Food was amazing, our server Mink was awesome. It's nice to find a new place for Thai food that checks all the boxes. The real Thai charm and food that you can appreciate. I love they have pictures of items on the menu. I had the Pad Thai but I ate it before the picture was taken but I did get two separate deserts.
Quiet restaurant with great ambiance! Service was excellent, I didn't have to wait long for my food. My food was delicious and didn't leave me feeling heavy afterwards! I'd highly recommend getting the Thai Iced Coffee. You won't regret it!
Loved the food, service and the ambiance is like cherry on the cake! I love how the menu is inclusive and has vegan labels on the menu which is really helpful. The best item here was the tom kha soup we had with tofu (vegan options), so so good! The pad kee mow was really flavorful and the spice level was so satisfying. Loved it. The green curry was a bit sweeter for my taste but flavorful. We got this fried rice without egg as a side and that was also really really good. They were out of the mango sticky rice, would have loved to try that here. And the iced Thai coffee was really really good! Highly recommend this place!
Thai Charm is CHARMING! It's such a cute and adorable restaurant. I love the ambiance. The colors are great and the plush blue is nice. It's so sleek, fancy and modern. One of the most chic Thai restaurants I have been to. The service was good. My waitress was attentive. The food was tasty. I need to go back again. I wasn't super hungry so I only tried one dish. The crab fried rice was flavorful. It was full of crab and well seasoned. It came out hot and presentation was nice. My experience was enjoyable.

Thai Charm in Frisco has some really tasty Thai food that hits the spot. The vibe is pretty chill and the dishes are flavorful. A little skimpy on the rice portions. That said, the service wasn't the best. They kind of rushed us out faster than we expected. I get that they want to turn tables and fit in more people, but it felt a bit unprofessional. Also, the prices were on the higher side. Overall, good food but the service and price left me a little mixed on if I'll return.
I found this place particularly good for the soup they served. The other dishes were good as well, you have to try the ginger salmon here. The place is not too big but given that it was day time, it wasn't too packed, which is good. Going to go there again.

Absolutely elevated Thai food, delicious, space is a bit small, limited amount of booth best for smaller party, but can still have like 6-8 people if booking ahead I take. Food was top, service was great, ambiance nice, just super cold blasting AC for a small space could be adjusted! Drinks are fun too! Desert food too! Will be back and even carry out but probably better in person! Just a few pictures not all what we got!
The ambience, service, flavor, and prices are unmatched! The food is delicious, servers are sooo helpful, and the decor is gorgeous. I was shocked by how affordable the prices were since the restaurant seems so upscale. Will definitely be back to try more. 12/10 reccomend the Khao Soi Gai
Stopped by for friday night dinner with a reservation. Ordered couple of beers and Pad Ke mow with chicken - lvl 4 spicy, Cashew Nut with Chicken spicy 4, Pineapple fried rice with tofu spice level 5 and Basil Fried Rice with chicken 3, level 3. All of them tasted delicious, but their spice levels could definitely use some work. Spice level 5 doesn't even feel like 3.
This is one of our favorite Thai spots in North Dallas! The ambiance is modern but cozy. The food is consistently delicious. Because of this, they tend to be very busy. We had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to take our order. They apologized saying they were busy with another table. We were bummed they were out of our favorite dessert- mango sticky rice! Regardless, this is a must try!
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience at your restaurant. Unfortunately, the service I received from the host was unacceptable. She was quite rude and even rolled her eyes when I asked for soy sauce. Furthermore, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the food. I ordered the sticky rice, and the container was only halfway full. More importantly, the dish had a horrible smell and taste, and the texture was comparable to eating rubber.

10 star delicious!!! I love Thai food and today a friend brought me here and I have to say I'm no longer going to the other establishments I went to before this one. To me it was so delicious I went twice in one day. The first visit I had the shrimp fried rice and the second visit (not pictured) I got chicken pad Thai and the shrimp blanket. The ambiance is very beautiful and clean. Perfect for going alone, date night or dinner with friends. The staff was very friendly and polite. I will be back again! read more

My friend and I were looking for another Thai spot and I think we found it! From start to finish, we had an amazing time and Thai Charm did not disappoint. Such aesthetic interior, the seating, the plating, to the food display was excellent. We ordered a Thai tea, hot tea, spring rolls/eggrolls, pad Thai with chicken and tofu, yellow curry with chicken, crab fried rice, and finished with mango sticky rice. We were pretty hungry...Service was amazing, they tended to us, rearranged the tables so we have plenty of room for the food, and even at the end, they packed up our leftovers. This is a great spot for small or large groups; dates, girls/boys night out/hangout, friends and family, business meetings. Check it out! We'll definitely be back! Till then, let's eat! read more

