Came here since it was convenient to get uniforms. My washed out uniforms needed replacing. The selections of sizes and colors are extremely limited for being a Baylor supported business. This should have tipped me off. They offer a 10% discount for employees. The staff was helpful. Seriously, tried on every uniform they had in the store. They lacked colors and sizes in everything I tried on. Nothing matched. Boo! I was able to buy ONE uniform from the store, but paid for two uniforms at the cost of 120$. Steep for 2 uniforms. This included 8$ shipping for a uniform I'm still waiting to arrive. When leaving the store, I received a register receipt. That's it. No information regarding shipment, or number to call for follow-up on the shipment. I check my mailbox everyday for a shipment. With what I paid, the uniform should have already been at my door. It's past the due date of arrival and I'm still waiting. I bought this uniform April 23rd. I'm fuming. If I knew it took this long to get uniforms I never would have made the purchase. Unbelievable! Buyer beware and lesson learned. I should have been more aware when placing an order. I would have tried on, thanked them and ordered online. Maybe that's why they don't tell customers? Update: Went in person to check on the status of purchased uniforms. They apologized and said they will be shipped. At this point it's 20 days later. Not happy to hear. Not happy about having to wait even longer. An apology and additional wait time is what I got. I should have insisted on a immediate refund. It's 24 days later and I've not received my uniforms or a note about the status of the order. I've been very patient. This is bad business practice, and shameful. Finally, after 26 days I received my uniforms. Be advised returns are not excepted after 30 days. Associate was pleasant but not a great selection as far as Cherokee and Dickies. I couldn't find matching top and bottoms or my size was available in one and not the other. Very minimal colors between both. read more

Very organized store and they carry many brands of scrubs and lab coats . The petite and Tall sizes have color-coded hangers to make it easy to find your size. The lady working there was helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent old school customer service! If they don't have your size they can order it or transfer it from one of their other two stores in Dallas. They have sales a few times a year also. read more

I'm one of those people who wear scrubs outside of hospitals. I'm know it's a no-no, but when you get past the shame, you realize they're a great weekend uniform too. I got the most adorable v-neck, ribbon-trimmed, waist-cinched shirt there. They've got patterns, prints, and colors up the wazoo. If you're a teacher-sweater kind of person, they've got the equivalent scrubs. They've even got slim and boot-cut options. Seriously, scrubs have come a long way. read more

We went in and were looking around, their sizes are limited. After we were there for a while browsing I was told that a mask was required. I said ok...do you have one she said no...we left. If you require masks you should have them available. Not worth the trouble to go back. read more

Outstanding customer service! I came in today looking for a cute pair of scrubs and a stethoscope and the ladies working here are such sweethearts! Especially Ann! Everything is mostly categorized by color and brand. They also have a specific color code tag for petite and tall. Green tags on the hanger I believe are for petite and blue are for tall. It was really helpful for me as I'm very petite and it's always difficult for me to find scrubs that fit me snug. The only downside is they didn't have a lot of petite scrubs. I can fit in an XS in an average for the scrub tops but an XS average in the pants are still too long for me so I had to do a bit of mix and matching sizes. Nonetheless, it was more than exceptional customer service- Ann was very sweet and showed genuine interest in what I had to say. I had planned on going to a different store but I'm really glad I came across uniform world first! They also have various discounts from time to time. Thanks again ladies! I went in yesterday to pick up my uniform that was being embroidered. The woman working was NOT wearing a mask and was very out of breath just from walking to the back room. I'm honestly just really disappointed that a store that caters mostly to people in the medical field are not enforcing masks for their employees. read more

This place should change the name of the store to, Women's Uniform World. I'm a male RN and went to this location to buy some scrubs for work. They had two small racks with a poor selection of scrubs for men. Yet, probably 30 racks full of different varities and hundreds of colors geared toward females. If you are a male, AVOID this store!!! read more

Staff is always friendly and helpful. If they don't have he size you are looking for, they will order it for you.

The store is actually open on Saturdays 10am - 4pm in addition to the weekday hours posted. The two ladies who work there were exceptionally friendly, professional, helpful, and cheerful. The selection is wide ranging, offering additional sizes (petite and tall sizes) and nice colors. The scrubs are tailored to a woman's figure so they are very flattering. The staff in store is so sweet. They held scrubs for me so I could rush over after work and know that they had what I needed. I went to this location about 2 months ago. The woman that worked there, (totally forgot her name) was so helpful and nice! I told her what I wanted and she pointed me right to it and picked out my size scrubs. After going to try them on several times, she was always right there to see if I liked them, or if I needed another size to try on. Never once acted like she was annoyed by my pickiness. Haha.
