I used C3 alteration for my prom dress and wedding dress years ago and had a great experience both times. Went back recently for a wedding guest dress and the service was bad. Was told to call to confirm the dress was ready but the phone number provided did not work. Showed up in the agreed upon day, but was told it wasn't ready--asked them to double check and it suddenly was ready but not steamed. They couldn't take a card so I had to leave to get cash and then there was no compromise/discount for the inconvenience. The dress itself was altered well, but the customer service experience will make it my last time there. read more

I had bought a long sweater dress that I could not return so, if it was not fixed, I was going to lose about $300. The woman in the shop are very very sweet and had my dress ready on time. They did such a phenomenal job altering it. I can't believe it. It fits perfectly. I highly recommend taking any type of clothing here. Will not be returning here. Every single time I come here, nothing is ready. I came in today to pick up a top I dropped off (only a very small adjustment was needed, probably a 15 minute job). When I went in, they told me it wasn't ready and to come back at 4 PM, so I came back at 4 PM, and it still wasn't ready. Wont be back. read more

The owner is very polite. Some people may remove a star because it's not in a fancy location. But I think that allows them to provide the customer a great value for their work. Came here to get my bridesmaid dress alternated. There's two layers to my dress and it was $35 to alternate if you pay in cash. If you where to charge, it would be about $3 more, I guess for the credit card processing fees. I am fairly happy with the service and how my dress turned out. Nothing will be ready on time. I've been back 3 different times and still my dress was not complete. They do not care about their customers and will blame you for their errors. First time they said that the dress was looked over or forgotten, 2nd time (that she told me to come back at a certain time) not done only 1/2 of it was completed. Finally on the 3rd try they finally have the alterations done however, I still need to wait for her to steam it. Really?! It's been there over a week and 5 more days than promised and it's still not done. They don't apologize or try to keep you as a customer. 1st and last time going here. read more

I had trouble finding a place to do small alterations for a long time. This merchant will do small repairs as well as large alteration jobs on site. Turnaround is quick. They even do leather work. All at a reasonable price. Not very fancy location but the get the job done that I need done. read more

I chose this place because they gave me the best price. I wasn't going to spend $400 in alterations on a wedding dress I purchased for $600! They charged about $150 and that included taking in the dress around my waist, altering the built-in bra, sewing in a hook so that I could quickly bring up the train as needed, replacing the buttons on the back of the dress, and bringing the dress up because I'm on the shorter side. They were quick, only took about 2 weeks for my wedding dress alterations, and that's probably only because I told her I was in NO rush. I bought my dress well in advance of the w wedding. They also altered my now husband's pants for the wedding and they looked great. The shop is small but it's conveniently located near my house and the ladies that run the shop and do the work are very sweet. Can't ask for much more of an alterations shop! read more

Very knowledgeable tailor ladies. I took my formal gown to be altered on 12/13 and picked it up on 12/22. They are very busy during holidays so be sure to start early as there may be delays due to having just the one lady who does most of the alterations. I had to wait 1 extra day from time promised on my ticket, but the seamstress did an excellent job on my formal gown which was quite complex work with zipper and sequins etc. She had to take the garment apart and put it back together. If you need something altered for an event be sure to build in a few extra days and allow them some extra time for pickup and all will be well. Very good prices too. read more

I have been going to this place with my mom ever since I was a kid. Now that I am older, I get my own clothing tailored there... jeans, suits, pants, dresses. I've seen all kinds of clothes here and if you bring jeans in to be tailored, you have the option of keeping the original hem of the pants. Most of the customers have been going there for a long time, like myself. This is a family owned business and everybody is really nice there. I took a lined wool blazer to have altered. They told me it would be ready on Saturday. I went Saturday to pick it up. They said it wasn't ready. I waited 45 minutes and tried it on. It was not right. They said they would fix it--another hour I waited. She didn't press it--it was all wrinkled. I was livid--not only because it wasn't ready on time but they didn't even press the wrinkles out. I paid them but will NEVER go back there. Be careful of this place. Bad experience!!!! read more

This place was referred to me. They are very nice people but I gave them a week to alter a bridesmaid dress and it still wasn't done on time. I came to pick up the 2nd time and the length wasn't right and had to have it pinned a 2nd time and come back the next day to pick it up. Luckily I built in an extra day to receive the dress. Also the dress needed taking in on the side and they took it all in on ONE side which makes the zipper crooked in the back and the off shoulder strap so tight my daughter can't move her arm. This was not a professional job and I will not use this place again. Just make sure you allow extra time and that at the pinning everything looks correct. They should have taken some in from each side of the dress so it doesn't look crooked in the back. They already cut the fabric so there wasn't any way to fix it. So disappointing! read more

Great alterations! Excellent quality work and reasonable prices. I had two scarves repaired that were looking pretty sad with lots of pulls and snags. The ladies here totally revived them! Excellent attention to detail. When I dropped off, they were marking all the pulls. I was in no rush but they turned around in 4 days. I will be back for future alteration needs! read more

I came (on a Tuesday morning) to this place based on reviews- I needed a quick simple hemming done. Lisa told me to come on Thursday, then changed her mind as I walked out the door and said it would be ready after 1pm on Saturday. I came on Saturday at 2pm and it wasn't ready. They told me to wait 30 mins and they would do it. I could wait on thier time so they said to come Sunday. I told them I will come in the early afternoon, and when I did- IT WASN'T READY. And the kicker is that Lisa told me that she didn't know I would be coming 'today'. She told me to wait while she worked on it- and since I couldn't wait once again on thier time, I left. For A THIRD time i came back and finally it was done. No apology or owning up to thier bad service. The hemming wasn't even amazing, I've gotten better. Charged me $16... For bad service and 'eh' work, I will not be giving them my business. read more
