What is going on? The only help in the store is an employee who is working on his first day without any help. Even though finding the items was possible, we ended up leaving and going to Kroger's. I just can't believe how bad this store has gotten. I can remember when this place was much better, but I don't likely see that happening soon. Came in to get a disposable camera developed & none of the employees knew how to run the photo counter. They were all pretty rude and I had to wait forever to get someone who kind of knew how to help. Their communication sucks, I'd be standing at the counter and they would just walk away and make me wait for like 15 minutes lol. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT! Or whichever mean older Indian man closes the store. One of the rudest most miserable managers I have ever met. Let me start by saying I am a loyal customer to this store and by loyal I mean a DAILY customer and have probably spent thousands here over the past few years. I called to tell them I would be one minute late and could they please please close the doors just ONE minute late so I could run in and use their atm. (My card only works at this atm for some reason) ...it was if I asked for their first born child. Because the answer I got was a lot of yelling that meant NO. i asked him to please be kind and it was just one minute and I was almost there. NO WE ARE CLOSING. i know but it's just one minute please I'm begging you I'll be fast! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I SAID WE CLOSED I DONT CARE .... (A few minutes of this) then mid sentence he hangs up on me I call back and get through the automated system again and when he hears my voice he hangs up again. I arrive at 12:01 and he has locked the doors. I knock and tell him I was just on the phone and could he unlock so I could use the atm. More yelling and hair flailing and him telling me to go somewhere else. Sir my card doesn't work anywhere else and I only have enough to take out the 20 I can't afford the ATM fees from any other place anyways. IDONTCARE. WE. ARE. CLOSED. I SAID GO SOMEWHWRE ELSE! i just called to tell you I was almost here you really couldn't wait LITERALLY 60 seconds? I don't want to be a Karen but I spend quite a lot of money here... I DONT CARE! *violently shooing me away* I SAID WERE CLOSED WE CLOSE AT 12! This man really could not wait one freaking minute after I politely asked and even called ahead to beg to wait one minute. This would not be a problem for 99% of people who have even a speckle of decency, kindness, and understanding for others, but for some reason it was just the biggest deal. HOW DARE I ASK! I understand people want to go home after their shifts, I do too, we all want to go home. But never have I treated someone this way, and if someone called to tell me they were going to be just 30 seconds in and out and would be a minute late, that would not be an issue!! I would have gladly let them. ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The way he was yelling at me you would've thought I asked to throw him off a building. Is it really so hard to be kind to someone who spends a lot of their money at your location? By the time he was done yelling at me I could've been in and out and out of the parking lot. If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to ask questions about stock availability. "Warren at the front counter" answered. I wasn't even done asking questions about their inventory and he VERY rudely said he had to go and hung up on me. I have never delt with this poor level of customer service in a large retail chain before. VERY POOR quality of customer service! "WARREN" definitely needs more training on how to talk to customers. Don't shop at the store they're selling fraudulent gift cards that they know have a fake barcode so when you activate your gift card is activated to a fake barcode which activates another gift card Somewhere and the store is fully aware of these issues the manager name, Matthew and Gabby are aware of it. They do nothing. They didn't pull the gift cards until I came in there with the issue and I have several other ones that I pulled off showing them this fake barcode that people are paying to have activated. Matthew is also a bully. He's very disrespectful and he's very unprofessional and the young ladies also made sure that they inform me that he was not gonna do anything. He does not respond to their messages or there calls unless he needs someone to work for him is the only time he will respond. I am going to make sure that I file this complaint above this store and with the Better Business Bureau I also have videos if Walgreens is interested in doing anything that shows him acting out in the store and being a bully to your customers, and also another associate that decided to stand by him and lie and say that I came in aggressively when all I did was ask for my gift card. Matthew also said I threaten Associates last night when I took videos of everything me in the store at the register going through the gift cards and speaking with her so I had no time had any type of conversation with threatening anyone. Clearance rack is always my favorite! Clean bathrooms. Organized store! Friendly staff. And for some reason Walgreens is so different than CVS. I grew up with Walgreens and it always feels like home to me. There's something nostalgic for me and maybe it's because stores are supposed to be set up I the same layouts... I feel like family no matter what part of the country I go. There was a lot of selections and the flow was easy to find what I needed. I really like the Walgreens brand items and I know they are just as good and sometimes even better than name brand products. The seasonal displays are always so cute and festive! It really promotes happiness and celebrations. Cuteness on steroids with all the Easter items, candies, baskets, decorations, stuffed animals!!! I love consistency and I'm glad to have a Walgreens close to home! read more

I never EVER write bad reviews but my experience here was so offensive I have to write this one. This involves a cashier named WARREN. So my wife has been doing this deal as advertised in the coupon sheet. It's for Nestle candy bars. And if you buy 6 you should be get a 1.00 off your transaction. BTW the advertisement is for .39 each so thanks for trying to overcharge me. She's done this transaction at least 10 times at this location - so she said if the cashier is cool they will use the 1.00 off coupon on that very transaction. So before we even rung up, I had 18 bars for 3 transaction. He said "I can put it all on one transaction and you'll get them for a buck each." I said no - my wife instructed me exactly how to do it - please just do 6 at a time. He said okay. So he rings up 6 and he's telling me I need to put the card in the machine and says "This is where I GET to tell you what to do. Otherwise CVS is down the street." WHAT THE FUCK? It gets worse. So when the 1.00 comes out I ask if he will use it and he says NO very firmly. Won't even try it. So I let it go. 2nd transaction and when he's done I try to use the coupon from first transaction and he "tries" and says nope won't work but that's typical - you can't use it the same day. Bullshit my wife has been doing it the entire week. No good bye no thank you nothing. So now my wife tells me to put it all back and we discussed it and she is going to handle it herself. So NOW her time has to be wasted on this. I am so mad right now I am still in the Walgreens parking lot writing this review! If I see Warren at the register next time I come in, I WILL leave and go to CVS instead - it's his suggestion. Thanks WARREN! read more

