Please be aware that if you use Walgreens, they will alert your phone that you prescription is ready. That merely means that the warehouse has your prescription it does not mean it's at the store. That was explained to me today and I was told it could especially be a problem on a weekend.when there is not much contact with the warehouse. read more

Holy Moses has this place gone down hill. There is always a line to checkout at the front counter and the pharmacy counter. Getting things from the pharmacy takes 15+ minutes. More often than not they close the drive through because the speaker doesn't work. I came in this week to get some pictures made. I had 50 of my bridal shots that I needed in a 4x6 size. I was told to come back in an hour and they'd be done. I came back an hour later and they said they lost them. How do you lose 50 pictures you just had printed?!? The manager kept telling me "I don't know" or "we can't find them now." Thanks, good customer service and problem solving there bud. On other occasions I have picked up prescriptions here. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are SO rude. I came in once to get a prescription and it wasn't filled yet despite being sent in that morning. I told them I'd come back later that evening. The pharmacist said "I'll get it in a few minutes." I told her not to worry I'd just come back. Her response was "I told you it would be just a few minutes." Really rude and unnecessary. Learn manners and etiquette lady! This place is just down the street from my house but from now on I'm going out of my way to the CVS a few miles from me. read more

Most of the time, the pharmacy isn't bad. However, I spoke to a woman working the pharmacy counter and drive-through, and she told me that she is "allergic to people" after asking me if I am allergic to any medications. She had treated me poorly in the past, but I just figured that she was having a bad day then. Now she straightforwardly tells me that she's misanthropic. It's bizarre that someone who openly confesses her hatred for other people works at a pharmacy, but there it is. I've recently had some trouble getting my inhaler for my asthma, and while I can't prove this employee had anything to do with it, I suspect that she did. I tried to send a complaint to Walgreens corporate, but the form on their website doesn't work, which leads me to question whether Walgreens actually wants to hear any complaints. read more

This location certainly does not represent the quality Walgreens brand in either their pharmacy or the store, which is a major disappointment! This is a relatively busy shopping center and one would expect excellent customer service in this location. You won't get that here. I have used various Walgreens locations for more than 20 years to dispense my medications, and have shopped in Walgreens stores where pharmacy and store staff are friendly, and incredibly helpful. Since that is not the case at this location, I will happily drive across the street to the new CVS store that was recently built for my pharmacy and store needs now. read more

I have been filling prescriptions at this location for the past 15 years. I waited in line today to pick up a script and was in line in the drive through by 1:17. They take lunch from 1:30-2:00. The time it took for me to get to the window with only two cars in front of me was 14 minutes. This seems to be the norm at this location these days. The first in line finally made their way out. The second in line was quickly helped and when I pulled up the tech closed the blinds and told me she could not help me. I explained I had already been in line and I live 26 miles away to which she said Sorry can't help you. The pharmacy is closed for lunch. It was 1:31pm. It took her longer to tell me she couldn't help me then it would have to hand me my prescription that was ready for pick up and has a payment on file. So now I will have to drive back to pick it up. RIDICULOUS. I work in customer service and never would I ever do that to a customer. Especially one who has been waiting in line. read more

I live nearby and have had the honor of dealing with this poorly managed location for many years. However, their latest shenanigans are worthy of a review here and a few calls to their corporate office. Over the past 6 visits to the drive thru pharmacy (I must visit several times per month), 3 of those attempts to pickup or drop off Rxs I found a strange notice at the drive thru window that stated "Drive Thru Drawer is Broken, Please Go Inside". It seems that when the pharmacy staff gets too busy, etc. the shut down the drive thru lane. Thanks for never getting the drawer fixed. read more

I almost never write reviews but I have to leave a poor review for this place due to ongoing dissatisfaction with their service in the pharmacy. Save yourself time and headache and never get a prescription filled here. I have no idea why I keep trying to get prescriptions filled at this place. Guess I have hope they'll turn their bad service around. EVERY TIME for many years back I turn in a prescription, they say come back at a certain time to pick up, I come back and there's ALWAYS some excuse why my prescription is not filled. And when it finally gets filled they've made some kind of mistake like putting only eight pills in a jar when there was supposed to be 30. They tell me some story trying to cover their incompetence then I wind up sitting in a small waiting area with super lame top 40 music being blasted on the overhead speakers. Go to CVS, they're worth the drive a bit farther down the street. read more

