So imagine my surprise, walking into CVS find one of the two self checkout, kiosks, broken, align 6 to 7 people deep, and the clerk sitting behind the counter eating chips while everyone waited to ring themselves up. Occasionally, she'd wander over with her Chito dusted fingers to waive her badge at the kiosk when someone got stuck, then head right back towards our snack break instead of actually helping customers. By the time, I finally checked out, I understood exactly why people just shop online now. Convenience only works when the store actually values your time.

Most of the time, it's good but the quality is lacking. You have the choice to "request a refund" after the delivery. Quality guaranteed. Whoever has been choosing my groceries has no clue what quality is. Most of the time, my packaged fruit is moldy, chips or bread underneath canned foods, meat that is supposed to be sealed is opened or items have opened up in the bottom of bags. So, I request refunds. I received an email saying that I would not be receiving any more refunds. How can shopping at Kroger for many years turn into this when I depend on their delivery service as a senior? Anyway, can't wait for HEB to open near us Carrollton. In the meantime, I'll shop elsewhere. If you're a senior, can't go to the market, and depend on delivery.....DON'T USE KROGER'S! The family owned business ( a husband and wife) go above and beyond any other pharmacy I'm accustomed to by: 1) Being super-proactive working with your Doctors, resolving issues and trying to improve your life 2) They are incredibly knowledgeable about the business and pricing side of Pharma. Mark Cubans new venture, Medicare, various discount cards, how providers ( doctors) interact with the business side of prescriptions, and so on. I'm always just blown away by their medical expertise and care and genuine concern for your OVERALL health ( and I'm not always the easiest person to deal with LOL) 3) They actually get to know you as a Human Being with your conditions, and have fantastic memories of your history and meds. They are consistent ( you usually deal with the owner/ pharmacist couple0, so they get to know you well. I have no vested interest in posting this, except this Pharmacy breaks the mold on traditional chain pharmacies I've ever used. No joke. Its like you have your own Medical Concierge level of care. Whatever they are doing, its DIFFERENT than the traditional US pharmacy. They are from Korea, maybe its a cultural thing, but this Happy Pharmacy, does things so differently, 5 stars would not do it justice. The pharmacy itself, and the employees, is a good organization…read more ....But... If you leave the state, it is a fairly lengthy process to access your prescription records (30 days minimum). You also can't go on vacation, in another state, and pick up your prescriptions in a different state. Other pharmacies, like Walgreens, allow you to pick up your prescriptions in other states. You can also get copies of your pharmacy records in other states.........THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR WALMART PHARMACY......BEWARE!!!
