I didn't get his name, but the employee who had a mustache was the most friendly Jersey Mike's employee I've ever encountered! He was awesome! read more

I have never had any issues at this location. It is always incredibly clean, the staff is kind, and the sandwiches slap every time. This location turned me into a Jersey Mike's fanatic. I'm not sure if it's because I started coming after the new management, but this team deserves recognition. I have seen them backed up before and I have also seen them navigate training new staff; and every time they do it with smiles on their faces. Solid location. read more

Top notch ingredients and quick assembly - always getting my order correct. And everything is sliced to order! Probably now my favorite sandwich restaurant. read more

We did a to go order. Service was quick and the food great!! The ingredients were of good quality and the taste was balanced.

I was grabbing a quick lunch and decided on the turkey sub in a tub. Can I just tell you how great this salad was! It was fresh, delicious and so big I could hardly finish it. The staff here is nice and my online order was perfect. I had also ordered a sandwich with something's on the side and it was great too! read more

Okay, just to start...they'd been putting a half-effort into my orders for quite some time, culminating in a really bad experience one night. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone when I called, so I left a review somewhere else & got a sincere call from the new manager, Tim. We still waited about two months to try them again, and for two visits, our orders were splendid. Then, tonight, they got my bowl completely wrong. I get if you are running low on stuff. That said, please don't put stuff on that I didn't order. I didn't order banana peppers or cherry pepper relish, though I'm they were ordered on the 2nd bowl & under everything. There was also no bacon or Mayo on my #9 club. The bowls were sloppy & when they didn't answer the phone, I retuned with my bowl. I was not asked what I wanted them to do - just told me they'd refund me. Then, when I gave the young man a comment, he offered to re-make my bowl (but I heard at that moment they were out of lettuce). So, in the end, I had no dinner... read more

My #6 sandwich on Rosemary bread was so delicious, fresh and ... just perfect! The store is clean and well staffed. The staff were great and made us feel very welcome. Their service was also quick. Wonderful experience! read more

Ordered 4 giants with specific instructions. When I arrived at the Super Bowl party, they weren't cut as requested; the bread selection was wrong on one; one was missing ham. I went back the next day to see if I could use my coupon I forgot to use when I picked them up. The manager asked how the subs were, and I explained all the errors in my order. The employee standing next to the manager confirmed my requests to his boss! He replied I should have brought my coupon in when I picked them up, as he could do nothing at this point. I was thoroughly discusted with the attitude I received; turned around and walked out. The manager yelled at me when leaving, "don't forget your coupon next time!". after years of giving my business to this establishment, hell will freeze over before I step in to Jersey Mikes again. read more

I was not acknowledged when I walked in and never acknowledged as I stood there waiting for someone to take my order. I left since the customer service was out the window for them . Don't waste your time here . read more

We showed up to this location 10 minutes before closing and Aaron did a phenomenal job of welcoming us in with high energy, a smile and great customer service. He had a great attitude. He went above and beyond. Thanks Aaron! read more

Always good and consistent. In and out with a delicious sandwich. We have sandwiches to go almost every week and food is always consistent. Only reason for 4 stars is because they messed up our order last time. read more

I like the sandwiches but so much is wrong here... the workers are hit and miss - it can take forever to get a sandwich sometimes. The online orders take priority over in person. That's irritating as well. The soda options are bad. They have cheap off brand drinks and all of them are weak with half the syrup and twice price as McDonald's next door. (So get drinks there for $1). Check in on yelp for possible promo. read more

I've been here a couple times now and have had good experiences. In fact, this is the first time in my life that I've tried Jersey Mike's. The customer service was good and the sandwiches are tasty. It's always nice to have an alternative when I don't feel like eating at Subway. I haven't tried ordering over the phone yet so can't attest to the other negative reviews about incorrect orders being given to them. read more

With 4 other Jersey Mike's in Plano, don't waste your time patronizing this location unless you are willing to go inside to babysit your order since they mess up app orders. I contacted customer support multiple times, received an email promising a response within 48 hours, and never heard anything back. This tells me the franchisee doesn't care about quality or its customers. read more

Jersey Mikes has really good sandwiches. However, I think this is the only restaurant in all of Texas that does not serve Dr Pepper. Jimmy John's has COKE and Dr Pepper. Taco Bell next door has Pepsi and Dr Pepper. Catering to the needs of Pepsi instead of your customers isn't a very good business model.... I promise you are loosing more in sales that you are being paid by Pepsi. read more

I've been semi frequent at this location but since I found that the Italian cold cuts in the display fridge were all expired, I haven't been back. Service the times before have been alright and quality of food was decent up until the revelation. Now's all I can do is wonder about the times before. read more

Great sandwiches and fast service in my opinion. The chipotle cheesesteak was recommended to me, so I ordered it and got the bread switched to a wheat wrap. It was AMAZING, and I'll definitely order that again. They don't skimp out on the steak at all. The #8 club sub is pretty good as well. I'll definitely order from here again as prices are decent. read more

Terrible customer service and a lack of attention to detail. I ordered a #17 (Cheese Steak), regular size. Normally, i'm asked if I wanted anything one it or do you want it Mike's way. Nothing at all, cooked and wrap in the bag. I asked if I can get mayo, lettuce and tomato. Answer, we don't dobthat on #17....really? Is there a change in the rules after 10 yrs? Gotta do better than this please. read more

