For how imperative this location is in. The staff everytime is extremely slow and lazy. They show no urgency whatsoever. I come here in the morning to pick up plain yeast rolls. I usually do an online order, my order is never complete on time. The managers in the morning crew absolutely disappointment they don't greet or acknowledge people inside. I will stare at them as they calmly and slowly pack peoples orders. Instead of having the urgency and giving me simple plain rolls. The service I received here was way below the service of a Wendy's. I dined in, I placed my order with the lady and was ready to pay with my app- which I just added funds to. The lady told me the "scanner" for the app was broken, so she said I had to use another form of payment. The register next to me was not being used but I could see the "red" coming from the scanner and that it possibly worked. Asked if she could just transfer my order there instead. She gave me grief for it and I politely said, I will not use my card. I want to use my app. Only then did she say she would get help. It took her co-worker TWO EASY SECONDS to transfer my order over. After we received our food, my sandwich basically looked like the bread was raw. Yelp 100 Challenge 2023 #49 Chick-fil-A is a household favorite with the delicious chicken sandwich and waffle fries. I am a huge fan of their lemonade and I always order it with no ice. This location is mostly bust during lunch and the afternoon rush. There are two drive thru's and there is always someone outside taking orders. You can order your food on their app and pick up in their drive thru or you can order when you get their. Be sure to scan your app for points to help you earn free food which can later be gifted or shared with friend and family. Salads I have't had a great experience at this location with their salads. Every salad I have tried has either has old lettuce or questionable ingredients, so I no longer order them here. I highly suggest sticking you popular menu items and you won't be disappointed. read more

She always seems to go above and beyond keeping the dining area spotless the whole time I was there. Alright so basically I come to chick fil a often but I was visiting the Frisco area and decided to get a sandwich, fries, and diet lemonade. The fries were terrific and the sandwich was good. Not hard to do. On the other hand, the lemonade tasted like literal piss... I went to get it replaced because the guy said there was another batch in the back, guess what? I got another cup of piss on ice. I then gave up and decided to just die of thirst because I just couldn't believe how horrid the lemonade was. If I could give them a -3 I would!!! I visited store number 02093. I originally placed my order through the app as I have done many times before. I am allergic to eggs so I always remove any eggs from my meals. The app does not allow me to select spicy chicken so as I've done before, when I got to the drive-through, I notified the worker to switch the chicken to spicy chicken and everything else to remain the same. Once I got and took my meal out of the bag It had an egg on it . I am not able to immediately go back up there as I have to work. I called the store and advised of the issue with my breakfast instead of the store choosing to resolve the issue, they called me a liar (in so many words). I'm called corporate and spoke to someone who simply explained that the mistake probably occurred because once you make any changes to your online order, it doesn't pick up any specifications (like to remove the egg). That explanation is understandable as is we're all human and mistakes happen however, what I do not appreciate is being called a liar from two store managers ( Roman Garcia & Ranita Cantu) at this location. My experience at this location, where I have spent countless of dollars at, has been one of the worst experiences. Especially from a Chick-fil-A where it's expected that the service is above average. I had ordered grilled nuggets and had been given regular because my order was put in incorrectly. The General Manager who had given me my order said I would need to pay the difference, which I was more than happy to do. However he said I would have to go to the back of the line and order again. There was only one person taking orders at the time. The GM could have brought me to one of the 2 other terminals to help fix the issue. I just left. If just the people we saw at lunch at dine-in and drive-thru wrote an honest review this store would be a 5+ star. The crowd was all over inside and outside. Many families with small children were enjoying themselves. The staff was very very busy but always seemed to have time to get drink refills, clean up the place, empty trash bins, deliver orders outside, etc. And we still found some shade south of store for awhile. 100+ degrees today. If I could rate zero I would. This location consistently gets orders wrong. The lines moves slow as molasses. We have ordered a bacon sausage biscuit on a gluten free bun about a thousand times from multiple Chick Fil A's. The sausage egg and cheese comes in a separate container with a prepackaged GF bun on the side. Every time, the exact same. Today we ordered 2 bacon egg cheese biscuits, and one GF sausage egg and cheese biscuit and 2 hash browns. When I got to the window, I double checked the order, because they consistently get it wrong , I felt the 2 biscuits, saw the container for the sausage egg and cheese, as well as the prepackaged GF bun, but only one hash brown. So I had to ask for another hash brown. The checked the receipt, apologized and gave me my hash brown. We drove home. We opened our food to sit down and eat. As we opened the GF order, in the container was one piece of sausage. No egg, no cheese. One piece of sausage. I tell my daughter let's go back and get the correct order. We get in the car and my other daughter calls me and says "what are these biscuits?" I ask what she is talking about, she says They just have bacon. On both. No eggs, no cheese, just... bacon. I ask her to send me a picture. Needless to say I was absolutely shocked and frustrated. So out of the 3 things we ordered all of them were wrong. When I get back to the restaurant , I bring in my receipt and my gf bun and one piece of sausage in the container, and the picture of the other 2 biscuits, fully expecting to be apologized to and given what we ordered. Lol boy was I wrong. Alejandra came to the counter and asked how she could help me, so I told her what we ordered and showed her what we got. She proceeded to justify why what we got for the GF order was correct, that they can't make a GF sausage egg and cheese biscuit because they have to use a GF BUN. this is a flat out lie. I told her we have been here multiple times , like a hundred times and it's never ever once been an issue. I proceeded to ask for my other 2 biscuits and showed her a picture of the biscuits we got. She says "can I please see your receipt" I say sure. She looks it over and says to me "it looks like that's what you ordered ma'am, see , we didn't charge you for 2 biscuits." My jaw is in the floor at this point. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits, the guy who rang it up just rang up 2 biscuits with bacon and now I'm being told that's what I ordered??? I say "are you serious right now, you don't see that it was your mistake ?" She said no ma'am you were charged for 2 biscuits so I can't give you 2 biscuits.. I said "I don't have my card cuz we already bought this order and you got it wrong. you realize I've already driven home and back, with my receipt and you're not going yo give me what I'm saying you got wrong?" She says "no ma'am". I was furious and walked out. You wonder, what in the world was she trying to prove ? We will never come back, I'm reaching out to the owner of the franchise. Theres 1460 mgs of sodium, 18 g of fat, 3.5 g of saturated fat, 70 mg cholesterol, and 6 g of sugar in the regular chicken sandwich. If you care and read labels look at their nutritional menu see what you and your family are eating. Charging 50 cents for a cup of water now. Very tiny grilled nuggets, 440 mg sodium in 6 nuggets, equivalent to eating 4 servings of 190 mg sodium per serving or salt of 64 potato chips, and g nuggets have 85 mg of cholesterol. The fried nuggets are 1210 mg of sodium same amount of cholesterol 85 mg, go figure. You are still getting some fat and plenty of salt, but not as high salt as their fried nuggets. Still not good. Also, they don't always tell you when there is an up charge of substituting mac and cheese for fries in a combo. This place is not the best for your health and prices are high. Can't they make the chicken and nuggets healthier! Rarely visit, except I like the rip off grilled chicken nuggets once in a green moon.. read more

