I was having sleep deprivation because of the noise. I finally called them, and the first person I talked with told me there was nothing they could do. I called their advocate line called "We Care" and told her what happened and what was said, she gave me the number and name of the supervisor, case manager of this department. I called her and her response to me was very staright, to the point, she could not help me. "We do not exchange concentrators just because of noise". She did not care about my issues, with sleep deprivation, or anything else for tat matter. I just wasn't sure where to go from there. I called Medicare and explained, they were going to write them a letter. After two weeks, a gentleman (delivery person) comes to my door with a different concentrator. I rate Lincare a 2 but I rate the delivery person (Diego) a 5. He was exceptional. Kind, courteous, and explained somethings to me I didn't know about 02 concentrators.