Ordered a sub on-line, simple task right? Picked up the sub and 100% the wrong sub! Covered in hot sauce, couldn't eat it. Nowhere on line to make comments! Other locations are ok, but this location sucks ! read more

I was a avid customer of Subway 4 times per week until they hired Megan Rapinoe to represent them. If Megan won't stand for the US National Anthem then I won't stand in line at Subway to eat. I now have discovered Jersey Mikes and their product is much better then Subway. The meat is cut while you wait in line giving it a great level of freshness and taste. The sandwich buns are baked daily and taste much better then Subway. Jersey Mikes produces and excellent sandwich and I plan to eat there weekly. This store has hired very good help, they are friendly, helpful and customer oriented. I definitely give them 5 stars for their excellent product and their great attitude. read more

The subs here are a step above but it's the service that really gets this place its rating. The guys are this location are top notch! Service with a smile with love. I really enjoyed my sub and would definitely come back. read more

I had to feed a large crowd in a short amount of time. This location was up for the challenge - 240 sandwiches in less than 3 hours!! They were nice, efficient and grateful for my business. There was a much closer Jersey Mike's to my office but they weren't up for handling my request when I called...so thank you very much to Josh, Martel and team for the can do attitude and delicious food! Y'all are my new go-to location! read more

The combination of hot and cold subs at Jersey Mike's makes every visit a surprise since I'm not really sure what I want until I look at the menu. In the event of having to pick up dinner on the way home from work, I have memorized each family member's favorite sandwich. read more

This store not only continuously gets orders wrong, but once you go back to correct them, they are still wrong. I had gone back this evening to swap my sandwich because they had mixed the breads on the two sandwiches we ordered. I asked for white bread and as he is wrapping the sandwich, I notice it looked like the rosemary bread and questioned him one last time to which he replied it was white, only to find out once I got home it was the rosemary bread. Always double check our orders here as they never seem to get them correct. read more

Walked in at 8:39 PM to the Plano location and ordered 2 club subs. Was told my the employee (did not get a name but he had a dirty blonde/brown pony tail) that they did not have any bacon and it would be a "waste" to cook bacon for my subs. To be told that it would not be "worth" cooking bacon for my meal is such a poor level of customer service and insulting. read more

We order sandwiches from Jersey Mikes about once a week. The sandwiches are good, my favorite is the Pastrami Reuben, but they have several to choose from. In addition, the sandwiches come in three sizes, mini, regular and large. All of the cold sandwiches can be changed to a wrap or a salad, which is a nice option. They also have kids meals. Ordering is easy, because you can have it "Mike's Way" which is topped with lettuce, tomato, onions, seasoning, oil and vinegar. They have plenty of seating, and you can choose chips and soft drinks, tea and water to go along with your sandwich. This particular location opened a few years ago and does a pretty good business. read more

Do not go here. Bread was incredibly stale like 2 days old. Tasted awful. Tried to call the store after to complain and nobody answered after 4 calls. Obviously don't give a damn about quality of the product or customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS STORE SUCKS read more

Two stars only because the employees were cool. An inferior product. Displeasing interior. Is this really the Jersey Mile's advertised?

I'm updating my review to add a couple more stars to 4. On my latest visit my phoned in order was ready shortly after I arrived, the staff were all wearing masks and customers were spaced following the signs on the floor. It felt safe to be there. As I mentioned below on my previous visit, it was so hectic that I left without waiting for them to start an order phoned in and already paid for. They are doing much better now. I love their subs but this particular location should be avoided. I just ordered online, arrived at the pick up time and had to wait inside with a dozen people who were placing their orders. They did not even start my order until I got their attention and asked where my pick was. Because of the Covid restrictions, I ordered online expecting to pick up the order without spending much time inside (just like other restaurants) but the waiting line inside was to the door and none of the staff behind the counter were wearing face masks. They really do need some serious management attention. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs is one of my favorite sub-sandwich chains. I don't think there is a sandwich on the menu I dislike. I wish that I would have posted a positive review previously because the quality and freshness is always good. Recently, this particular location, that is convenient to our home, was clean, quick service, friendly, and offered great customer service. However, we have not experienced the same service in recent visits. The team always appear to be "rushed", rude and simply wants to move the customer along. The store is not as clean and most recently, it was apparent the store was dealing with a difficult customer who placed a large order for pick up. I observed an associate, who appeared to be a manager, be rude to that patron and several others who were complaining as well. In the store's defense, it was busy with about nine people patiently waiting and two walking out. The entire team was focused on that one customer with the large order and the wait was significant with no apology. Then our order was not prepared properly, and the team member who made my spouse's sandwich didn't listen to a word he said when asked, "What would you like on your sandwich?" He told her he didn't want vinegar so she simply pulled off the lettuce, tomato, and onion and said, "Oh well, we don't have anymore tuna. Now what did you say you wanted?" We simply walked out. The sandwiches are so good, but I'm not going to spend that kind of money in an unprofessional environment. We left and went to Subway, not necessarily one of my favorites, but good ole Subway was fast, friendly, actually pretty good, and $6.00 less. I'll miss you Jersey Mike's, but you've lost my business. read more

The employees did not greet me upon arrival and I waited for about 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me. Only 1 of the 3 employees were properly wearing their mask as well, 2 of the 3 had their noses out of the mask which did not make me feel safe eating here. I will not be returning to this location read more
