Thai Charm is CHARMING! It's such a cute and adorable restaurant. I love the ambiance. The colors are great and the plush blue is nice. It's so sleek, fancy and modern. One of the most chic Thai restaurants I have been to. The service was good. My waitress was attentive. The food was tasty. I need to go back again. I wasn't super hungry so I only tried one dish. The crab fried rice was flavorful. It was full of crab and well seasoned. It came out hot and presentation was nice. My experience was enjoyable.

Thai Charm is a good thai restaurant in Frisco area. They were able to accommodate our large party w/ reservation. Pretty interior and nicely displayed dishes.

Thai Charm in Frisco has some really tasty Thai food that hits the spot. The vibe is pretty chill and the dishes are flavorful. A little skimpy on the rice portions. That said, the service wasn't the best. They kind of rushed us out faster than we expected. I get that they want to turn tables and fit in more people, but it felt a bit unprofessional. Also, the prices were on the higher side. Overall, good food but the service and price left me a little mixed on if I'll return.

I found this place particularly good for the soup they served. The other dishes were good as well, you have to try the ginger salmon here. The place is not too big but given that it was day time, it wasn't too packed, which is good. Going to go there again.

This is one of our favorite Thai spots in North Dallas! The ambiance is modern but cozy. The food is consistently delicious. Because of this, they tend to be very busy. We had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to take our order. They apologized saying they were busy with another table. We were bummed they were out of our favorite dessert- mango sticky rice! Regardless, this is a must try!

I love this place! There are a lot of thai restaurants in dallas so hard to pick out the best ones! The ambience is so nice! Service is great! Coconut shrimp appetizer and egg rolls are great and unique! The drunken noodles with a higher spice level is delicious! The fried rice is great too!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience at your restaurant. Unfortunately, the service I received from the host was unacceptable. She was quite rude and even rolled her eyes when I asked for soy sauce. Furthermore, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the food. I ordered the sticky rice, and the container was only halfway full. More importantly, the dish had a horrible smell and taste, and the texture was comparable to eating rubber.

The ambience, service, flavor, and prices are unmatched! The food is delicious, servers are sooo helpful, and the decor is gorgeous. I was shocked by how affordable the prices were since the restaurant seems so upscale. Will definitely be back to try more. 12/10 reccomend the Khao Soi Gai

Stopped by for friday night dinner with a reservation. Ordered couple of beers and Pad Ke mow with chicken - lvl 4 spicy, Cashew Nut with Chicken spicy 4, Pineapple fried rice with tofu spice level 5 and Basil Fried Rice with chicken 3, level 3. All of them tasted delicious, but their spice levels could definitely use some work. Spice level 5 doesn't even feel like 3.

My friend and I were looking for another Thai spot and I think we found it! From start to finish, we had an amazing time and Thai Charm did not disappoint. Such aesthetic interior, the seating, the plating, to the food display was excellent. We ordered a Thai tea, hot tea, spring rolls/eggrolls, pad Thai with chicken and tofu, yellow curry with chicken, crab fried rice, and finished with mango sticky rice. We were pretty hungry...Service was amazing, they tended to us, rearranged the tables so we have plenty of room for the food, and even at the end, they packed up our leftovers. This is a great spot for small or large groups; dates, girls/boys night out/hangout, friends and family, business meetings. Check it out! We'll definitely be back! Till then, let's eat!

So happy to have great Thai food in Frisco! The food is all made from scratch daily in the atmosphere is beautiful. Cocktails are great as well. Not enough good things to say about this new gift to Frisco.

First of all: make a reservation here, the ambiance is great for a date and we just popped in and were asked if we had a reservation (no we didn't). It seemed like lots of the (good) tables were reserved for future arriving guests. Started with the Golden Triangles: they would benefit from seasoning the tofu before frying, the fry was excellent and flavorful, but the tofu inside was flavorless (salt less) and a bit much if the fry was supposed to balance the tofu. Both of us had curry, they were both pretty good, but on the sweeter side than we prefer. The quality of the food and all ingredients was excellent: I've never had bamboo shoots that I actively sought out to eat, they were so tasty! Would definitely visit here again. It's pretty intimate, so if you're looking to bring your family of 6 or more, call ahead so they can make sure they arrange the 4-top tables for you!

