Definitely agree with others as CVS pharmacy employees are very rude and will override doctors prescriptions.

I've been using this location for 15 years. Last 5 years the service, accuracy and wait time has dramatically got worse. Today, as almost every time I pick up, they could not find my medications. I got a text that it's ready and had to spend a lot of time getting it. They don't listen for the name, enter wrong date of birth and have an attitude telling me I have no medications. Simple apology would be great for a mistake. This happens on a monthly basis. Need to find a better pharmacy with people who listen and provide an accurate service. Honestly I'm very upset. My prescription has been back ordered for 2.5 months. Last week i went and picked up a different prescription and asked about it. 3 days later I get a text that my order is ready. I was out of town for work so I hadn't picked it up immediately but it's only been 5 days. When I went to get it, they gave it to someone else and no other pharmacy in 40 miles has it again. Since this store has a new manager in the last year, I've noticed a big difference in their pharmacy service. I went in today because I was worried that they wouldn't fill my prescription because it was a few days before the refill. I am going out of town for my job and wouldn't be here to get the refill. The pharmacy tech that helped me today took all of my worries away. She said "it will be ready in 15 minutes ". I was pleasantly surprised!! Thanks so much for caring! If I could give them no stars I would. I went yesterday to get a Covid test and the lady at the windows was rude asl, and made me drop my test in a box outside! I mean absolutely no compassion for the fact I looked and feel as if my life is flashing before my eyes. When I asked her was the box picked up she rudely hung up in my face. I have to take a certain medication for cancer pain. One of the pharmacists is really weird. He keeps calling my doctor to check. I have to go in because the wait is too long for the drive thru window. I'm in palliative care at UT Southwestern and every month the prescription is the same and every month the pharmacist eyes me suspiciously and calls my doctor. I came in and was immediately DISGUSTED by the pharmacist Victoria and how she treats her staff. She yells at them, and refuses to help them when they continuously call for her help. There was a young lady waiting for consultation and one of the staff an (African American woman with bangs) advised her about the customer and I overheard Victoria yell her staff "WHAT? I'm already doing too many things" I was waiting in line with many customers and she refused to acknowledge any of us. CVS' model is to have heart and that pharmacist absolutely does not. I have come in this pharmacy many times and I've always seen that staff member smiling and having a positive attitude and it's disgusting to treat her like that. She's also said that foreign customers should have to have a translator after walking away from a customer at the drive thru under her breath but her customers indeed did hear her. I have been using this pharmacy for quite a while, but have recently left for good. Everything at this pharmacy take a long time. The staff often seems to act as though you are not waiting until they are ready to deal with you. The prices here are much higher than what you can get at many other nearby pharmacies. While the above are the main reasons I am leaving, the staff also struggles, constantly, to know what they even sell. I have asked them about a certain product before and they have told me they do not carry that (referring to OTC mess). Well, after later finding that they have the product, I quit asking. However, recently I was looking for an OTC and asked them where it was located because I knew for sure they would have this product. They told me they did not carry this common name brand medicine. Well, based on my prior experience I just kept looking and low and behold, there it was in several varieties and even the CVS version of the product. It is baffling to me how slow they are and how absolutely lacking the customer service is at this location. read more

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years now and it has never failed to surprise me on how well the customer service is. I appreciate ALL the hard work the pharmacy does for my family and I and I will continue to come here in the future. Upon reading previous reviews I feel as if people only will write a review when they have had 1 or 2 bad experiences but when you look as a whole they are probably just bad customers. I've worked in the service and retail industry for now 10 years and for the amount of work that is needed to keep a level head with people and people expecting things to be like a McDonald's and wanting there items instantaneously is a joke. If you expect the same service that you would get at a McDonald's then this place is for sure not for you. read more

No stars. Not even half of one. Yesterday I used the CVS app to transfer my RX from another state. Hours later when it said they would be ready, I came in to pick them up. The cashier couldn't find them or me. I go to the drop off line for them to manually transfer them. One wasn't in stock but he said it would be ready today by 5 today. An hour or so later, I get a voicemail saying they received the fax to transfer but couldn't do it. So I freak out and call them. Again, the same cashier couldn't find me. So instead of transferring me to someone competent, she put me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back only to be told everything was fine. I come in at 6 today and are they ready? Nope because insurance won't cover it. They could have told me this yesterday when I was in the store, yesterday on the phone or they could have called today. I tell them I need it anyway and wait YET AGAIN for it to be filled. Never again will I come back to this unorganized, inefficient sham of a CVS again. I hope someone from corporate sees this and cleans house in that sad store. read more

