The embroidery seems a bit much but they do really good work so the cost makes up for itself. The turn around is also relatively quick. Actual shop is extremely dirty OK, here goes my story. I ordered a bunch of team spirit gear and one of the items was my dri-fit t-shirt. The T-shirt was 3 XL, but the neck on the shirt hung down past my chest. It seemed more like a ladies shirt. The order form did not give any sort of shirt dimensions. Well it has been a nightmare trying to work with the Owner, Claire, who initially just sent me the dimensions of the Tshirt and said I was free to order another one in a different size, AT MY COST. I explained to her that I was disappointed with that answer and I would hope that they would have a satisfaction guarantee on their products. I tried to work with the owner to ask them to see if they could find another brand. I send them brands that I had bought in the past to see if they could get the same style. But they did nothing! Fast forward, here we are 3 weeks later, today, and i finally decided I would just go and pick up my shirt from them, now being tired that they have been able to do nothing to make it right. Low and behold, Claire is in the shop and asks me how she can help me. I tell her who I am and she does not even identify herself as the owner, nor does she make and sort of apology for the issues with my order and trying to get it fixed. It gets worse. They can't find my shirt. After 15 minutes, I tell Claire's manager could she please just refund my money. She ignores that request and time goes on. I take a look in the back and there is the manager making me a new shirt! They knew I was not happy with the first shirt, so why make another shirt and not just refund my money. That would have made me happier that having a shirt that I will never wear.

They had sewn my company logo of two shirts inside out. They insisted on making it and allowing them to fix the shirts. Instead of taking the ruined shirt, I allowed them to fix. They said for the following two months they would return the shirts. Now they've gone ghost. These people are the worst of the worst.

We stopped in because The Shirt Locker had a sign on the side of the road that said, "Face masks for sale!" What a smart idea! The Shirt Locker has a nice range of face masks in solid colors, patterns, sports teams, etc. They have masks appropriate for children, adults, and extra-large faces for $15.00 each (they will take cash or credit card). It's a sweet shop, owned by super nice people! Comfortable environment, friendly faces and they have no problem answering your questions. We are currently working on custom face masks for our organization. We're really impressed with the time they've spent with us, patiently working through the details, interjecting ideas, helping with the design, and showing us the end result.
