My order was brought to my window with the frosted coffee dripping down the side out from under the lid. No big deal, it happens, so I start wiping it with a napkin. It kept dripping and ended up getting all over my hand after soaking the napkin as I was holding it and I realized it was because the drink was filled up past the brim. Looking closer it looked like they had issues filling it because I could see there was frosted coffee on the outside of the lid as well. I waited for them to notice I was still in the drive thru line and told the attendant about the issue. She was polite, took it back and I could tell someone else was dealing with it, so no fault of hers. She brings it back a minute or two later and it was the same sticky cup and same lid with the same mess just tipped out the frosted coffee so it was below the brim and still dripping. I sent it back again, which I hate doing, explaining I didn't think the lid was sealing properly because of the leaking. (Keep in mind I used the app to order because I needed to get back to work) She came back with it a third time, this time with a new lid but everything else still the same. At this point I'm very frustrated because of the mess which I feel like is a bigger problem because of being in my car than if I were in the restaurant. I gave up. Pictures attached, all they did was wipe the cup, not even thoroughly because you can still see where it had dripped down the side in multiple places, and how it was pooling under the seal of the lid. These pictures are better than what I was given the first time but I feel like by the third time they would have at least replaced the cup with the lid, if not then the whole thing. What was left was a very melted frosted coffee, sticky cup and still dripping. I ended up not even drinking it. Having been in customer service, to include escalations, for over a decade I feel like the situation should have been handled by a manager as soon as they found out it was dripping on me in my car.
