Our dine in experience was wonderful: quick attentive service in a warm and friendly environment. We ordered potstickers for an appetizer and they were plump and tasty. I had the orange chicken and it tasted clean and fresh. He had the Thai basil beef and said that it was delicious. Last night, we ordered take out: corn patties, chicken satay, Thai basil chicken and cashew chicken. Our order was ready promptly, and our meal was packaged with care. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. This morning, I received a nice note, thanking me for my order. On our next visit, we intend to visit during Happy Hour to enjoy bites and cocktails. We are so glad that we found this neighborhood restaurant and look forward to enjoying many more meals with the friendly staff at Thai Spice.

Tom yum soup was good but I'd say it's on the sweeter than sour side but still good. The tom kha (ate before we got a picture lol) was very good! We also got the wonton soup which was good. Side of fried rice was basic but I expected that for only $4-5, it did have a garlicky taste which was nice. Spice level are good, the medium had a kick and lingering spice to it. The hot wasn't unbearable but a good heat. I would be curious on the Thai spicy and might get it next time

I can give grace for that since I too want to not test the Texas grid. It's really clean and well set up when you first walk in. It was so hot inside, my legs stuck to the seat of the vinyl booth. Ugh. Service is slow, but the food comes out fast. I had to call out for refills on water. No ice. I prefer my water cold. Room temperature water is not my thing. I'm guessing I'm missing something. My soup was fresh and the broth was delicious! It was a spice level of 5. I like my food spicy. This was off the charts! My friends had a hard time eating their food. It was supposed to be level 2 spice, instead it was level 5 like mine. It was not enjoyable for them. Theirs went in a to go box. Then to the trash when they got home. I ate all my soup, no togo box for me. I paid the price for 3 days after eating here. OMG! Your tummy will be dying. Be safe. Don't eat level 5 at a new restaurant. You would think I'd learned that by now. We all have stupid moments. Mine was epic! It's supposed to be vegan and gluten free which is a big plus for those that require that as their diet. Less sugar items is a plus too! Way to go green. For me, because I messed up, I'll start at a lower spice level if I return. There were 4 people in our party. Got the feeling this place will be out of business before I even think of returning. I hope I'm wrong and wish them luck! June 2024

We ordered yellow curry tofu which had a side of sticky rice, curry fried rice with crispy chicken and grilled chicken curry noodles. The serving size is just about perfect. For drinks, it was cucumber lime refresher which was too sweet and strawberry mint sangria which we highly recommend. We sat inside because it was quite warm. The conversations were quite loud and took us some time to adjust. There was live music going on too which we really couldn't hear amongst all the conversation. There is an option to sit on the patio too. There is parking on site and I think valet parking is covered if you dine here. But, call the restaurant and confirm. We'll definitely return soon.

The prices are slightly cheaper than lunch/dinner portions. The ambience is great and it's such a cute space: it's chic and comfortable. It's a modern style and you almost feel like you're out the country. I like the laid back vibes and energy. 5 STARS The food is good too. The Basil Fried Rice is delicious. It's so flavorful and has the right amount of spice and heat. This was my favorite dish and please note this item is not on happy hour. This is a WINNER and was the star of the evening. 5 STARS The Chicken Wings were tasty with the sweet Thai chili sauce. These are good, but not great. I definitely have had better. However, they are seasoned well and good for sharing. The pickled veggies on the side are amazing. Every bite was magical and scrumptious. I wanted more veggies. 3.75 STARS The cocktails are wonderful. Lychee Martini and Spicy Passion Margarita are both GREAT! The taste of each cocktail is just right. 5 STARS Service was decent and our waiter was pleasant. He seemed like he was new. He didn't seem to know certain things. I could tell he wasn't fully familiar or comfortable yet. 3 STARS Overall a fun happy hour with my friend. We left feeling happy and satisfied. GOOD FOOD equals GOOD MOOD! I will definitely be back to try some more menu items SOON. I am so happy I gave them a chance. The reviews made me have mixed feelings. Go and check them out!
