She's upset about a $1 is what she shouted out to the other customers in the store. I didn't want to shop there anymore and wanted a refund bc of the way the situation was addressed. Regardless of the amount it's the point. The manager AZ didn't know how to properly handle the refund and laughed at me when I told him about being disrespected by the staff. He said there's nothing he can do about that. I was told to call 1-800 Walgreens so I did & I was offered a $25 credit as a reconciliation. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere. This type of disrespect sickens my heart! There is no amount of money that can fix being called a B numerous times in your store. All bc I wanted a refund which I'm entitled to if I'm not happy with your customer service.

Generally, using their automated systems and having prescriptions renewed automatically, thing work…read moreout ok. BUT, when they run out of a prescription, CVS crashes and burns. You may go there and expect to pick up a prescription and they will tell you..we are out of that one. That's it. "It may be on the truck tomorrow afternoon." They have no way to let you know in advance. They have no store inventory program to check and see if it is available in another store. They may call for you to try and find it. If available, it is up to you to go there to get it. When they say they deliver...that means USPS...the post office..not a delivery service like UBER.

The pharmacy itself, and the employees, is a good organization…read more ....But... If you leave the state, it is a fairly lengthy process to access your prescription records (30 days minimum). You also can't go on vacation, in another state, and pick up your prescriptions in a different state. Other pharmacies, like Walgreens, allow you to pick up your prescriptions in other states. You can also get copies of your pharmacy records in other states.........THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR WALMART PHARMACY......BEWARE!!!
