absolutely amazing! I brought a sweater in that had a hole right in the front center of the sweater. They were able to embroider the brand logo of the sweater, over the hole and it was perfect. logo looked 100% authentic and they matched the color perfectly! it was exactly what I needed and it saved a very expensive sweater! the couple was extremely nice and asked many questions to make sure it was exactly what I needed. I dropped the sweater off and with a couple hours it was ready for same day pick up. will definitely be coming back in the future! read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They charged me $90 for one embroidered shirt but the agreement and my receipt said for 3 shirts. After they screwed up the 1st one I told them there was no need for the other 2 but they charged me an extra $50 for processing tax.... Ummm what is that? Lol I had prepaid 1/3 since that's what they requested (don't ask me why). They couldn't even do correct math when I caught them lying to me AND they were using a calculator haha. Come on people it was simple math you did not have to do because the calculator computes it for you. Anyways, I'm a military veteran and they are lucky I kept my military bearing after all that BS. PS: THEY WORK OUT OF THEIR HOME THAT SMELLED LIKE OLD MUSTY ARMPITS (sorry not sorry). The reason they changed their address is because they didn't have enough business to keep up with paying for their store..... probably due to unacceptable work. read more

Quality of work is satisfactory, however very pricey. I had them do 2 separate jobs and both were close to double the cost of industry standards. When I called and spoke to the owner to ask about pricing he was very short with me and hang up. I personally do not recommend this company. read more

The work was excellent I would have given 5 stars but they weren't ready when promised twice. They are very friendly and kind. Nothing like the experience I had with Embroidme who was rude and over prices and did crappy work. They had a can do attitude and did exactly what I asked for. Again if they had delivered the product on time on Friday they would have gotten 5 stars. Or even Monday morning when they promised. However I definitely recommend them based on the quality of their work. And would use them again. read more

I am very impressed with the service I received from Kam and Embroidery Express. I told them I needed a robe monogrammed within the hour and to my surprise they were able to complete this with no issue! It was a little pricey, but given the speedy service I did not mind paying a little more. They have lots of font and thread color options to choose from. Buyer beware! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. I asked my daughter to get some T-shirts and Chef shirts embroidered using a local store, they quoted her $12.95 per T-Shirt for the full logo and $8.95 for the swoosh only. Plus a setup fee of $49.95. when she called to see if the shirts were ready. The owner said the price is $50.00 for 2 Chef shirts. She asked why did the price change and he could not explain all he did was mumble in his native language and show frustration. So I decided to try and help. I drove down there, entered the store and said I am here to pick up an order. The owner found the shirts in a bag, and told that would be $50. Why is it $50? right away he became angry and tried to tell me that's the price because it's not a T shirt. I showed him his own text message to my daughter with his price of $12.95. He just got more upset. At that point I said fine. I do not want to do business with you, here's my credit card, give me my dam shirts. I'll pay you the $50 and you will never see us again. He responded with you " MF" I am calling the cops get out of my store. I said call them as I stood there. Can you believe the dude called the cops and told them that I was threatening him and being aggressive. I could here the cops asking him questions. They asked him if I was white, black or Hispanic, he said I was black. Within 6 minutes the cops showed up and one officer stayed outside the other quietly entered the store I saw him in my peripheral. I guess he wanted to be a fly on the wall an observe some interactions. Obviously I was not threatening anyone nor was I being aggressive so the cop called me back towards him and asked me what was going on. I explained the situation and the cop asked me to go over to his fellow officer while he talks with the owner. He listen to him reviewed some text messages between the owner and my daughter and the cop came back and apologized to me and said it was some miscommunication between the owner and my daughter. I told the cop that is what I was trying to figure out, but that dude called 911 and lied to them just to get you guys out here. Here is the moral to the story, people take time to know where and how you spend your hard earned money. This dude used my race against me to get cops to come out, it's a good thing this is not my first dance and I know how to talk to the cops. If not this could have gone wrong real fast. Do not waste your time here. A friend of ours had a terrible experience that went viral here but we decided to give it a try, being that it was close. I went in for a quote to embroider my company logo on some very nice jackets. I met the owner, an older gentlemen from Iran. All started well, original price per piece was $10. Then he started asking questions about what kind of company this was: plumbing, doctors office, etc, I told him we were a startup. I sent him my digital file and he said he would not use it because the size was too big and insisted his digitizing was better....for a low low price of $25, down from his $55-80 set up fee. He said the provided digital file was not re-sizable (it was). He showed me on his screen where I noted the ability to resize it. He quickly scoffed at the notion and turned off the screen. Nevertheless I agreed to the $25 fee as a cheap insurance policy against my $1500-1800 worth of jackets. Again he asked what kind of company my company was and after the prior exchange realized it was an 'ability to pay' scheme. I asked about some caps and he said he would do some for $45. I told him Lidz at the mall charged $20 all in he dropped it. When I produced some XXL jackets he noted he would not embroider the original size and need to enlarge my logo...for an additional set up fee. I declined and asked he maintain the logo size consistent. He then wanted to double the charge on the larger jackets to $20 so that he can unstitch the jacket brand logo and put mine it's place. I declined and asked he do them all the same size/color and move the logo to accommodate the jackets existing brands and pockets. He became irate and decided he wasn't doing our work anymore. He said we were lucky to have such good pricing and that his time was valuable and we have wasted 30 mins of it. His exact line was "You came in here for me, I didn't come to you." He was right, so we took our jackets and left. We felt bad for his employee and presumably his wife who was trying to convince him to settle down in their language. They were nice and apologized. Stay away! I asked for a quote for 10 shirts to be dropped off and the guy said $18 per shirt plus $45 digitizing fee for the logo. Went to drop them off and his wife is there and says it's $55 and I said "I was told it was $45." She says oh ok. HAHA tried to up charge me! Sent her the exact logo I needed via email and then gave her the same logo in a different color for the one black shirt. Later in the day I went to drop off two hats that needed one logo on the front and another logo on both right and left side of the hat. I explained to him exactly what I needed and emailed him images of logos and dimensions. He takes down all the notes but is just scribbling and talking over me the whole time. I was with my husband and told him when we had left there was no way they would turn out correctly. The next day he sends me the hats of course entirely incorrect. Somehow he even put an entirely different logo I had never even showed him and only showed to his wife for the shirts on the front of the hat. I never even showed him this logo. I explain what needed to be fixed and he says ok. Then when I come in to pick everything up his wife had messed up the one different logo for the one black shirt and then tried to tell me it was my fault and continuously argued with me when I emailed her the exact logo I was looking for. Then the guy tells me he wrote down everything I had said and that I just told him everything wrong. All the chicken scratch that he wrote on his paper that was absolutely impossible to follow. And tried to tell ME that I didn't tell him correctly. These people are INSANE and twisted. They were golf logos for myself and the guy said to me TWICE "I know these aren't for you" HAHA because I'm a little blonde girl they can't possibly be for me because it's golf related? I play on the LPGA Tour thank you very much. How offensive. I will never be back. read more

