I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this business. When my mom went to pick…read moreup my line jacket, we discovered the customization was completely wrong. The lettering was extremely small (about the width of a finger), and the number placement was the size of my palm, positioned high on the shoulder blades and much smaller than expected. This was especially frustrating because the jacket already had existing custom elements. When my mom tried to take a photo of the jacket to document the issue, the owner snatched it out of her hands. The situation escalated to the point where she had to call the police, and a report was filed. The owner also refused to cooperate, stating he was closing and would not wait to resolve the issue with police. There were also multiple issues prior to pickup. The price changed three different times even though my order never changed. The owner later admitted he did not have the correct size for the lettering but proceeded anyway, which resulted in a ruined jacket. Eventually, I was reimbursed for the jacket only, not including prior customizatioafter an hour , but only after significant back-and-forth. Overall, while the stitching quality may be decent for smaller items like purses, t-shirts, or pillows, this experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I would not recommend this business for more detailed or important custom work.

I have never dealt with such a horrible company in my life. They are unreliable, unprofessional,…read moreand incompetent. They put items on their website that are not available, then accept rush orders that they could not successfully complete, and then they replace items to what they see fit. Then when I call same day after pickup to request a fix to a replacement they changed on their own, they say they are going to call me back, and never do. If you can't complete an order, don't accept it. Don't email someone numerous times going back and forth on items you initially indicate you have, but really don't. I had to call back a third time and spoke to a man who was the RUDEST PERSON I HAD EVER DEALT WITH. I was trying to tell him what was wrong with the order in a calm manner and he continues to cut me off and yells at me. He wouldn't even let me finish my sentence on how I didn't have a problem with the entire order, just the unapproved replaced items that I'm not satisfied with. They were the wrong size, type, and quality. He offered to replace the shirts now, 2 weeks after the order. The event is over. I called your company that day, and the following day, for a resolution. I asked him for his name and he obviously refused to tell me. As I'm calmly saying all of this, HE HANGS UP on me. Ridiculous. Inappropriate. Uncalled for. Childish. Save yourself the hassle with this company. I would rather deal with the credit card company.

I placed an order with a reputable company for several personalized charcuterie boards for my team. So I found some replacements on Amazon, but unfortunately the personalization would not grantee deliver in less than a week ( which is all the time I had considering my holiday travel). Not familiar with Tx, I googled "wood engraving" and Blue Ribbon appeared. I immediately called on a Friday (end of bus week). I explained to Ms. MARIA my dilemma and she said, you know what, how soon can you get here...I could have cried! I said I can be there within the hour. She said I will see you when you get here and we will take care of you. I get there and she was as angelic as her voice. Very welcoming and friendly. I showed her my items and she said let me know what you want and we will have it by Tuesday. Of course I was pretty nervous as I fly out on Wednesday and Sue said they were closed on Weekends, WHAT!!!!! We were pushing it but when I tell you Saturday I received proof of font, Sunday final product view and MONDAY, my items were ready for PICKUP!!! Outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Oh and the finished PRODUCT WAS AWESOME AND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!!!! She handled it with white glove and they look beautiful!! Ms. Maria and team and I cannot THANK YOU ENOUGH for YOUR SERVICE. I cannot wait to see the look on my teams face when they see the amazing work. THE quality of WORK is immaculate! The customer SERVICE is outstanding! The cost is REASONABLE AND WELL WOTTH IT!
