Absolutely DELICIOUS! Brand-new restaurant in a busy shopping center. If you don't mind fighting the parking, this restaurant is a must-try! We ordered a little bit of everything last night - from appetizers to entrees to dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious. My favs were the mo ping (beef skewers), the Thai papaya salad and mango sticky rice. We can't wait to go back and try other dishes.

So happy that our favorite Thai restaurant finally in Frisco , it's bigger and with more parking spots. We ordered Pla Ma Kham (fried fish) , special noodle soup ( think phoa), deep fried sun dried beef (beef jerky), Thai iced tea and mango with sticky rice for dessert. Everything is good. My favorite is the dried beef. Service was good. Place is vibrant.

My favorite Thai place is now closer to me!! Ahhh im so happy!! I was walking down the strip and saw it being under construction, and screamed a little lol They did a soft opening the weekend I was out of town, but you best believe I had dinner at Too Thai the day I returned! The food is always amazing, the service is fast and nice ambiance. This time, we tried the chicken skin, chicken satay, beef salad (don't remember the name), Phanaeng curry, mango sticky rice - all that i have had before, and hope to have many many times again!

Outstanding and certainly lives up to the hype!!!. The restaurant itself is very cool looking and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The food itself is incredible and is far from the usual Americanized Thai menu you see all over town. For appetizers, we tried the Thai style papaya salad, the fried ribs and the grilled pork jowl. All excellent and highly recommend to wash down with a cold beer. For our entrees, we opted for 3 rice based platters - the poached chicken with ginger rice (an excellent rendition of the famous hainese chicken and rice made famous in Singapore), the pork hock rice in a five spice sauce was out of this world and melts in your mouth. Can't wait to come back and try some of the other dishes on the menu. So stoked to have them in Frisco !

This place was packed and I understand why, the food was delicious. Everything was flavorful and tasted so fresh and clean. Due to the fact I was short on time and couldn't dine in. I ordered takeout on their kiosk and paid for the meals through that. Even though there were no seats inside available. There is a nice community sitting area outside, you can use to eat or just use to relax. I will definitely be back.

Okay now I get the hype about this place! I've been interested in checking out since seeing the sign up months ago as I've heard a lot about the Carrollton location. I love that the menu has some familiar things but also lots of dishes that are harder to find in most Thai places so you know it's super authentic!! Anyway there was a bit of a wait so be prepared for that but it'll probably depend what time you visit. Every dish we got was good and my favorite from tonight was probably the Pad Kee Mow. I'd say the Tom Kha was good too it's a bit more on the tangy side but I love the vessel it comes in! The moo ping was also good with the sticky rice. I definitely want to go back and try more dishes!! The service was also great!! And I love the decor and the place is clean.

Came during soft opening to checked out Too Thai's Frisco location. This place is popular, there was a 30-45 minute wait but we came during weekend lunch rush hour and they send you a text message when your table's ready. Love the decorations inside, it's a very beautiful restaurant full of decorations and culture. The staff was all super friendly and the food was delicious, portion sizes are generous also. Tips: spice levels are 1-5, there's an online take out menu up front. Welcome to Frisco Too Thai! :)

Stopped by Too Thai during their soft opening in Frisco! We had the Khao Moo Dang Moo Grob and Tom Yum Nam Lon with chicken and both l were flavorful and authentic. I'm definitely coming back to try the Lao style papaya salad next. The space is really cute and I love the open kitchen vibe. It was busy, but the staff was super friendly and doing their best to keep up. Can't wait to come back for more!

Stopped by during their soft opening! They currently have a 15% off this weekend and they have a grand opening later in the month. If you are tired of the standard Thai fair, this is the place for you. They've got all the classics for Thai street food and so far have been impressed. We tried their ground chicken kra pow, Khao Moo Kratiem, pad kee mow, and a Penang curry. I'd highly recommend the kra pow the most as the depth in flavor was amazing. Their spice levels are also a bit more accurate compared to some of the more Americanized Thai places. I got a 4 and at other places this would be rated Thai hot . The Thai tea is sweet but has a good Thai tea leaf flavor, not watered down. The design on the inside is also lovely, bringing some of the street food vibe to Frisco

My favorite thai place just got closer to me and I couldn't be happier. Every time I eat here I'm blown away by the food and the flavors. This time I got the beef penang curry (spice level 3) and the chicken khao man kai. The curry was the perfect level of spiciness and definitely my favorite of the 2. I thought at first it was a little mild, probably from the coconut milk, but the spice definitely builds the more you eat it. The khao man kai was very clean and the sauce to put on top really made the whole dish. Service is always great and the inside was so well decorated. I can't wait to come back.

