However when she called the assistant manager for help, the assistant manager was giving me some weird looks like she was annoyed and or suspicious or something. I asked if there was an alternative in refunding my money, like if she could do cash. I asked if she could seek further info on a return for Apple Pay, she was very very annoyed. She told me there was nothing they could do and I had to plead with her and ask her to pls call someone above her to ask for details as I was leaving the city of Fort Worth to Houston and i am a paramedic (don't wear scrubs) so store credit was not of use for me. I wanted to make sure the money would be refunded into. Y bank account. It was like pulling teeth, she refused to give me the number to corporate, she refused initially to contact someone above her before she actually did. She refused to give me her name, she told me that " I needed to learn to listen", and she ignored me when I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me. I want to note.. that there is nothing wrong with not knowing how to do something, but being in a leader position, you would think that she would know to call the next person in the chain of command to ask for further help/guidance. She made it such a complicated process, and had such a bad attitude the entire time, it felt like high school and clearly a bad example to the trainee and also very unprofessional.
