My husband and I ate here tonight and both our meals were not up to standards of Chic-Fil-A that I've come to expect. We dined inside. I noticed that the order area counter was dirty. The take out counter was also dirty. Every table I considered sitting at was dirty with crumbs and drink stains. We found one that wasn't as dirty as the others and sat down. My tea had maybe 3 slivers of ice in it. I had to request that they dump some tea and add ice. Condiments were slim to none. I commented on the lack of cleanliness to the manager, who said "thank you". A staff member started wiping tables. Why do they not do this every 15 minutes or so without customers having to tell them? Apparently, clean up was no one's job. My chicken sandwich was blah, cold bun, and overcooked chicken. The fries were cold and limp. My husband's salad lettuce was a strange shade of washed out green and yellow. There was a weird thumping noise coming from somewhere in the room. None of the employees or the manager wore hats of any sort to contain their hair. Is that normal now? Always have issues drinks are wrong or no sauce. This happens A LOT. Theres a specific lady at the drive thru every morning. She doesnt check anything before she hands it out. This chic fil a is about beating the line and not getting things right. read more

I appreciated all the friendly staff, the clean enviro & diverse personnel at this location! I felt genuinely welcomed, it was nice to be among people of all ages, & hand sanitizer being readily available was nice too. Brand new. They got smart and located a much larger building with wider double lane drive through on a large corner lot with two road ingress/ egress! Unsanitary! First mistake a couple of weeks ago they had bagged my order wrong. They gave it to the car in front of me and tried to just give it back to me after someone else went through it to realize it was wrong. I told them I wasn't taking the order and they seemed mad that I noticed. They took the food to the back and made me a "fresh" order. Probably just put the same sandwich in a different box. Second mistake was today. While pouring my drink I was paying close attention to see what else they try to get away with. The cashier dropped a piece of a straw wrapper in my drink and took it out with his bare fingers and tried to just carry on and put a lid on. I told him to pour me a new drink. Stopped by the recently opened new store for this long-time location. Chick-fil-A moved across the street and now has much more space, particularly in the parking lot. It's still a little confusing with potential for traffic jams if you pull in from Accent. But compared to before it's terrific. Staff is still great and helpful and the food is CFA awesome. This location has always messed up our order every single time. Yesterday, I ordered a kids meal through the drive thru. I asked the guy twice to make sure it's a kids meal. I get to the window, and of course, it's not a kids meal. The guy rectified it by giving me another 5ct nugget, but that's not the point. I wasn't given any sauce on top of it. The drive thru guy didn't seem to care as he just clearly told me what I wanted to hear after I tried to clarify the order several times. Every single time this location fails me one way or another. Person taking my order wasn't very cheerful or friendly like the usual employees at Chick-fil-A are but the person handing me my order at the window was very upbeat and friendly. The food was 4/10- the fries tasted very old or double fried. My spicy chicken patty was broken in half so when I picked up my sandwich half of the chicken patty fell on the floor. I like this location all except for the LONG lines. It really doesn't matter what time you show up, the drive thru line always seems to wrap around the building even if you show up at 1:30 in the afternoon thinking you've beat the lunch rush. Wrong. What's worse is when you place a mobile order and pull up in the curb side pick up and they're too busy to bring out your order (after you've patiently sat in your car waiting for 10 minutes), and end up having to go into the store to ask for your order. On Friday's I've started to open up my app to see if there is a reward for a free item. The past two Friday's I haven't been disappointed. This morning, the free reward was 4 chicken minis. Thankfully, the line actually wasn't too long when I got there this morning a little after 8am. I ordered the minis with hashbrowns and a vanilla iced coffee. It was easy to redeem the free minis using the app; just let them scan! The person at the window was also friendly. Everything I ordered was in the bag when I got to work and tasted great. This is definitely the most unfriendly Chick-fil-A I have ever been to for breakfast. I go through the drive-through proximately twice a week and they never say good morning. They never greet me when I get to the window they just read back the main item on my order, not even the full order. They close the window in between waiting for items, no discussion, no how was your day, and they are very abrupt. Half of the reason that I go to Chick-fil-A instead of another restaurant is so that I get a friendly face in the morning and that definitely does not have any here. This establishment is definitely the WORST that I've ever visited. The drive thru workers are always impatient and when I drive to the actual window they are either on their phones or horse-playing. Tonight when I visited the young man on the intercom couldn't hear me well, and instead of asking me nicely to repeat my last words, he rudely EXCLAIMED WHAT DO YOU WANT?!? Also, don't expect to get pickles on your sandwich nor you buns toasted like other Chick-fil-A's. Went around 9:10pm on Saturday, cashier was smiling face and what I over heard him talking to some regular customers he was about to finish gus full shift, that much enthusiasm and energy at hast food joint is awesome!!!
