Amazing service, they did exactly what I asked, let me change my mind a few times and worked with my weird requests. I had them alter a 100% wool suit that I picked up and they fixed the waist of the pants, the length, and the waist of the jacket. I don't normally leave reviews, but the customer service at this tailor shop was so rude, I felt compelled to say something. I brought in a lining material that they had instructed me to get, only to be told it was the wrong one. Instead of calmly explaining the issue, the woman at the front desk tossed the fabric back at me like I was an inconvenience. It was humiliating and completely uncalled for. There was no attempt to be helpful or polite--just cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. Thankfully, I found another tailor (GQ Tailor in Plano) who treated me with respect and took the time to walk me through the process. Prices there were also far more reasonable. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values their customers. read more

I went to get my dress shortened 2 inches and she charged me 87! The dress itself is less expensive then what she charged me!

Claimed they could not sew on the Zombie patch among all of them. It's not even over a pocket or anything. In fact it is the only one that is not! Yet whined it was to hard to not sew pockets. Yes it is more difficult to go over pockets with out closing them however it is your job! If you want to be lazy about your job then don't have a business that provides a certain service. Pure laziness and clearly doesn't need my business or anyone else if it's not plain and simple work. read more

Two star for courteous and quick service, however quality of work is poor. I paid almost $25 for a hem job that wasn't even folded over on the other side to look like the original. I went there to get pants hemmed and have a little taken in at the waist. When I got them back, it was clear they did not do the waist. The pants kept sliding off. I went back to tell them they didn't do the waist ( I had already paid for the service) and the lady got so defensive with me saying they did. So I tried the pants back on to show her they didn't and she was so rude to me. I wanted the hem to be a little shorter and told them I don't want the pants to touch the ground and they clearly touched the ground. I wore the same heals when they measured me in. Overall I am super disappointed. If they would have apologized and just fixed it, I may have overlooked all of this but the lady was so rude to me It took me by surprise and they did not do a good job. read more
