    Strawberry boba
    Tina T.

Boba was not good, I don't recommend getting the boba from here, I haven't tried their food yet so I can't comment on that. Service was fast! So I liked that.

    "Crab" and cheese Rangoon. Yuck.

Kung Pao chicken was pretty good. The crab and cheese rangoons were disgusting. Tasted like oil and the wonton was chewy and I didn't see or taste any crab. Yan Pan, if you're reading this, I'd like a refund for the rangoons. My order was placed at 6:26 pm on Monday, August 21 through the Legacy Hall website.

Do not eat here! It's a health risk. Our orange chicken wasn't just undercooked. It was bloody!

Do not eat here! It's a health risk. Our orange chicken wasn't just undercooked. It was bloody! We're lucky we saw it before eating. We could have gotten really sick. To add insult to injury, the cashier didn't even apologize when I went to get a refund.

Reasonable price among Legacy Hall vendors. Fried rice dishes quite okay. Made-to-order always fresh. Speedy service.

Always, always really great food. The vegetables are cooked but still crunchy, brown rice is perfectly cooked, and always piping hot!

I had Hu tieu, it was very very very bland but after adding fish sauce and bunch of pepper I was okay. The Himalayan roll was fun, come out on an actual Himalayan rock. When I walked in, I asked the hostess about some of the cooked rolls and which one was popular. Her response was simply, "I don't know," which wasn't very helpful at all--especially for someone trying to decide what to order. I ended up going with the Dynamite Roll, which is fully cooked and loaded with crawfish. Since everything in the roll is cooked, I expected it to come out hot or at least warm. I waited over 30 minutes, and during that time I even tried to get the hostess's attention a few times just to check on the status of my order. While waiting, I asked two other employees for recommendations, and interestingly, they both suggested the same roll I ordered. One of the servers even came over and mentioned that the roll takes longer because it's cooked--which I appreciated--but that also raised my expectations that it would come out fresh and hot. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. After the hostess (who wasn't busy) finally grabbed my order, I got to my car and tried it--and it was lukewarm. Not cold, but definitely not what you'd expect after that kind of wait. The frustrating part is that the roll actually had a lot of potential. It was packed with crawfish and had good flavor, so I can see why it's recommended. Overall, the food has promise, but the service and execution need improvement. I'm willing to give them another try, but if I'm waiting that long again, the food definitely needs to come out hot--or it's going back.

Skin looked crispy but was not. Supposed to come with a mandarin sauce. Sauce I got had to be just soy & hoisin. No citrus flavor at all and very thin and salty. Oversalted potato slices, gummy rice & no veg. 2) Secret steak menu $63 - Sous vide ribeye was large and my husband liked it. This was also served with oversalted potato slices, no veg. 3) Slow braised pork $28 - Pork cut was pork belly which would have been nice to mention on the menu. My son wouldn't have chosen that entree if he knew that was the cut. It was a gelatinous mountain of darkened fat in a salty sauce. The bok choy was fine, simply steamed and unremarkable. Gummy rice. 4) Scallion pancake $8 - greasy and very light on scallions. Meh. 5) Blue crab & cheese wontons $12 - Very little filling, though what was in there was good. Mostly hard crispy wonton, not light or airy. The dipping sauce was giving mango baby food vibes. 6) Cocktails - Lychee Grapefruit Martini $13 and Baby Boulevardier $15 were good. 7) Bathroom was dirty and trach can overflowing onto the floor at 7pm on a Sunday night. 8) Had at least 4 different servers approach our table to take our orders and every time we tried to order they said they'd come back later due to the time it would take for the sous vide steak to finish cooking. It would have been nice to have a single server coordinate that timing with the kitchen instead of a parade of different people ask us to order and then leave when they heard there was a steak working. 9) Table had a view of a wine room that looked more like a storage room with lots of random cardboard boxes. 10) When they cleared the table and took the steak board away there was a greasy puddle under it that was never wiped up by anyone despite us remaining at the table for some time afterward. Overall yes on the steak & cocktails and that's about it. Would def not return. At that price point I was expecting fine dining and was sadly disappointed.

Exceptional Service & Experience -- Worth Writing About…read more Last night, Saturday, December 20th, I took my two young children to dinner at P.F. Chang's located at 18323 North Dallas Parkway, and the experience was so outstanding that it genuinely deserved a review. I worked in the service industry for over 10 years and even had the privilege of opening a P.F. Chang's location in Albany, New York years ago, so I don't write reviews lightly -- but this team truly impressed me. From the moment we sat down, the customer service, atmosphere, quality of food, and attentiveness were superb. Our waiter, Christian, was professional, warm, patient, and incredibly attentive, especially with my kids. He struck the perfect balance of being efficient while still making us feel genuinely cared for. The manager, KJ Jefferson, went above and beyond in a way that truly stood out. She made my daughter feel so special and personally ensured she received her fortune cookie on the way out the door, a small gesture that meant everything to a child and spoke volumes about her leadership and heart for hospitality. We are traveling to Dallas for Christmas, and despite there being several P.F. Chang's locations in the area, I am so grateful we chose this one. It's clear that this location has a strong culture built on genuine service. In today's economy, with inflation and the cost of dining out, excellent service and quality food matter more than ever, and this location delivers on both. Christian and KJ are the kind of employees who deserve recognition, and they are a true asset to this restaurant and brand. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
