE place! We came here because they are on the AA advantage dining and we were not disappointed! The orange chicken was simply the best I've ever had period. The rest of the food was terrific as well. The dumplings are handmade and you can see them being made which was super cool!! Service was ok. Restaurant is a good size and ambiance is good! We will definitely make the drive here again! Parking is crowded so be prepared to drive around a bit to find a space!!

Made it back for a second try! This time, we had to try the walnut shrimp & beef soup. Honey walnut shrimp is one of my all time favorite dishes. I had it for the first time in San Francisco many years back & Im always comparing new dishes I try, to that first, amazing dish. Kitchen Masters version is definitely on the top of my list. First, the size & quality of the shrimp is excellent. The light coating adds a delicious flavor & crisp. The mayo is spot on; not too much & not too little, adding the perfect amount of creaminess & flavor. The candied walnuts are good, but a few bites were a little bitter. If they were coated & candied a little more, that added sweetness would delete any bitterness I experienced & would increase the level of sweet/ savory taste, making it an even better dish. The beef soup had layers of flavor. My husband enjoyed this dish, describing the noodles as fresh, homemade awesomeness! The broth was like a beef Pho base - I personally found it a little strong, but I am the chicken pho orderer. I asked him if he would order this soup again, and he said, "yes!" The cuts of beef were hearty, thick & tender - a good quality cut of meat with a hint of fat, that he enjoyed. Over all a fresh & flavorful soup. We will back again as there is so much more for us to explore on their menu! One repeat dish my husband had to have was the shrimp shumai. He loves this one! For me, I believe gulf shrimp are used, which are not my personal favorite, due to a stronger flavor, but he totally enjoyed! We are still loving the ambience inside, because we feel like we are somewhere else, not in TX.

Surprisingly delicious lunch! A friend and I accidentally stumbled upon this place for lunch. Cozy atmosphere and great service. Food was all very yummy, came out as it was ready, and seemed more authentic. Very enjoyable! Would certainly go back if I came back to town!

Very spacious and clean restaurant with great service! I was able to make a reservation easily online for a big group of family and we were seated fast and served instantly. There is a lot to choose from on the menu and mostly everything we had was all very delicious. The favorites have to be the long green beans, Mongolian beef, walnut shrimp, beef noodles, and the steamed shrimp dumplings! Everything is shareable so great for families and groups.

This has now been a go to spot for my family for Chinese food! The atmosphere is amazing with you being able to see into the kitchen to see their homemade dumplings being made from scratch. The service is always consistently good, and very attentive that you can tell they take great pride in providing a great Customer experience. The food is delicious all the way from the appetizers to the desert. My consistent go to appetizers is the dynamite shrimp, which is definitely some of the best that I've had, and the pork and shrimp dumplings are heavenly. It tastes fresh and is filled with flavor, and I feel like I could eat 100 of them and not get tired of it. Another great part about Kitchen Master is their portion sizes. When my entree arrives, I think there is no way I can finish, yet 10-15 minutes later it is all gone, and that goes for my whole family. Can't wait to come back and keep exploring and trying all the different things on their menu!

If you happen to be in Frisco for a Roughriders or FC Dallas game, do yourself a favor and stop by here for some soup dumplings. Atmosphere: This place was BUSY. With that being said, we waited maybe 20min to get a table for 5. It is quite loud, with sounds carrying quite a bit. But it was Saturday night at 7pm. Just hang a disco ball over your table and make the most of it. 1 Star Service: The staff was very nice and attentive. Our waiter was top notch. We didn't have to ask for refills and he gave us some great recommendations. 2 Stars Food: The whole reason to come here was because a friend had advised us to come get some soup dumplings. What a Saint, because they were delicious. We ordered the Pork and Chicken dumplings and they were delightful. Melt in your mouth with a burst of flavor. We did prefer the pork over the chicken however. After eating one of the pork dumplings first, the chicken paled in comparison. Our entrées included Sesame Orange Chicken as well as Sweet Pepper Beef. Be warned, the sweet pepper beef isn't just a name for the bell peppers in the dish, the sauce is also very sweet. The two chicken dishes were the standout entrées however. You know those sesame chicken pieces you get at the local Chinese buffet? You know the one's that are hard and gristly and have very little chicken hidden inside the dense breading? Not here! Both the Sesame and Orange chicken contained big pieces of pure chicken with just the right amount of both breading and sauce. They were wonderful and came in a good sized portion as well. 1.5 Stars Overall. 4.5 stars. I would avoid the chicken dumplings and just double up on the pork soup dumplings. And by all means get one of their chicken dishes, you won't be disappointed.

Food was delicious! Sesame chicken, green beans and cashew chicken were great! I want to try more entries because it was all so good! Waiter was attentive and very nice. Loved the ambience as well not too loud but not too quiet.

I lucked out and found this place; came there on a Monday night and it wasn't busy at all. Their smoking area was small, but laid out extremely well with leather chairs and a large TV screen. The humidor was also rather small, and several of the cigars were pricier than I've seen. Where this place takes the cake is the ambiance, service and whiskey selection. My hostess, Mary, was extremely attentive and provided good recommendations on the food and beverages. And regarding the whiskey - their selection was massive. Mary recommended a Texas bourban (Unbendt BiB) that was delicious. It was so good that I brought a bottle back to Chicago. Highly recommend this place for a cigar smoker looking for a good meal + cigar in a quiet/intimate environment.

We ended up order a variety of food and drinks. All of the food was great! From a timing perspective, we went on a Tuesday evening. On the plus side, if you're there to hang out -- slow service isn't as bad with a good cocktail. The staff were very polite and friendly...just a little overworked in my opinion.

We started with the buffalo deviled eggs, which were honestly a standout--creamy with just the right amount of kick and a fun twist on a classic. I also ordered a salad that had candied pecans, apples, and grapes, topped with chicken that was cooked absolutely perfectly--so tender and flavorful. It's one of those dishes that feels light but still really satisfying. The ambience is what really makes this place special. It's super cute and thoughtfully designed--fun wallpaper, cozy green sofas, and really stylish light fixtures that give it a warm, inviting vibe. You can tell a lot of intention went into the space. We had the chance to meet the owner, Amy, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming--it's always a good sign when the owner is that engaged. Our server was also fantastic--very attentive, kind, and made sure we were well taken care of the whole time. Location-wise, it's just off Main Street, kind of tucked away to the side, which makes it feel like a hidden gem. There's a great view, plus both indoor and outdoor seating, and the water tower right there adds a really charming touch. Since it's newly opened, I'm really hoping they do well--this place deserves it. I also heard they'll be expanding into the suite next door, which is exciting. I took a peek at their dinner and brunch menus, and I'll definitely be back to check those out soon. Such a cute spot with great food, great people, and a great vibe.

My husband had one of the seasonal beers, which was definitely unique, though a little sweeter than expected. Fun to try something different, though. We started with the blue cheese mousse, which was interesting but not quite what I was expecting. It tasted more like blue cheese with a topping rather than a true mousse texture not bad, just different from what I had in mind. Service was excellent friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. One tip: if you're going on a Saturday and want to actually hear everyone at your table, I'd recommend sitting outside. Great happy hour spot! Not too big and super cozy. It was also easy to get to with plenty of parking, which is always a plus. Also fun little way to provide the check. Overall, great service, creative drinks, and enough on the menu that I'd love to come back and explore more.
