this place is like a hidden gem, super underrated. their pho bowls ensure the broth stayed hot all the way thru, and the quality of every ingredient we got was all superior read more

Walking in the place ambiance is casual and clean. Great for lunch and hangouts. The owners and server were very nice. I order spring roll and special pho. The spring roll here is pretty good but missing a vegetable that typically goes with it(not a biggie). The pho was ok in my opinion. The broth was rich but it's not beefy as I would've like. The topping was okay, the muscle was very thinly sliced. The pho is meh. Pho is southern style, in case you wondering. However, I do love how they care about the presentation, it look really good. Overall, I think it's a good place to satisfy your pho craving without having to drive far. This place does well in presentation and its customer services but I think it little lack in the food quality and serving size given the price (it's a little pricey but it is located in prosper so...). I would say give it a try. read more

3 stars, but it technically gives you your pho fix. The broth was decent flavor wise, the place was very clean, and the staff was friendly. But this bowl was apparently engineered from a combination of stone, steel, and whatever they use to build heat shields for spacecraft. Over an hour later I still couldn't touch the outside of the bowl. Looking at the semi-empty bowl afterward felt like I had just survived a medieval cooking experiment. Ordered the large rare beef x2 and tripe pho for $15.50. Their small is very small.... Sizes up front on counter for comparison. They give you an ocean of broth, but somehow I ran out of meat halfway through. The tripe portion was decent, but the rare beef was basically on a witness protection program. The broth was also pretty fatty/oily, which started catching up to me halfway through the meal. Also got about 3 leaves of Thai basil total. Never got a water refill either, which felt extra aggressive considering the soup was approximately 4,000 degrees. And maybe it's just me, but the Sriracha bottles tasted suspiciously watered down. Not terrible pho, just overpriced for what you get. If you need a pho fix, it works. Just bring oven mitts.... read more

My husband and I went to this restaurant for our pho. I ordered for Banh mi and pho soup. My husband ordered for large chicken pho. Their pho is tasty and the meat is tender. Their banh mi is the best banh mi I had and they put a lot of grilled pork meat in my banh mi. This will be our go to place for pho from now on. I used my Groupon voucher which allowed us to order food worth 30$ and with tip I paid extra 7$. We will go back for their other food in the menu. read more

Wow! Their Pho Bowl was so delicious. We ordered to-go and the broth and noodles were in one container and all the add ins in another. They provided everything down to packets of sriracha and hoisin sauce, sprouts, limes, basil, & chopped jalapeños. The broth was so delicious and we got the beef, which was exceptionally tender. This pho bowl is craveable. We have been back twice more as it was so delicious A restaurant not to miss. read more

I always get excited when I see a Vietnamese place near the Frisco/Prosper area, so I was drawn when driving by. The restaurant itself is clean and open spacing. Ordering was a breeze and the staff was pleasant even during the busy lunch hour. Crab Rangoons - average Fried egg rolls - delicious! Wish they served it with some lettuce like other viet places do, but honestly they were still solid. Pho - good size and love that they serve it in the hot bowl so it stays warm your entire meal. I will warn that the metal edges are very hot so be careful when you're eating not to touch the bowl with skin. Decent pho considering the area. read more

Decided to try this place since it was cold outside. Was in the mood for good pho. Walking in I was greeted from someone working by the register in back. Place was clean. I ordered the beef tenderloin and did not get any meat. It was all cartilage. The broth was good and the noodles were too. Just disappointed that they didn't serve any meat. I didn't get asked how my food was because the server was watching videos on her phone behind the counter. Definitely do order that dish unless you don't want real meat. read more

Delicious Pho !! And that was takeout. I can't imagine what it would be if I had it there. With chicken and meatballs very tasty.

