He provided options and I was pleased with the suit. They don't allow you to try on a shirt, so he provided one to me to try at home. The pants needed adjustment so he measured for the changes. There were four weeks to the event and he requested three weeks. 3. We came back after three weeks and the pants didn't fit. They were too loose, and too short. He asked for two days to adjust again. 4. We went back two days later, and the pants had not been adjusted. They asked for another day. 5. We went back the next day, and the pants had not been adjusted. By then we were three days from the wedding. The manager or owner then told the Sales agent to return our adjustment money and we needed to solve the issue on our own. 6. We, desperately, went to "The Best Tailor House" in Stonebriar Mall." Within 15 minutes, they'd measured and made the changes. It was flawless. We also found out that "The Best Tailor House" sold Tuxedo's ans shoes and were even cheaper. 7. What I learned is that having a tailor matters, and customer commitment matters. On both of these ISW Meanswear falls short. In terms of choice they're quite good, but I question that value of they can't get the product in time, and when they run out of time, they essentially ask you to solev the issue on your own. Next time I'll go directly to "The Best Tailor House" and skip the unecessary trips and frustration.

They refused to measure him because he was not buying the suit in that store. There are no longer any regular Brooks Brother's stores where we live, they have all closed. I gather they were cordial to him, but refused to help. All I can say is Wow. Pathetic. I realize many stores are now forced to compete with their on-line business & the outlet business under the same brand, although I am not sure this is true for BB. However, refusing to help someone with something as basic as this. The guy at the outlet store (all that is available to us now) couldn't have been more professional and helpful. The employees at the Plano store denigrated the outlet stores, said they didn't know what they were doing. Customer Service is what separates the men from the boys. Plano needs to learn about it before they are the next BB store to close.

The Tailors Shop Staff are Terrible, I did take a suite and…read morepants for alteration, they literally messed them up, they did take my measurands and needed 3 days to get it done, when I came for pickup the suite sleeves was much longer that what they marked the fist time, they asked me to wait on hour so they can re-do them, the second time the sleeves was 3/4 In deferent in length, one sleeve is showing the shirt sleeve and the other is fully covering it for the other hand, the pants hem was 3", the tailor tried to convince me this how it should be done, I garbed some pants form the store and compared it to my messed up pants, the hem they did was more than double the standards. The Attending staff at the tailor shop and the front was just ignoring my complain and was willing to do nothing.
