Met with the owner George at the beginning of December to get lettering completed for my two daughters robes. He was upfront and said it would take 20 days to complete the job. I checked in several times prior to the due date. Of course they were not ready! But I wanted to at least try. The robes were completed on their due date! The lettering was done as we had discussed. I think if it was not a holiday the robes would have been completed sooner. Just my thoughts. I'd have liked for the ribbing to be thicker on the lettering. The lettering is still great. I used this company to place a $500+ shirt order. The collared shirts were supposed to be "performance" quality, as that is how they were categorized on the company website. Much to my dismay, when I picked them up, they were majority cotton blend shirts. Why would a company list a 65% cotton blend shirt right alongside high sport-performance quality shirts such as Nike Dri-Fit? This transaction was deceiving and dishonest to say the least. The person I assume to be the store owner did not so much as blink when I ordered the shirts, via the telephone, and referred to them as performance golf shirts numerous times. And did he offer to compensate me in any way when I discovered this? Of course not. The company I work for is very new to the Allen area and will be making purchases of this monetary value regularly. I will never consider using them again. They also require payment in full upfront, which is not standard practice. The only reason I am giving them 2 of 5 stars is because the turnaround was quick. If you're looking for an open/honest transaction, or empathetic business owner, this is not the place to go. read more