Loving pho is hard in north texas there aren't a lot of great choices ! but I found a new place that offers a delicious broth and the presentation is exquisite! I love the lava stone bowls and the pho here! I will definitely come back again! I wish I could do like a 4.5 star review! read more

The broth here is really good! I may even prefer this to some of the other pho places in Richardson. However the meat is less than what you would normally receive at this price point. read more

First time at this restaurant. Vietnamese spring rolls were great. The pork banh mi is one of the best in North Texas. Will be back. Thanks read more

Service was terrible. I ordered rare steak beef pho and spring rolls. I ordered for myself. A family of 4 walks in 10mins after and they get all of their appetizers and food before me. I asked why it was taking so long and they said only one person makes the pho. I don't understand. It's broth and noodles. I requested the rare meat on the side. The family of 4 also ordered pho and again got theirs before me. Why o why. Really bad experience. I paid for my spring rolls and left. read more

This is a really nice and authentic Vietnamese food place. They offer a good variety of pho, and rice dishes. Prices for most entry plates ranged from ~$13 to ~$18, and food is fresh, healthy and very well portioned. You have to pay at the counter, but they take your order and bring the food at the tables. Very kind and nice people. The place is very clean and minimalist style. They have about 11 tables both full and half booth. It should be good for parties equal or less than 4, but you can probably adjust for bigger given the open space. read more

Their combination fried rice is good. I recommend this place if you are craving for Asian food and you live near area of Prosper.

We went there for the Grand Opening and it hasn't worked out its kinks yet. We tried the Phở and Vermicelli Bowl. The Phở was really expensive for lots of noodles and barely any meat. The broth was so bland you can't make out any spices. The Bun Thit Nuong was also flavorless and lacking in quantity. I will try it again but maybe not for another six months in hopes they add seasoning to their dishes. read more

I eat a lot of Pho in the north DFW area so when this new place opened close to me I had to try it. Place is new so it's nice inside, not very busy when I went. The spring rolls were good. The Pho broth was a little bland and extremely fatty, so much so that I could not finish it. I would prefer a cleaner broth, there are better Pho places for sure. read more

This is the first time ever that I have eaten clean bean sprouts from a pho restaurant. That was appreciated that Phoke went out of their way of removing the dark stems from the sprouts. Overall, good flavor. Our soup stayed hot during the whole lunch because of the specialty, thick, stone bowls their pho is served in. Try the Shrimp Roll with its own special sauce. You won't be disappointed. We will certainly return for more. read more

I love Pho and this place was so good! So glad we have a Pho restaurant north of 380 finally! You can order at the counter or be sat at one of the many tables in the restaurant. They serve the soup in a ceramic like bowl that keeps the food super hot the whole time! Lots of veggies are served alongside the soup. It also seemed that they had homemade chili oil on the side as well. Will be back! read more

The first time we went to the new pho place near Kroger, I wasn't a huge fan. The pho broth was bland and there was a large amount of noodles in it. We had a huge craving for soup today & wanting to give it a second chance. Highly recommend! The broth was super flavorful and the new seasonal soup they had was amazing! 10/10 would recommend read more

Food - the food didn't match what I ordered and what the guy taking the order explained. I ordered 2 beef bowls. Taste was okay. The serving size was small for a $15 large. The rice dish was supposed to have a fried egg on top per the staff and it was supposed to be fried chicken per the staff. It came grilled without an egg. The bbq pork fried rice came with fried rice and pork on the side. Service - the servers were nice and greeted me. They smiled. The guy on the phone didn't know what was what. Ambiance - it was a nice Viet spot. Clean and well decorated. For $64 minus the 20% soft opening, this place didn't leave a good first impression. I'd say give them a shot. I most likely won't return if this is what to expect. Wrong food, overpriced, small portions, and an okay flavor. read more

I ordered from Phoke Noodles & Grill through DoorDash tonight. The Pho was decent, but the portion size was disappointing. We visited during the soft opening weekend. Service took a long time since they were short staff and still working out kinks which is totally fine and expected for their soft opening. Limited menu due to soft opening which again was expected. Pho Broth had good flavor (better than Texas pho house) but I'm not a fan of the pho noodles. I don't know if it was the noodles itself or the fact it was over cooked. Soft and mushy, was not a fan of the noodles. I would definitely come back and retry in a couple of months once they are little more settled to see if the issues with pho noodle gets fix. read more