Too Thai Street Eats Frisco is now in its soft-opening phase with 15% off through Sunday, April 5! The new location is bigger, more beautiful, and offers delicious Thai street food with bold, authentic flavors. Service is excellent, and if you love Thai spices, this spot is a must-try. Grand opening coming soon!

Great food, great service, very glad they opened up this new location in Frisco. We live across the street and normally drive to H-Mart one.

    Pork Ribs

Terrible portions for the price I paid ($37) the pork ribs were breaded and still they were almost all bone... The amount I paid here to get food of this quality is disturbing. I would recommend everyone reading this to go to tahn thai in mckinney over this garbage. Also the bowl of khao soi came like this... half full.... its like someone ate half my soup and served me this. Please tell me why they serve a bowl so massive but fill it half way.

When I walked in, I asked the hostess about some of the cooked rolls and which one was popular. Her response was simply, "I don't know," which wasn't very helpful at all--especially for someone trying to decide what to order. I ended up going with the Dynamite Roll, which is fully cooked and loaded with crawfish. Since everything in the roll is cooked, I expected it to come out hot or at least warm. I waited over 30 minutes, and during that time I even tried to get the hostess's attention a few times just to check on the status of my order. While waiting, I asked two other employees for recommendations, and interestingly, they both suggested the same roll I ordered. One of the servers even came over and mentioned that the roll takes longer because it's cooked--which I appreciated--but that also raised my expectations that it would come out fresh and hot. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. After the hostess (who wasn't busy) finally grabbed my order, I got to my car and tried it--and it was lukewarm. Not cold, but definitely not what you'd expect after that kind of wait. The frustrating part is that the roll actually had a lot of potential. It was packed with crawfish and had good flavor, so I can see why it's recommended. Overall, the food has promise, but the service and execution need improvement. I'm willing to give them another try, but if I'm waiting that long again, the food definitely needs to come out hot--or it's going back.

The soup dumplings ended up having a sweet taste in the soup. The hot and sour soup was not sour at all, and I ended up, doctoring it a bit by asking for some vinegar. I would highly recommend against people ordering this if they're expecting the authentic Asian flavor profile. The beef noodle soup ordered medium spicy was not spicy at all and so next time if I ever go back, I'll have to get their extra spicy. And their tofu noodle soup did not have nearly as much tofu as the picture seemed to make us believe. The one thing I did really like was the wontons in the wonton soup so if I come back, I'll probably just be ordering that. Overall, I think I was expecting a classic Taiwanese flavor profile and was left wanting more.

Skin looked crispy but was not. Supposed to come with a mandarin sauce. Sauce I got had to be just soy & hoisin. No citrus flavor at all and very thin and salty. Oversalted potato slices, gummy rice & no veg. 2) Secret steak menu $63 - Sous vide ribeye was large and my husband liked it. This was also served with oversalted potato slices, no veg. 3) Slow braised pork $28 - Pork cut was pork belly which would have been nice to mention on the menu. My son wouldn't have chosen that entree if he knew that was the cut. It was a gelatinous mountain of darkened fat in a salty sauce. The bok choy was fine, simply steamed and unremarkable. Gummy rice. 4) Scallion pancake $8 - greasy and very light on scallions. Meh. 5) Blue crab & cheese wontons $12 - Very little filling, though what was in there was good. Mostly hard crispy wonton, not light or airy. The dipping sauce was giving mango baby food vibes. 6) Cocktails - Lychee Grapefruit Martini $13 and Baby Boulevardier $15 were good. 7) Bathroom was dirty and trach can overflowing onto the floor at 7pm on a Sunday night. 8) Had at least 4 different servers approach our table to take our orders and every time we tried to order they said they'd come back later due to the time it would take for the sous vide steak to finish cooking. It would have been nice to have a single server coordinate that timing with the kitchen instead of a parade of different people ask us to order and then leave when they heard there was a steak working. 9) Table had a view of a wine room that looked more like a storage room with lots of random cardboard boxes. 10) When they cleared the table and took the steak board away there was a greasy puddle under it that was never wiped up by anyone despite us remaining at the table for some time afterward. Overall yes on the steak & cocktails and that's about it. Would def not return. At that price point I was expecting fine dining and was sadly disappointed.