This location is AWESOME!!! I drove through to get a sandwich and noticed a red carpet outside. I asked the man taking my order what was going on and he said, "Tonight is Daddy/Daughter night. We have turned half the restaurant into a fancy area with roses, tablecloths, etc., and we have a horse and carriage giving rides". He said my husband and I could even ride if we wanted! Then I look inside and see the Chick-Fil-A cow walking around!!!!! We get to the window to pick up our order and the cashier said it would be a minute for our drinks. I asked if he could take a picture of the cow while we waited. He said sure. took my phone, and off he went. Before I know it the cow is coming to the window to take a picture WITH ME!!!!!! I remember when Chik Fil A was family friendly, clean, and enjoyable. This place is filled with disrespectful lazy employees who ignore customers and all of the tables are dirty. When we were ordering the employee walked away 3 times, twice to serve other customers and once for no reasons. I wanted to ask if we were boring him, but he wasn't listening to even take our order. I then stood by the desk waiting for 5 min being ignored before I found a bucket with a wipe to wipe of a table so my family could sit. I do not recommend this place. As always, Chick-fil-A is perfect from a business management standpoint. They are nailing absolutely every aspect of what they're doing as far as I can see. I brought a bus load of kids in after a field trip for lunch and not only did they have every single one of my student fed in under 10 minutes (and every order correct), but they also purchased my meal as well as a meal for my bus driver. To be perfectly honest, the food at CFA is not my favorite, but dangit, their customer service wins me every time. It feels strange giving five star reviews to fast food chains, but they have absolutely earned it. I'll certainly bring more field trips here in the future! read more

Have been asking them many time to improve their chicken wraps. They put a little chicken in the middle of the wrap and the rest is lettuce and bread. At least put some cheese so it has some taste if you wanna be cheap on the chicken. They always forget your sauces too. They put it in your receipt but wont give it to you. Went to take my kids to eat during a busy day only to find that this location is not offering dine in, even though most others now are. Instead they are basically using the dine in space as employee break room. Multiple employees were relaxing enjoying their food in the dine in area. Must be nice.