Egg rolls - 5* Broth/Brisket Pho - 5* Viet coffee - 3.5* Bahn Mi - 5* Service - 3* Food is all excellent with outstanding flavors. Phoke Noodles & Grill - $15 for a bowl of vermicelli, bagged salad, 1 egg roll and 4 small pieces of meat - Vietnamese Near Me - Prosper, Texas

This is more of a 3.5, but there's potential here so I'm giving them the 4 stars because I want them to survive. Yes, their service is terrible but I'm overlooking that because they're still new. Now, onto the good parts. Their broth is wonderful. One of the better ones I've had. Very clean, light, & balanced. It's on par with or even slightly better than Texas Pho House just for reference. Tendon needs to be cooked longer. We had the pork egg rolls which were a good size and flavorful. The fish sauce served with it definitely needs improvement. As for the pork and shrimp fresh spring rolls, they are very small compared to other restaurants. You do get 4 compared to 2 at other places so it nearly evens out. I don't necessarily mind this because I found that the proportions provided a much stronger flavor of the star ingredients as opposed to getting lost by being overstuffed with noodles. Overall, once they figure out operations and get enough staff, this place will be solid. read more

Came here during their soft opening and had a wonderful experience! The food was great and the staff was friendly. The spring rolls had the right balance of everything and the sauce was delicious. The lemongrass tofu was flavored wonderfully and I was originally disappointed they didn't have vegetarian soup noodles I'm glad it forced me to try something that could very well be one of my new favorites. The Thai tea was also so flavorful and tasted very fresh. Excited to see their full menu when they open officially! read more

My favorite pho place in the area! Hands down best fried egg rolls and their pho broth tastes delicious.

My fiancé and I went to Phoke Noodles during the first day of their soft opening. When we saw that there was a Vietnamese restaurant opening near us, I was very excited! I'm super glad we got to try their food today! And to be their first customers is such an honor! For our drinks, my fiancé ordered himself a Viet coffee and I had da chanh (lemonade) for myself. The Viet coffee was creamy, not too sweet and slightly bitter, however it was really strong (like a typical cafe sua da) which exactly how my fiancé likes his coffee! The lemonade reminded me of how my grandma used to make it for me -- freshly squeezed! It was very nostalgic. Maybe a tad bit too sweet, but I'm not much of a sweets person. The lemonade might be perfect for someone who has a sweeter tooth than I do :) I also like that they served our water in a pitcher with separate water glasses. As for our appetizer, we got the goi cuon (shrimp/pork spring rolls). They came cut in half for us with plenty of shrimp and pork inside. They also added mint inside the spring rolls which added a refreshingly, pleasant surprise! And the peanut dipping sauce was served warm. These were super enjoyable! The only thing I was confused about was why the cut off the closed end of the spring roll. I wish I'd remembered to ask. We both ordered the pho dac biet (combination pho) which was supposed to come with tendon & tripe, but the supply order didn't come in time for the restaurant's soft opening, so we made do without which was completely fine :) The pho came in these stone bowls, which I thought was so cool! These kept our broth HOT, and I absolutely love hot soup (the kind that slightly burns your tongue and the back of your throat as it travels to your stomach). The broth itself was clear and fatty (yum!), but just slightly lacking a little in that umami flavor. The noodles were thicker than what my fiancé and I were used to because they weren't the traditional pho noodles. What impressed me the most was when the owner told us that their noodles are actually freshly hand-made! This definitely explained the texture that the noodles had. I appreciate that gave us plenty of basil and the bean sprouts were really fresh! Curiosity got the best of me and I ended up asking our server how to pronounce the name of the restaurant: "pho-keh," pronounced kinda slowly hahah. Overall, the entire atmosphere was very comfortable, so bring all your friends and family! Next time, we'll be trying the rice and vermicelli dishes :) read more