The four stars missing is for the employees. The store it's self is ok, your typical CVS. But the employees, Are EXTREMELY rude. One day I was here and I had to wait in a small line of about 4 people to check out. They have these little tings with like travel size makeup products at the front you can look at while waiting in line. I was standing there and I didn't release it was my turn next. The women in front of me leaves and the chashier screamed at me "lady come on!" I said back "excuse me? You don't talk to me that way" I paid for my stuff and I had to wait for my friend who was still shopping. I sat at the front and the two cashiers starting talking and saying "they should come up here and see what we deal with like that lady who screamed at me" the other cashier looked at me and I rolled my eyes. Do I have to give this place a star?? This CVS does NOT deserve a star WHATSOEVER!! They NEVER have my medication in stock, even though I have been on it for about 2 years and have repeatedly asked them to stock it!!! So... I waited for them to order and called to make sure they had applied the manufacture coupon. They lost it. So I gave them a NEW one over the phone. The guy said they were very busy, to bring it in, and they would handle it because he had to go. Then HUNG UP ON ME!! No.. I know how they work. I called later that afternoon and talked to someone else. The tech applied it and then stated that I was on medicare so I couldn't use it. I am a healthy 27 year-old for goodness sake!! I told them it wasn't the right primary plan then b/c I am NOT on medicare. The pharmacist said they had customers so she couldn't stay on the phone. I said, well I'm a customer too. Then she rudely said, i can't stay on the phone while they are standing there staring at me. I mean, would you rather me just come up there and stare at you too so you will actually help me?? UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!! The pharmacy techs are rude and the pharmacists are even ruder. Going to try to transfer for the other CVS on Lebanon to see if it is any better.... but having been there a few times before... all CVS's have TERRIBLE service. This location is a little odd to get to but it's a great spot to pick up candy before a movie in Frisco Square! They only seem to have one or two workers at the register so plan on waiting for a bit to check out. I have only been in for candy but the store is a good size and offers all the normal CVS products. read more

First let me say in was forced by insurance to use a cvs pharmacy...which I left years ago because they are not great. But I needed to pick up my daughters meds which we are out of as today and this would have been my first pick up there...and they close at 6pm on Saturday's and Sundays. WORST WORST WORST CVS ever. Called today and spoke twice with someone who would not even provide her name. I decided to be done with this place after this rude phone call and customer experience. I demanded to speak with a manager who was a store manager not a pharmacy manager. He was not sure who I spoke with. He thinks it was Wendy. I said you think but you are not sure. You do not know your employee names? He said it was Wendy. I said I am tired of this place and all my prescriptions which was down to two, for pricing reasons, will be transferred out. We have had nothing but bad experiences here. One time we were given wrong dosing instructions. One time I was given too many pills in the bottle and they laughed and said I got a value worth. How can I go to a place who lets theses errors slip by?! This is by far a horrible pharmacy and I will be filing a report with the pharmacy board. Lesson learned. Go somewhere else. read more

I went to the pharmacy after I took my daughter to the nearby emergency care place. We needed a prescription filled. I waited in line for about 5 five minutes while the employee was on the phone. Then another employee came and helped me. After looking up my info, she said she couldn't find me in the system and since they were closing, she couldn't help me. She said, "It's 9:00 now and we are closed." I had been in line for five minutes and then spent several minutes talking to her, so I told her I had clearly been here at least ten minutes before closing and could you please fill my daughter's pain prescription because we were leaving town the next morning. She went and talked to the pharmacist, an African American lady, and she came and told me the same thing, "We are closed now and we can't help you." I was stunned and told them that this was the worst customer service ever. There was a lady standing behind me in line. As I walked out, they helped the lady behind me. The bottom line was they didn't want to enter me in the system because it was close to closing time and I might have caused them to be an extra ten minutes late.
