Met with the owner George at the beginning of December to get lettering completed for my two daughters robes. He was upfront and said it would take 20 days to complete the job. I checked in several times prior to the due date. Of course they were not ready! But I wanted to at least try. The robes were completed on their due date! The lettering was done as we had discussed. I think if it was not a holiday the robes would have been completed sooner. Just my thoughts. I'd have liked for the ribbing to be thicker on the lettering. The lettering is still great. Glad to have found a trust worthy business person! That's pretty important to have faith in someone to deliver. George did it thanks! My girls wear the robes daily! 1/2020 read more

George did a wonderful job with our custom logo design. Each piece was etched perfectly. When one didn't turn out the way he liked he purchased another cup, free of charge, to ensure we were happy. I would recommend him to anyone who's looking for someone who pays attention to detail and only delivers the best. read more

Asked them to add the "2022" in approximately the same font, size and spacing that already existed on this banner that was purchased years ago. Couldn't be happier with the result! read more

Great job! Had a sweatshirt done and it turned out really nice. Just what we hoped for.

Brought my Vera Bradley travel bag in for my monogram. George was so helpful in picking out the right color for my monogram since the bag is patterned with lots of colors. I loved the fact that George created the monogram on a computer that I can immediate see and proof. I choose not to pay for the expedited service, so left it for a week. It came out beautiful. Great work and customer service. read more

George offered a creative solution to embroidering some mini stockings just in time for Christmas and I could not be more thrilled (as several other embroidery shops told me it could not be done). His kindness and price to value is what made the decision a no brainer! I absolutely recommend Embroidery Arts for any embroidery, laser, creative, and custom design needs. This is a small business worth supporting with your business. read more

I called to see if they could screen print a shit and with 2 hours it was done and ready for pickup. When I arrived, the staff was extremely nice and worked with me to come up with a great design. The guy went through a few ideas with me and made sure I liked what I was getting. He took time to show me different colors as well. I will definitely go back for more shirts to be made. I was treated like family and not just another customer. Highly recommend this place. read more

I used this company to place a $500+ shirt order. The collared shirts were supposed to be "performance" quality, as that is how they were categorized on the company website. Much to my dismay, when I picked them up, they were majority cotton blend shirts. Why would a company list a 65% cotton blend shirt right alongside high sport-performance quality shirts such as Nike Dri-Fit? This transaction was deceiving and dishonest to say the least. The person I assume to be the store owner did not so much as blink when I ordered the shirts, via the telephone, and referred to them as performance golf shirts numerous times. And did he offer to compensate me in any way when I discovered this? Of course not. The company I work for is very new to the Allen area and will be making purchases of this monetary value regularly. I will never consider using them again. They also require payment in full upfront, which is not standard practice. The only reason I am giving them 2 of 5 stars is because the turnaround was quick. If you're looking for an open/honest transaction, or empathetic business owner, this is not the place to go. read more

I just had several graduation gifts monogrammed, and I'm thrilled with the results! And, they were fast and friendly as well.

Embroidery Arts customer service is phenomenal!!! I was in a bind for a rush print job for a next day event and they bent over backwards to help me it. My order was only for two shirts which is probably not even meeting their minimum but they helped me regardless and I am so grateful. They had the shirts ready in an hour and a half. The shirts look amazing and I can't thank them enough, great business!!! read more
