Huge Walgreens with a drive thru. This is a foreign concept to someone from San Francisco so had to call out that extra awesomeness Aisles are nicely laid out & easy to categorize. Found what I was seeking almost immediately & back on my merry way Tons of Halloween candy - did someone at Reese's Pumpkins?! Other snacks for every taste, sodas, first aid supplies galore and of course a full on pharmacy. Plenty of parking or save yourself the trouble & use the drive thru! Entered the store yesterday, greeted by no one, although the manager and associate were up front, having a non relevant conversation. The staff rarely ever speak or acknowledge me at the counter during checkout. I'm always cordial, to get treated as a brick wall every visit. The culture definitely needs to change at this location, from the Walgreens staff, and pharmacy. There is "never" a warm welcome to the black and brown community. read more

When your standing in line someone's being helped right in front of you I'm standing there for 7 min and then some guy comes over and says sorry we're closing for lunch at 1:30 so you'll have to come back. That's absolutely rude. If that had been the case someone should've said it immediately when I walked up and 4 people could clearly see I was waiting in line. This isn't my closest Walgreens, but it's the one I prefer to go to all the time! Every single staff member has always been so nice and helpful. I've used the Walgreens photo prints in the past and dealt with front cashiers, both always nice. This morning pharmacy staff was really helpful and I got to see them ALL worked together to get me taken care of. They made me feel like I was important and not like it was just another day for them at work. From the time I called before I showed up, the gentleman that answered the phone (Same guy working drive-through this day) was very helpful and answered all my questions patiently. Charles the pharmacist is outstanding. As a patient who has difficulties with prescriptions, and their side effects, I'm sure it would be easy to get frustrated with me. But Charles is always pleasant, patient, and extemely knowledgable. I have transferred all of my prescriptions to this Walgreens. It is a great comfort to have someone who can check your meds and let you know if there are any issues you should be aware or. This goes for the Pharmacy side of Walgreens. Went thru the drive thru and had the worst experience with the drive thru Pharmacist. Went inside and was helped by ASHLEY. Truly a blessing to this Walgreens, she helped the person before me as well to get them the best pricing on their medication and did as well for me. I stopped in here with my little girl to pick up some products we needed. The woman working the makeup counter was all smiles and greeted us. I couldn't find what I needed and began hunting the aisle for it. The manager came by and asked my daughter if she wanted to buy the stick she was holding. (A tree branch she's been carrying around for days) He jokingly went back and forth with her for a few moments while the makeup cashier came over and helped me find what I needed and suggested from personal experience exactly how much.
