Based on the size guide, he was right I would need a Medium Boot, but when I saw it I knew a small would be better. I asked him but he insisted that I'm a size 8.5. Ok, let's try it. Sure enough it was too big and I didn't use it. The next morning I gave it another try and it was just too heavy and big for me. I called the pharmacy explained to Brooke over the phone and she told me to bring it in. I drove out and when I walked in I was greeted by Kris and he helped me try on the small. Much better. So much lighter and a better fit. ((See the difference in the pictures.)) Both Brooke and Kris were very helpful, kind and polite. Great experience overall despite my miserable and painful current physical situation. Do I recommend this pharmacy? Will I return? YES! YES!!

I would highly recommend patronizing this CVS store for the rest of your life because of one employee. "Sean" I was already having a bad day dealing with the situation that I was in trying to get a photo printed out. This young man Sean. Took patience, time and showed respect and commitment to the customer. Having a positive experience in his store. Mr. Sean went far beyond service to the customer and giving me the necessary respect and support that I needed just for a simple picture. He had no real idea of the stuff that I had been going through just to get this picture made. Mr. Sean show dedication and caring. They never communicate, and I need to call them, leave a VM to ask them to fill the RX that was sent. I never think to need to contact them. I assume they'll fill it, and if they don't, then they would contact me to say they aren't filling it. And why. It's a sealed (uncontrolled) bottle of fluid. No pills to count. Seems easy enough to just process it, and if it comes down to me arriving and saying: "oh no! My insurance won't cover it? So tragic!" Then I'll just pay the $34. If not, they can just put it back if I seriously refuse to find ways to cover what I clearly must have. They also never did a transfer I requested, then the next day (today) I call to find this out. That's where I just had a new RX sent there instead, because they clearly don't want to be bothered to do a transfer I guess. At least they call me back when I leave a Vm (the latest way to speak to a pharmacist) and that's where I said to please just fill the RX and I'll pay the $34 without insurance. And I was actually very kind and humble, but they hung up while I was asking when it'd be ready. Which prompted me to write this update: They still suck. And they're still the only 24/7 pharmacy nearby... So I still go there.

Lack of transpar: they told me that my medications would be ready in 45 minutes. I waited in the car and returned and I was told it wasn't ready. I was asked if I had better go home and she said "yes". It wasn't ready until the next day, so I'm not so sure why they were telling me 45 minutes! Another guy came to the counter and said: "they told me on the phone it would be ready in an hour three hours ago! I'm here and it's not ready!" So...apparently they have a pretty chaotic system and should altogether stop telling people when they THINK it will be ready. 2. Rudest staff I've encountered at a pharmacy. When I showed them I have workers comp, the first time I was supported (generous choice of words there), the employee told me coldly that my primary care would have to tell the pharmacy. I asked if there was anyway that they could help me, and she kicked me out of the line. Called my insurance and they asked I come back. I asked their manager to help and after 20 minutes they finally gave me their medicine. I couldn't believe how rude the first employee especially was. She glared at me and gave me dirty looks the entire time I was there. Super unpleasant place and will avoid this one at all costs.

They called me twice in a row and do not leave a message and then when I call back, they can't figure out why they called asked me to hold and then call me from the other line with a different person not knowing why they're calling me. If they cannot figure out their phone system and why they were calling people I don't think they are capable of handling medication. Someone should seriously check into this place. I think everyone is high.
