Generally, using their automated systems and having prescriptions renewed automatically, thing work out ok. BUT, when they run out of a prescription, CVS crashes and burns. You may go there and expect to pick up a prescription and they will tell you..we are out of that one. That's it. "It may be on the truck tomorrow afternoon." They have no way to let you know in advance. They have no store inventory program to check and see if it is available in another store. They may call for you to try and find it. If available, it is up to you to go there to get it. When they say they deliver...that means USPS...the post office..not a delivery service like UBER. read more

I sat in line for 10 minutes to get pick up a prescription. Got up to the window and they shut the curtains after helping the lady in front of me to "go on a lunch break". I went inside and the inside window was closed as well. Super frustrating! I would think they would post something that wouldn't let people sit there for 10 minutes and then close in their face. I'm moving every one of my prescriptions to Market Street. They are cheaper anyway! I'm done with CVS. read more

Best customer service I've experienced at a CVS. Staff were all courteous and helpful.

Pharmacist at this location is rude beyond belief. That said my Good Rx coupon showed an error code. I said there is a number to call if they had a problem and she refused to call it! This was a $200 prescription not covered by insurance.I said since it shows an error code maybe you have entered something incorrectly so please call as this coupon is worth $60 . She told me that I could pay the price or leave --- will never set foot in this store again! read more

McKenna at the Lebanon and Legacy location was so patient, so sweet and so helpful! I actually enjoyed my visit and didn't mind waiting on my prescription (which got filled really fast). The employees are clueless morons. They charged me for someone else's gift card and then asked me to call gift card company to get my money back. I was on phone for 20 minutes trying to explain that what's happened. That didn't go anywhere. They pretty much stole money from me. They have my money and someone else has the gift card. Now it's my problem to get the money back. They're is no store manager. They won't give out regional managers phone number. read more

I went for Covid testing...Two Weeks Ago! I still do not have results. They don't tell you what "partner" processes the tests. CVS only provides an outgoing message that says 6-10 days or longer. At this point, I an in my 3rd week of Covid19 symptoms. I know I have it. I know I'm getting better. But How am I supposed to convince people I am now healthy? Totally unacceptable in this country. If they can't process the volume, they should stop testing and send patients elsewhere. read more

Had a Covid test at 10:30 and I'm still waiting in line an hour and 25 minutes later... Absolutely ridiculous! I didn't bring water with me because I thought this would be quick. Extremely poor service! I feel bad for the people trying to get prescriptions. I will NEVER do a test here again nor will I bring them my business! read more

The technicians were never responsible enough to care about doing the right thing or following through so that a patient can get medicine filled in a timely manner. Even though our meds were not of life saving meds but still would affect the well being. Happened too many times so I just have to give a negative review. If the store or the pharmacy manager care enough to follow up on the reason for my negative review then I'm willing to change it. Please note that I used to be a pharmacy technician at a couple big chain pharmacies so this negative review is not just a one-sidedness. Also, the term 'used to be' as 1 pharmacy was closed down business and the later was due to reduction of tech hour therefore I volunteered to step back so the other tech, who's a single mom, can have more hours. read more