Came here to celebrate my man's birthday and everything was FANTASTIC! First of all - it is SO cute in here. Seriously, the decor?? TOP TIER. Second - the customer service?? INCREDIBLE. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, and welcoming! What's crazy is, I actually had to cancel this reservation a few weeks prior due a family emergency, and ended up rebooking for a new date as soon as I had the chance. Somehow, the manager remembered my name and was like "I'm so glad you were able to make it in this time. I saw you had to cancel the previous reservation." That alone blew me away!! Like how on earth did she remember that tiny detail from a few weeks ago?!?! So unexpected and so thoughtful! ANYWAY - that sweet interaction set the tone for the rest of the evening and everything that followed was IMMACULATE!! To start we had: the Moo Ping, Coconut Shrimp, and the Thai Chicken wings. While everything was good, those WINGS?!?!?! NEXT LEVEL. I actually ended up ordering another batch immediately after because they were so delicious!! Perfectly crispy on the outside, super juicy on the inside and SO well seasoned. Seriously - THE BEST!! For entrees - my man did the Massaman curry and I did the Thai Charm Beef Salad. Both entrees were SO GOOD!! The salad was SO fresh and flavorful!! The beef was super tender and well seasoned, and the dressing added the PERFECT tangy zest!! Absolutely loved it!! The curry was delicious as well! We both loved it!! My man always loves everything super spicy, so he got the highest spice level for the curry - but still didn't think it was hot, meanwhile - it was spicy to me (I can tolerate a little bit of spice lol), so keep that in mind if you're a spice lover!! THEN - at the very end, they brought us a complimentary birthday cheesecake, which was such a sweet surprise!! It was so rich, creamy, and delicious. On top of that, we ordered the fried ice cream and it was an absolute DREAM!! Seriously - SO GOOD!! Honestly - I knew this place was going to be good but I guess I wasn't prepared for HOW GOOD!! Both of us absolutely LOVED IT and we will be back very soon!!

I'll admit, I was skeptical. Not because I didn't trust him, but because the restaurant was about 40 minutes from my Airbnb. I'm so glad I listened! From the moment we arrived, Heritage Table felt different. The welcoming front porch with its rocking benches immediately made us feel like we were visiting someone's home rather than just another restaurant. That feeling only continued once we walked inside. Our server, John, asked what brought us in, and when I mentioned my friend, he immediately remembered him and his story. That personal connection set the tone for the entire evening. John provided outstanding service, incredible recommendations, and went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely at home. Hospitality like that is becoming harder and harder to find, and Heritage Table absolutely nailed it. The food was nothing short of exceptional. The farm-to-table concept completely exceeded my expectations. You can truly taste the freshness and quality in every bite. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted and beautifully executed. Everything we ordered was amazing: the Mushroom Soup, Pork Dumplings, Fried Green Tomatoes, fresh Bread with Honey Butter, the Short Rib, Chicken, and the Filet. Every single plate was memorable. And to top off the evening, we had the Chocolate Mousse "Pie" with an Oreo cookie crust, which was the perfect ending to an incredible meal. Thank you, Heritage Table, for making an amazing weekend even more special. This wasn't just dinner...it was an experience. 11/10. I would absolutely recommend that everyone make the drive. It's worth every single minute.

They also boast all the ingredients being locally sourced, which is also a fun concept. Note that parking can be limited, and you may need to park along the roads alongside. Our waitress was kind and welcoming for Mother's Day. We tried the chicken & spaetzel for my mom and the 1843 filet for myself. My steak was cooked well, I just wish it had been a bit more flavorful. My mom really liked her dish and I did as well. The chicken in particular was lovely. It did take us over 45 min to receive our food, but I attribute that to the busy holiday. The choco pie was huge and worth the amount I paid for it. The crust was prone to falling apart though so be prepared to make a mess! Speaking on my memories from 2 years ago, I'd gotten chicken piccata which had a sauce similar to the spaetzel. It was much better this time around, and didn't have red pepper, which I strongly dislike. The concept was very similar. At the time, my partner had gotten a meat pie of some kind that he still raves about. This was winter 2024, so not the same menu. Overall, it's a cute place and a cute concept. Note that A) this is not the place for someone picky, as the dishes are a bit experimental, and B) the prices are a bit above average. More of a special occasion type of place. Make sure you make a reservation!

The soup dumplings ended up having a sweet taste in the soup. The hot and sour soup was not sour at all, and I ended up, doctoring it a bit by asking for some vinegar. I would highly recommend against people ordering this if they're expecting the authentic Asian flavor profile. The beef noodle soup ordered medium spicy was not spicy at all and so next time if I ever go back, I'll have to get their extra spicy. And their tofu noodle soup did not have nearly as much tofu as the picture seemed to make us believe. The one thing I did really like was the wontons in the wonton soup so if I come back, I'll probably just be ordering that. Overall, I think I was expecting a classic Taiwanese flavor profile and was left wanting more.

I've had the pleasure of eating ramen in Japan and yeah, NO. The reason for the 1 star is because we were the first ones in at 11 and the waitress came in sneezing and wiping her nose with her hand, with her child in tow who by the way was all over the place and many times just standing at our table staring at us eat. I kept watching her to see if she would wash her hands or at least use hand sanitizer but she neglected to do either. The ramen: We ordered the spicy garlic pork shoyu and the spicy chicken broth ramen. The garlic pork ramen had 1 small piece of pork belly and the noodles while a great consistency, tasted like cardboard. The broth suffered from the lack of flavor. The chicken ramen was also pretty flavorless. The nerve of someone to compare this place to Ichiran lol. I will say, the service from the chef and the nose wiping waitress was pleasant but the grossness of her wiping her nose and touching every chair, bowl, utensils and eating her chips at the table across from us with her toddler is enough for us to never go back to this place even if it was the last ramen spot on the planet.
