I've gotten my scrubs embroidered here a few times and for the most part, it's been fine. The prices changed every time which is annoying but it's a difference of a couple of dollars which wasn't a big deal. The reason I am posting this review is because they have ruined the last 2 batches of my scrubs with the wrong embroidery size and font. The first time it was done incorrectly a newer person was working the front, and didn't know how to measure the font size I wanted-- I even brought in the set they had done previously to match the size. But they made it too small and off center so I don't even wear those 2 sets of scrubs. I asked if they could re-do it and the owner said it would rip the scrubs and instead offered to do the next 2 sets for free. Fast forward 9 months and I bring in 2 sets of scrubs. They don't remember me and my past situation so I remind them what happened and again I wore a pair of scrubs with the right embroidery I wanted, they said don't worry and they'll call when it's ready. 1) they didn't call. I had to follow up 2 days later and they hadn't even started on it, and started when I called. 2) they messed it up again! I wanted a 3/8inch font and they did it again in 1/4. I had them measure it and it was 1/4 inch, and they insisted it was 3/8. I walked out without saying anything but never again. They've screwed up 4 sets of scrubs that cost me $80 per set. If you need consistency on pricing and quality of work, go somewhere else. read more

I always get my jeans and dress pants hemmed here. They do a good job. Pretty clean stitching. I specify how much to hem. Sometimes they'll add starch to garments so just specify that you don't want it when paying, if needed. Friendly service. read more

I have come here twice. They do a good job, but I can't figure out how they determine their pricing. I have had them work on two dresses needing nearly identical alterations. I brought them in on separate occasions. I paid $26 for the first and $38 for the second. I think it just depends on the day. They eyeball it and spit out a price :(. I originally had left a 5 star review, but I can't stand when people aren't transparent with their pricing. Tailors are notorious for this kind of thing. I have now paid more for the alterations than for the dress. I decided to cut my losses and just fork it over for this one. Would spend that much in gas and time trying to find someone else to do it. read more

As an athletic male, it is impossible to find dress shirts that fit in the shoulders, chest and neck without it looking like a trash bag around the waist. I decided to give this shop a try, and have been extremely pleased with their work (took in the sides and slimmed it up). The shirts fit so well I am sure to shoot straight up the corporate ladder, all I need to do now is feather in a little bit of grey hair :) All of my dressy shirts will be coming to this shop from now on. I would also suggest any male do the same if they desire a properly fitting dress shirt without paying for a high end custom made piece. Also bear in mind these were already "slim fit" dress shirts. I am pretty sure manufacturers are just putting that on the label to make overweight men feel better about fitting into a "slim" shirt, or the American definition of "slim" has now evolved into slightly skinnier than a hippo. They are very reasonably priced...and has already been mentioned, the shop needs to see the work they're going to have to perform to give an accurate price. read more

The best part about this place is definitely the option of 24 hours. I had them do a bridesmaids dress and have it taken in on both sides and they had it done 24 hours later! And it turned out perfect!! read more

They will not provide a price list for even basic alterations, So they charge what ever they want. I requested a price list and they said they do not have one, They determine price when you come in. Work OK but not worth the price others are more reasonable and better quality. Think they play games with price . The owner quoted me 12 dollars to hem a skirt when I brought it in he raised the price to 23. I will look elsewhere going forward read more

Im sorry but if you know anything about reasonable pricing for a tailoring kob youd kno tjis place is wayyyyy too expensive. They told me it would cost $150 to tailor a $200 dress... I just wanted it taken in on the sides and hemmed from the shoulders.... im sorry but this is a ripp off!!! Theres way better priced tailors out there that do a phenaominal job. And above anything they were rude when I said it was too high. read more

I went here to have my pants altered. I had a 15 percent off coupon. I showed the young man my coupon for my discount. He told me that it can't be used on the first visit. The coupon never said that. The ladies there are great but he is a crook. Watch out for this guy. read more

I recently took a bridesmaid dress in to this location to have some alterations done and I was really pretty disappointed with the overall result. After trying it on to see where it needed to be altered, the man said there really wasn't much he could do for me because of a certain seam, but it really just didn't seem reasonable. I mean, isn't that what you do??? I left it with them for 6 days and they did the best they could, I suppose, but I really wish I had just taken it somewhere else. Now I know, I guess. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to negotiate for the pricing of every stitch, cut etc. It is extremely uncharged the past couple times I have been in here, that being said everything is done on time. read more

Stumbled across these guys last night while stopping for dinner. Lucky me had a pair of pants in the car that needed hemming. They offered to do while we ate, but I opted to pick up the next day...sure enough they were finished perfectly, pressed and ready to go. I love my normal tailor but he is 40 miles away...I think I have a new place much closer with Sun's. I came here to get my prom dress hemmed, and when i got it back they cut the dress way too short and the lining was much longer than the actual dress. My dress looked "high watered" and just unappealing in general. Although, they did offer to fix it and were very nice about the situation... it just would have been nice for them to get it right the first time. read more

Excellent work and they have done things in a pinch for me on many occasions. I think their prices are very reasonable as it is so hard to find good tailors these days. He truly understands fabric and has good recommendations. The last reviewer stated they do shoe repair, they also work with leather and can embroider. read more

This tailor was great! Walked in, got chalked up, and dropped off my things within 15 minutes. Although alterations can get expensive, the craftsmanship is what counts! I had my slacks shortened and jacket sleeves tightened, and I am very satisfied with the results. Plus, they got it done within a week. I'll definitely be coming back. read more
