I even raised an objection to the district manager - nothing. What happened? I intended to purchase a cap. When the store clerk range up the purchase, the price was $3 more expensive than the price marked on the cap. I pointed this out to the clerk. His response was that the price in the computer was the price he would charge me. I believe this is illegal - to charge a price higher than marked on the merchandise. I told the clerk that I thought his actions were illegal. His response was to take the merchandise out of my hands stop communicating with me. Not even an apology from the district manager.

And the owner grew up nearby and has worn western wear her whole life--so she's passionate about high quality REAL boots that fit perfectly and accurate western wear. They even have a hat bar to design every element of a hat including branding and the thingy that wraps around the hat that has a proper name that I don't know. It's freaking amazing. SOMEONE SNAP A PIC! The staff were so kind and each used their own expertise to help me shop.
