I'm not a huge convenience store person but from time to time convenience wins. I was starving on lunch break and didn't know what I wanted, ran in for chips and my diet coke but ended up with a hot dog and froyo as well. The customer service was outstanding, store very clean I was truly impressed. Keep up the good work! read more

Kiffissia is the dream employee for RaceTrac. She is attentive, kind, engaging to us customers. I was blown away by her personality, especially at 10:30pm. It was my first time at this RaceTrac & if she moved to day shift- I would be a frequent returning customer just because of Kiffissia. I also guarentee you'd have countless returning customers because of her as well. She is the boost of dopamine and a ray of sunshine! read more

Great store! conveniently located. Staff are friendly and polite. The ice cream is good, and the bathrooms are clean and well stocked. on may 26 2025 the cashiers were especially good, providing amazing service. Wish there was a bike rack tho read more

Consistently has what I want in stock! Closest corner store to my apartments so I find myself going here a lot now. Was never really a fan of race trac when I lived in Denton but this one is pretty nice. It stays busy though so be careful in the parking lot lol My fiancé says "I would give race trac 5 stars, I would give their customers 2" lol some of the ppl can be a bit feisty in that parking lot read more

Last time I went their their chicken rollers were very good. They just put a fresh new ones, and then you could also sample the FroYo that they have out which are very good but the toppings are kind of stale read more

The new music selection SUCKS. I don't know who is choosing it but I don't even like shopping in the store anymore it's so annoying

Dear Racetrac.. Maybe you should train you district manager or upper management the courtesy the rest of this staff have at this location. So... future customer.. if you see a group of "upper management" in the way of your shopping please consider that your not worth acknowledging. As for the cashier and other staff.. thank you read more

RaceTrac - a sign in a grocery store - Gas Stations Near Me - Carrollton, Texas

Go to a different gas station. There's almost always never enough staff on hand to open any earlier than 10AM. This place is full incompetence. read more

Went to go cash my scratch off tickets just now and they said i have to come back in the morning? When both the "manager" and other worker werent even inside, they were in a car im sure smoking or drinking. And only walked inside because they saw me walking inside. She said "let me go get my manager"...(inside the car) then comes back and says that? Absolutely ridiculous. If you want to be lazy just say so. Unless there is a specific time you cant cash in scratch offs, which i looked it up and there isnt, its crazy to have someone drive to a different gas station or come back another day when you just dont wanna do your job. I dont get mad about alot but thats just crazy to me. read more

Went here for frozen yogurt, and I also get gas here. They have really good froyo with decent toppings. The clerk was also very friendly. Great to stop here for a treat when I get gas. read more

I had to give them one star for two reasons. I left my phone in my car and someone stole it. My car was right in front of a security camera but some how the video camera showed nothing. They told me the camera was not facing my car but it was. I asked them if I could borrow their phone to call the police and they said use your own phone. I told them my phone was stolen from their gas station before I asked for the phone. They didn't want to help me at all. Also the gasoline is bad quality and it ruined my dads car. He would get gas here once a week and then one day his car wouldn't turn on. He had it towed and they fixed it at the dealership. The mechanic said it was because of bad gasoline. A year later his check engine light was on so he took it to the car dealership. They don't know the exact problem so they told him to put some additive in his car. He did that five times and it didn't fix the problem. His car is drivable but eventually it won't be because it still has a problem. The check engine light is still on and won't pass the state inspection. My dad is just going to give his car to insurance company and he will drive the spare car we have. Most people don't have an extra car laying around but we happen to have one. If we didn't he would have had to buy a new car. This is a true story and you can ask Crest Cadillac because that where he took the car in. read more

It's an alright place I guess. It's a gas station that has decent prices typically. Not sure how you can be mad at a gas station because one employee was acting silly and wouldn't let you use the phone. My friend Jon works here and he's silly too! Guess they like to hire silly people. read more

Terrible service. I will never go back to them. The credit card / debit machines were not working so the lady asks me to bring "cash" back. She advised me to go to outside ATM and take money out to purchase and when I got back to the counter the rude male clerk said it wasn't their fault. Such a big company to have issues with their credit card machines is absurd. I will never go back to them. read more

The credit card machine and debit down so I had to pay an extra $2.50 for debit withdrawal in order to purchase. So as I go up to the register everything is working. The guy behind the counter was rude. Never will I go back to this place. read more

ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES NAMES ROBBIE THREW CIGARILLOS AT ME! Nobody has time for little kids at the register that do not know how to control themselves!! I will make sure everyone knows not to waste their time going in here as much as I can! He also gave me all this hell about selling them to me bc I didn't have my ID on me bc I come here all the time. When I came back he didn't even check my ID, in other words he made me go get my ID just to NOT CHECK IT???? I don't get it. I though y'all "ID under 30" read more