My review is based on CVS as a whole rather than this particular CVS. The last few times I've been to the store, I've purchased no more than 5 items and I've been handed a receipt that is over 5 feet long. That is not an exaggeration, I measured the receipts. It's loaded with coupons, deals, etc..., none of which I asked for, need or want. In a time when we should all be doing what we can to decrease our carbon footprint, conserve resources and live sustainable lives, CVS is printing 5 foot long receipts for less than 5 items purchased. This is shameful and reason enough to avoid shopping at CVS locations until they fix this issue. I will say that at this CVS branch, the employees are helpful and the store is clean and well stocked. The pharmacy does not answer the phone. I've tried to call them 3 times in the last week and been on hold over 30 minutes each time. I finally went and asked them why they don't answer the phone, they just said they were busy and they don't answer the phone. What kind of policy is that? I am done shopping at CVS. Your prices are to high unless you have coupons. These younger cashiers are not applying my coupons, even when I tell them. My last purchase I was shorted two $3 coupons. Very slow response. Takes forever to speak with anyone. If you call in, you will be on hold 20 -25 minutes. Drive through times can be upwards of 30 - 45 minutes. If you get a new prescription they put it on hold and then you have to call in and wait forever. Probably the worst part is while on hold you have to listen to their commercials, one of which is promoting thei flu shots...complete with the sound of someone blowing their nose. This locations pharmacy is ABYSMAL. They absolutely do not answer the phone under any circumstance. I called and was on hold or disconnected from being on hold the entirety of my drive from Oklahoma City to Frisco when my father desperately needed a rx . Not ONE tech or pharmacist was on the phone upon my arrival NOR was the rx filled as they hadn't gotten the voicemail from the doctor who called it in! So I guess they just don't use their phone system. This was just the tip of the iceberg of my negative review but I have wasted entirely too much time with this pharmacy already today- key point: go literally ANYWHERE ELSE for your prescriptions. I agree with Kate K. in that you always have to wait. It's getting worse and worse. They have texted me saying my prescription is ready only to get there and find that it's not ready. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GET PHOTOS DEVELOPED HERE. THEY RUINED MY HONEYMOON NEGATIVES. I wanted to write in caps to emphasize the seriousness of it. I made 4 separate trips to CVS during my lunch break because of this nonsense. I dropped off my underwater disposable camera, in good faith it would be taken care of. These were photos that were taken of my Grand Cayman Snorkeling Excursion of the Calle Shipwreck. 1. The first set I got back were NASTY. Every photo was sticking together, the paper was bad, the photos were 10 times darker and had a very bad smell. (Even the photo tech when I returned them said so.) They had this brown stain down the sides. 2. Got another set made- but some of them had scratches down the photos- real obvious. I was very upset, and called the manager. She understood my frustration- asked me to come back (now a third time) and get them redone. I was given a gift card, which was nice- but does not repair the damage. 3. Photo tech then looked at my negatives and whoever did them "must have dropped them because they are scratched." 4. She then said, "I don't know what you want me to do" after offering to brighten the CD photos of the BAD ones. (I didn't have that CD with me and they looked awful as it was, so not happening.) 5. I was told someone else was helping out that day and was no longer with the company. Really?!?! So my honeymoon negatives were ruined because of some idiot who was "only there a day." I tried to be as calm and patient as possible until I was told my negatives were ruined. A customer saw how upset I was and told me to put it on Yelp, so I am. Great idea. They clearly did not care, and I will never ever shop at CVS again. Ever. read more

The pharmacy personnel are friendly but they are understaffed. This leads to long wait times. There is no way around the wait because there is usually a long line at the drive thru. If you are in a hurry go somewhere else. read more

The customer service is awful The cashier guy, I think his name is Angel or something, was really rude I asked if he could help us for passport photos or send us someone who can help us with but he gave us a dirty look, walked away and continued to do his thing. We stood there and looked at him for 5 min but he pretended like we were not even there. Really rude so we left and went to another one. read more

Large store which is nice but poor employees. It's the only cvs I have been to that doesn't greet as you walk in or ask for assistance. I needed to return an item for my fiancée on my way home from work and I was told they would do it this time and ask to record my drivers lichens which is absurd. Standing in line to be questioned? So disappointed with the pharmacy. Dropped off prescriptions and insurance, I was told it would be 30 minutes. Came back 3 hours later and waited in line 45 minutes to pick up my prescriptions. Once I gave them my name, they let me know it would be a "few minutes" as they weren't filled yet. Seriously? At the same time the pharmacy tech let me know she was almost done for the day. Only 30 minutes left till her shift ended. Unprofessional. And the final kaboom, one of the prescriptions required me to come inside and proved my ID as they wouldn't distribute it through the driver-thru. Go figure- go inside and there are 8 people in front of me. I just asked if I could pick it up, per their request in the drive thru and was told, I needed to wait my turn in this line now. Come on! Went to Kroger across the street and had it filled in 2 minutes. Never again CVS! read more

I wish I can make it a negative number. They are slow and very unprofessional. I waited 15 minutes in the drive through with only the car at the drive thru at the window and they weren't moving, Finally got pissed off and went inside and they were joking and talking and not taking care if customers. This was at 830 pm. So I finally drop the meds off and I come back the next day to pick them up and now they tell me they dont accept that insurance when they could have told me when then when I dropped the stuff off the night before. Then the as(7u63e told me that I can go to Walgreens to get it and I asked does Kroeger and he got nasty even more and said did I say Kroger. I wish I could have come across and rung his neck. He shouldn't be working there and that whole staff needs to be replaced and others properly trained before working there. Im done with CVS. I come here constantly to pick up monthly meds and to purchase general health items. Staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgable. My only complaint is that I ALWAYS have to wait about 10-15minutes to pick up a prescription in the pharmacy. They definitely need to hire more staff to meet the obviously demanding traffic! read more

The store is good; however, the pharmacy does not refresh their screen frequently to see new prescriptions. My prescription was sent there so I called to see if it was filled 45 minutes after the prescription was sent. With the first call, the person in the pharmacy was going to check and hung up on me. The second call from me and was told they did not receive it. I called my doctor's nurse and she called the pharmacy. They received it 45 minutes before and did not refresh their screen. Another time, I went to the pharmacy to get a flu shot. I, as well as another woman were told that the pharmacist would be there very soon. 1/2 hour later, we were told that the refrigerator door had been left ajar and the shot was no longer good. Was told to drive another 15 minutes to another CVS where they gave me the shot. read more