Horrible manipulative shady scamming owner!!! Please heed everyone's warnings like I did not and save yourself the trouble! I am so sad to write this because I had high hopes for this place and used them once and all was decent but I have to warn all now. They change their prices everyday whenever they feel they have you and can take advantage of you. My friend took 4 items in and had a name embroidered on each one for under $40, great. I took one jacket in and they quoted me $35 for a back logo and front name. I came to pick it up a couple wks later (I had to call to see if it was ready) and when I got there he said it would be $50. I said no you told me $35 and need to honor that and he did, also great. I told him I have a large order for my company coming of 30-40+ pieces and he told me it would be cheaper per item with a large order so I said great. I brought them in today and we spent an HOUR going over all the directions, I had everything written down and was super organized and gave him a month to complete it which he said was ample time. I confirmed with him that the price would be $35 or less per item (for a logo on the back and name on the front chest) and he said ohhhh no I'm sorry it will be much more. I can't do that price. I said what? You told me you could and I already paid $35 for the exact same thing a couple months ago. He said it would be $75 for the one logo on the back of the jacket per item!!!!! What the?!?! I have used a couple embroidery shops in the past and never paid more than $15 for a back logo and $5 for the front so $35 was already double that price but $75 for one logo on a vest, backpack, or jacket?!?!? Are you freaking kidding me???? I'm so livid I wasted my time and feel extremely taken advantage of and manipulated. I really hope they get what's coming to them and that I can save at least one other person from being scammed and wasting their time. There should be clear prices not prices that change daily depending on what they think they can milk you for-what a joke! Please heed these warnings and at least ask price first and get it in writing if you are going to use them!!! read more

This place is the worst!! The owner gives you one price then changes the prices once it's ready to pick up. I sent my dad (the owner of our company) to pick up our products because I was unavailable, when my dad simply asked why did the price go higher the owner made up all kinds of terrible lies and called the cops stating my dad was being aggressive/violent. SERIOUSLY a black man asks you a question, knowing you are not being honest about the quotes you gave me and YOU CALL THE COPS!!? On top of that, when you called 911 you made up lies just so the cops would arrive. My dad is an educated successful man, I've never even heard him say one curse word ever! And you claim he was violent... over EMBROIDERY!? Even the cops rolled their eyes that the owner called them for such a ridiculous reason. The owner is a racist/dishonest man, this entire embroidery shop is a joke. I also have yet to receive an invoice confirming payment for our products that was supposed to be emailed to me as a proof of purchase. Take your business elsewhere!!