This location is more convenient to my home then the previous location I used. However, this location has horrible customer service. The pharmacy always has a long line that never moves. It appears to be grossly understaffed. I deeply regret moving my Walgreens location, and will move my scripts back to my former location. It doesn't seem to matter whether it's at the drive-thru or inside at a cashier, there's always a line. Always. I would discourage people from using this Walgreens. Update: here I sit in a line at the drive through that isn't moving. I've found that going inside doesn't quicken this painful process! What is wrong with this location? Infuriating! read more

Walgreens has variety of easy makeup that I personally use as am not so heavy on makeup use. And today with the help of a very bubbly and courteous makeup consultant Shany. I got to try out makeup that I thought doesn't look good on me. She was so patient with me and she dolled me up and advised me accordingly. Thanks Shany and keep up with your lovely customer care. This is my go-to Walgreens for prescriptions. I used to go to the one on Keller Springs and Josey- but I don't pass that one on the way to work everyday anymore, so I switched to this one. Their call-in refills are usually done on time, and their auto-refills (which I'm signed up for on my most-frequently used prescription) almost always refill on the exact same day (mine refills on Thursday and I pick it up on Saturday for the following month). Drive-thru pharmacy service can be reaaaaally slow, but that's usually the fault of other cars in the drive-thru lane. Listen, if you have a long and complicated thing that you need to talk to the pharmacist about, then you get out of your car and go inside. I don't want to over-hear you telling the pharmacist that your last name changed since that prescription was written, but it's your old name on the driver's license, but your new name on the credit card- and lady- you managed to explain that in the most ass-backward way I've ever heard. Also, if your driver's license still has your old last name and so does your prescription? There is NO problem... That's just an example of one of the long, drawn out conversations people have had in the drive-thru lane. Seriously, get out and go inside if you need to explain something at length to the pharmacy staff. Anyway. As long as whatever pharmacy staff isn't seriously overwhelmed with customers and you don't have a jackass in front of you (or in the next lane) telling his/her life story to the person working.. it'll be fairy quick. They've never been out of my prescription before, and once when they were low on the boyfriend's prescription, they gave him all the pills they had and told him to come back the next day to get the rest of the prescription. We came back and it was ready to go. Will obviously be back, as my auto-refill should kick in next Thursday! read more

Customer service is dead. Showed up at 6:01pm in the drive thru to get some fairly critical meds and they refused service because they close at 6. Told me to go to a 24hr pharmacy when the meds were literally feet away from me. Once upon a time businesses cared about their customers - more and more they don't. This Walgreens is near my house, so I have found it convenient for the last three and a half years I have lived in this neighborhood. This Walgreens pharmacy is no longer 24 hours as of about two years ago, but the main store still is. The lead pharmacist can be pleasant, but has also been rude to me several times. Customer service is not a high priority for several employees in the pharmacy department. I think I need to switch to the Kroger pharmacy so I can stay around the corner but not have to deal with inconsistent customer service. I have never waited less than 10 minutes for someone to even start to help me at this Walgreens pharmacy. It is incredibly frustrating and ridiculous that they never have enough staff on to help their customers. I have tried drive thru and going in to the store and it's always the same. Today it took me less time to go down another 2 blocks to my CVS than the time I waited in the drive thru of Walgreens and still wasn't helped. This is an okay Walgreens. I called to see if they had the syringes I needed for giving insulin to my cat, but after being on hold for 7 or 8 minutes with the pharmacy, it was faster to just drive by on my way home. The pharmacy was busy but I was helped within 5 minutes. Some of the customers are obnoxious and two were playing loud music on their phones in the pharmacy waiting area like they were starting a concert. The pharmacy technician found the correct syringes and was kind and polite during our transaction. A previous time I was here, the bathrooms were utterly disgusting I and would probably not try them again unless it was an emergency! read more

This walgreens location is definitely always busy. I think the cashiers at night are super nice compared to day time cashiers. I went here on a couponing spree one time and the night time manager and cashier was super helpful. I had trouble with some of my items and a really nice pharmacist technician named Mary was so kind to help me even though she was leaving. She stayed back a little longer to make sure it was properly ringing up too. The night manager Mark was also kind enough to be patience and helped me ring up all my couponed items. I will say they have amazing customer service and it definitely showed they cared about the customers that comes in. I will be back! I am one satisfied customer! read more

Right now, I am writing I am told 5min wait, even I came here 2days wait. Most times too many person are waiting. One staff is working at three counts under "drop off/pick up" panel. This is the most busy Walgreens I have ever been too. The wait is terrible and they NEVER have enough staff working!
