I was then told that they had left a voicemail on his cell phone. Ironically, he didn't order the jacket nor did he pay for it, so why they would leave a voicemail message on his cell phone is beyond me. Then when I arrived to pick it up, there was nobody in the front lobby--I waited. (I later realized that there was a sign on the wall that said ring, the bell upon arrival. However, there were boxes stacked in front of the sign. Therefore, I did not know that there was even a bell to ring.) Then a lady casually walks by. She looked at me and kept walking. She finally came back to inquire if I'd been helped. When I let her know that I had not, she then asked me what was I there for? I told her I was there to pick up a jacket. She went to the back got the jacket, handed it to me through the window and turned around and walked back to do whatever it was she was doing. As much as these damn jackets cost, you would think you would get a little better service. I will not be ordering my other child's jacket from them despite the fact that this is the business that the school uses.

One came out fine, but the other was noticeably off-center about half an inch because they used two different sized numbers and didn't even catch it. So after wasting money on a brand-new jersey, I had to go buy another one. I even changed the color just to avoid the same mismatch issue, hoping they could at least get it consistent the second time. What's worse is the owner acting like this is acceptable or "professional." It's not. When you miss placement by that much--twice--and only get one out of three attempts right, that's not a small mistake. It's sloppy work. If you care at all about how your print looks, take your business somewhere else. There are plenty of better options that actually pay attention to detail.

It was a large order, but we delivered design, colors and size information meticulously organized. They responded with a correct invoice. That's the last time anything went on track. The entire order missed the projected deadline. Only half the shirts were processed due to machine issues. We collected these shirts and waited for the rest. More machine issues kept several shirts in their possession with lots of processes of 'delivery Monday'. We were ghosted from mid-September to mid-October with no responses to multiple emails about incorrect shirts, the missing shirts and a random invoice we were sent. Finally the owner claimed to be getting involved but we heard nothing again. Then his response was the missing shirt would be 'delivered Monday'. No other status updates or comments. Nothing came on Monday. Super shocked. You can't call, it's all unreturned voicemails. Emails are sent into the void with no responses. Don't use this place.
