There is a weird man working there, gives a very creepy vibe. Apparently goes by the name of Adam. Unfortunately, He was the only service associate there. He Was in a an awful mood, seemed angry. Zero customer service skills. Whenever I would ask a question he would start off by saying "Like I said". Then he became even more agitated when I said that he was rude, and aggressively said he didn't mean to but was still being rude, so I just left the store. Then I called to obtain a name and he answered and said how I help you and said MY Name! Again, super weird!!! he said, how can I help you I said I said I just need your name and hung up. His energy is the reason Why that store is always empty. Please, if see Adam, go back home and return another day or go to Another location. **** Business OWNER PLEASE READ *******Responding to his response: How is this even possible? if I didn't have the merchandise with me and tried on a pair of scrubs, with the intention to purchase yet another pair and my friends were also going to make a purchase. Adam, these allegations or pretty absurd and only confirm my initial suspicion, you do not have the mental capacity to be in a retail environment. You dont demonstrate any professionalism to be in a management role. You aren't fit for this role. You are the retail manager for the store and part of your job description is to answer questions. Although, I don't expect you to be jolly you can at least for the business pretend to like what you do. I don't think as a business owner I would want someone who is unapproachable to represent my business. As this is not good for the business. You are in a role where you have assist customers, if you don't have the patience for this field maybe, as previously stated this may not be a good fit for you. This is a great place to buy scrubs! Extensive selection and the staff was helpful. I have a hard time finding scrubs that I like and fit well because I'm petite. The person helping me showed me many fashionable options like joggers and scrubs that looked nice enough to wear after work if you had to. I had to order my scrubs since they were not in stock and received a call promptly when my order was ready for pick up which took about a week. I'll be returning to get our company's logo embroidered on our lab jackets. I chose med couture brand and love the way they look on me and the prices were pretty good! read more

Adam was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I recently came in to buy my friend some scrubs embroidered with her new credentials as a graduation gift but didn't know where to start. I don't work in healthcare and it was my first time in a scrub store. I showed him photos of my friend in her current scrubs and he knew immediately the brand and styles that she was wearing. He helped me navigate their expansive selection and gave me the best options fitting to her style. They were out of her style so he ordered them and they arrived quicker than anticipated and the embroidery was beautiful! I could not be more impressed with this place and the superior level of service Adam provided. He even gave me a sweet bag to put the scrubs in and she absolutely loved them. This is their new store since moving from their Valley Ranch location. I love their huge variety of scrub designers. Many yeas ago, you could choose from only a few different cuts and colors. No more, thank goodness! I prefer the Wink brand because of the fit and durability. They offer a wide variety of scrub tops and pants, which is much appreciated. If they do not have a type you would like, you can browse through their catalogs and they will help you find what you want. They are helpful without being intrusive. Great selection, the girls are friendly and will help you find what you need. The one star rating is because the manager is very rude. Do not get your things embroidered here. He sloppily embroidered my work logo off-center(see picture), over the jacket's stitching, and refused to redo it unless I pay for another jacket. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to pay another $40 for your mistake. He first said the machine wouldn't let him move it over, so I said I understand that and I would like a refund. He said no. Then he proceeded to argue with me saying it would look bad if he moved it over anyway. So which is it, you can't or won't move it over? Terrible customer service skills, go to another location. Or get the embroidery done elsewhere, the friendly guys in the middle of the mall kiosks can miraculously figure it out. read more

I went into the store a few weeks ago in order to get some scrubs for work. I work in a kitchen, and scrubs are the most comfortable thing that you can wear in the kitchen. They are also incredibly cooling. I have a hard time finding scrubs that fit me, because not only am I a plus size girl, but I am in the middle height wise. So the petites don't really fit me, nor do the original ones. The staff dropped everything they were doing to help me find a pair of scrubs that fit my body type. Not only did I find the perfect ones, They had cargo pockets, they were not too long, in the fabric is strong enough that I can wear them for a while. The prices were pretty fair, about the same that I have seen elsewhere. I'm willing to pay $25 for a pair of pants that are going to last me. I have been wearing them for about three weeks now, and they still have the same elasticity as they did before, even with daily washing. I will be continuing to use them in the future. Especially when I need pants for work. read more

Carmen always checked up on me every so minutes to see how I was doing and she'd bring out different styles and sizes for me to try on so I could just stay near or in the fitting room. This store is actually called scrubs not metro uniforms and they mainly sell scrubs, a few shoes and a few supplies for nursing jobs. I've been to a few other scrubs stores in DFW but it was my first time here. It's located next to target in the shopping complex. The manager was extremely helpful and so were the other employees. I bought 4 scrub tops and all of them were $9.99. Crazy deal right?! They have a pretty good selection as well. I would come back here but I doubt I'll be buying any more scrubs soon. read more

This store was so disrespectful to me when I told them I didn't want to wear a mask. They do not have a sign requiring this in order to shop in their store. When the manager said in order for me to shop there I had to wear a mask. It did not matter to the manager whether vaccinated or not. I turned around and walked out. the first experience there was amazing, the girl with glasses was so helpful. the second time i went not so much! the manager kept asking me the same question and couldnt get it right. couldnt understand her at all so i ended up getting my own stuff. 4th time i went the girl with glasses was VERY helpful. the manager, linda i got away from. the 5th time around 7:45 i went in to exchange and buy more scrubs and yes they close at 8:00. the manager linda trying to look up order since i left receipt in car. she couldnt find it and i asked her why. she couldnt tell me so i went outside to get the receipt. during this time she kept reminding me of the time and i told the other girl that ou didnt like linda. i needed scrubs and the last thing i needed was to be reminded of the time she took so long trying to look up my acct. the went to look and she gave me 5 more minutes (815). not a happy customer! i then picked up ny stuff and told them i wasnt to going buy tonight since i was rushed. linda said she was rushing me. i DO NOT LIKE LINDA. bad for business! read more

The guy there is awesome and helps out to make sure you find your perfect pair! However, the girl there was very unpleasant. I tried to return a pair of unused scrubs that still had all the tags on it two days later and she wouldn't accept them. She even quoted the return policy inaccurately to justify why she couldn't return them. Never going back here and if u do, it will be on a day when that same guy is working. read more