First of all: make a reservation here, the ambiance is great for a date and we just popped in and were asked if we had a reservation (no we didn't). It seemed like lots of the (good) tables were reserved for future arriving guests. Started with the Golden Triangles: they would benefit from seasoning the tofu before frying, the fry was excellent and flavorful, but the tofu inside was flavorless (salt less) and a bit much if the fry was supposed to balance the tofu. Both of us had curry, they were both pretty good, but on the sweeter side than we prefer. The quality of the food and all ingredients was excellent: I've never had bamboo shoots that I actively sought out to eat, they were so tasty! Would definitely visit here again. It's pretty intimate, so if you're looking to bring your family of 6 or more, call ahead so they can make sure they arrange the 4-top tables for you! read more
Came here to celebrate my man's birthday and everything was FANTASTIC! First of all - it is SO cute in here. Seriously, the decor?? TOP TIER. Second - the customer service?? INCREDIBLE. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, and welcoming! What's crazy is, I actually had to cancel this reservation a few weeks prior due a family emergency, and ended up rebooking for a new date as soon as I had the chance. Somehow, the manager remembered my name and was like "I'm so glad you were able to make it in this time. I saw you had to cancel the previous reservation." That alone blew me away!! Like how on earth did she remember that tiny detail from a few weeks ago?!?! So unexpected and so thoughtful! ANYWAY - that sweet interaction set the tone for the rest of the evening and everything that followed was IMMACULATE!! To start we had: the Moo Ping, Coconut Shrimp, and the Thai Chicken wings. While everything was good, those WINGS?!?!?! NEXT LEVEL. I actually ended up ordering another batch immediately after because they were so delicious!! Perfectly crispy on the outside, super juicy on the inside and SO well seasoned. Seriously - THE BEST!! For entrees - my man did the Massaman curry and I did the Thai Charm Beef Salad. Both entrees were SO GOOD!! The salad was SO fresh and flavorful!! The beef was super tender and well seasoned, and the dressing added the PERFECT tangy zest!! Absolutely loved it!! The curry was delicious as well! We both loved it!! My man always loves everything super spicy, so he got the highest spice level for the curry - but still didn't think it was hot, meanwhile - it was spicy to me (I can tolerate a little bit of spice lol), so keep that in mind if you're a spice lover!! THEN - at the very end, they brought us a complimentary birthday cheesecake, which was such a sweet surprise!! It was so rich, creamy, and delicious. On top of that, we ordered the fried ice cream and it was an absolute DREAM!! Seriously - SO GOOD!! Honestly - I knew this place was going to be good but I guess I wasn't prepared for HOW GOOD!! I had an absolutely delightful experience at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by its charm and cleanliness. A beautiful ambiance and plenty of delicious options. Met here for a Girls lunch and was delighted by the bright & cheery atmosphere and friendly greetings. We all ordered off the Lunch Specials but there were so many other delectable options on the main menu too. I was pleased to see the prices were average and the portions filling. I chose Cashew Chicken, which came with white rice, but was delicious on its own. The presentation for each dish was beautiful and simple and I just couldn't resist taking photos of the dishes my friends ordered. Our service was great and attentive. Super cute looking place, family owned and very friendly staff! Excited to have a new Thai place in the Frisco area with such great food and everything's beautifully plated as well. We got 4/5 spice but wasn't spicy enough so asked for more on the side and then tasted good. We stumbled upon this place on a Sunday afternoon. We were all craving Thai food. Aesthetically this place is absolutely precious on the inside. I love the attention to detail with the decor, the menu and the plating. We ordered the Thai dumplings and jerky, and Tom kha soup to start. All were very tasty and we were so excited for our entrees. I ordered the Khao Soi Gai, and my husband the cashew chicken stir fry. We both were pretty disappointed in our entrees; flavor was good in the sauce I just didn't care for how all the ingredients tasted combined. My husband's dish was lacking flavor in general. He loves this dish normally; just wasn't that memorable here. The appetizers were definitely more delicious than the entrees in our experience. Food were delicious! Strongly recommend the beef jerky! We ordered two in one meal, that's how good they were! Good marinade with a lot of flavor in tender beef! Tom yum soup is good too! Cashew nut definitely got one of the good flavor, but only two pieces of chicken in main course, which is disappointing in these whole experience. even the soup has more chicken inside. Made an hr trip for a book cafe in Frisco and found this spot close by for lunch for my daughter's birthday. Thankfully it was not busy at the time and was seated rather quickly. We were headed elsewhere and ended up here; What an Amazing Find! The ambiance is classy. The service friendly and attentive. The Pad Thai was delicious. The Crispy Duck Kee Mow is one of the best I've had. My adult son had a spectacular Roasted Duck Curry, the Daughter-in-law raved for her Sizzling Gai Pad Ped, and the granddaughters enjoyed a delicious Seafood Pad Won Sen. all very authentic and amazing flavors. We made a last minute reservation for a Friday night and got lucky to get into this gem. It's gorgeously done inside with beautiful decor. We were quickly seated and greeted by our server. We ordered three appetizers, dumplings, crab cream cheese and fresh spring rolls. All came out very quickly. They were all very tasty. I was surprised how much crab was in the dish! After ordering our food came out equally quick. Everyone was very pleased with their meal. The kids got beef pad thai and stated it was one of the best they've had. I got the ginger dish with beef and if you're a ginger lover like me, it's perfect! The veggies were fresh and tasty. I got spicy level 3, and it was decently spicy so if you don't like heat, get a 1 or 2. Overall, everything about our experience was fantastic. Beautifuly done with attentive friendly service. We ordered Panang curry and pad kee now and both were amazing! The curry had very tasty and flavorful, but could taste a hint of turmeric. Pad kee mow was also really good, the tofu was nicely marinated. The quantity was amazing. The restaurant is really cute and the interior was cute and peaceful. Located in a charming Plaza. Love the vibes surrounding. This restaurant is very cute setting, not very big however very cozy. Love the menu as I can see how the food I order looks like. My boyfriend and I come here about once or twice a month. I'm vegetarian and really appreciate the variety of options ... they always hit the spot!! The food is consistently tasty, and out of all the Thai places I've tried, this is still one of my favorites. The restaurant is always super clean and has a fresh, modern feel. Staff is friendly and attentive. Highly, highly recommended for Thai food lovers!! read more