Excellent Rx service. Doctor called it in. I got a text from the pharmacy saying it was ready in less than an hour. Other places I've had to call first to see if it's ready. My Rx was $320 for a month supply at Sams. Larson, the pharmacy tech talked to my doctor and together they found a generic for $128. Larson produced a coupon from from Walgreens- GoodX that reduced it to $48. Then he was able to run the coupon through 3x! I'm sorry for all the other bad reviews given this place. I think one individual can make the difference. Also customers with a little extra patience in these panicky times helps too. read more

Do NOT. I repeat, do NOT GET YOUR PHOTOS PRINTED HERE! They no longer do 1-hour (even though they still advertise on the side of their building). Apparently, everything has to be shipped out now and it takes a WEEK to get prints back! Also, I dropped off a Waterproof disposable camera over a week ago, came back AFTER the date they told me it would be ready, and THEY HADN'T EVEN SHIPPED IT OUT YET. Blamed it on FedEx. I have been a Walgreen's customer for years. When I say years I'm in my 30s and I have never had a script filled anywhere else, that being said, I've decided Walgreens is no longer going to fill my scripts because this is the WORST experience I've ever had in my life. I call to check the status of my prescription along with the status of a refill I requested. Now although I had confirmation that they would be ordering my script when I called the tech had a nasty attitude with me and no answers. Gotta say, this location is way above average. They have a great selection of the fun stuff you find at drugstores like hot pink pens, bubbles and warheads. Necessities. I've found a lot of seasonal things I wouldn't go too far out of my way to get but finding them here was nice. I've gotten great summer sandals and really nice scarves (2 for $20) I could use for gifts. Its HQ for reading glasses that don't cost thirty bucks. I always, always get cute sunglasses here for $12.99. I never pay more because I tend to lose at least three pair every summer. I also get a few basic cosmetics here and always get eyelashes when they're on sale. The woman behind the cosmetics counter knows her inventory and isn't pushy but definitely has suggestions on new products. She also checks to see if anything qualifies for a coupon and will pull one from behind the counter if you don't have it. Good spot!! read more

I waited in line patiently for 15 minutes to pick up my prescriptions, the man in front of me gets checked out, I walk up to the counter and the man that checked out comes back around and starts talking to the tech. Went to Walgreen's Sunday night after the major storm that caused 350,000 homes to lose power. Showed up at 10:03 as they were closing the doors. The young man holding the door to let customers out greeted me. I desperately needed some ice to save the food we were putting in an ice chest because our power was out. He went to the back and got me (2)10 lb. bags. We were able to save much of our food because of his and the other co-workers kindness. Great customer service. Many thanks! read more

I really like buying drugstore cosmetics from this particular Walgreens. The friendly ladies (especially Beverly) in that particular department save coupons for their customers and scan them whenever you make a cosmetics related purchase. I saved around 5 dollars last time I went. They are awesome! read more

I must say.. I really enjoyed my trip to this location. I was able to take advantage of a great sale and wound up saving around $40 (50% savings) on beauty products! The lady working that day, was extremely nice and helpful with everything that I needed. She also was very quick at the register. The location lacks either properly trained personnel or a management team that can train effectively....either way it's a shame. Also, forget printing photos...no one is able or willing to assist. The Pharmacy is the ABSOLUTE worst. I swear this is the worlds most popular pharmacy and they must only have 2 people that work here. Every single time I have gone I've waited longer than 30 min. (inside and at the drive through). My doctor faxed in a Rx at 10am shortly after my appointment, its currently 3pm and Ive been on hold for longer than 30 min now to see if they have received it, because when I check on the automated system to see if my order is ready it, Walgreens says they haven't received it.
