The majority of uniforms are each made differently leaving you unsure of the size needed for that particular brand. The service is suburb! I found what I needed and they even ordered me more since I really liked this brand. The size was true a true fit. I found the price to be more than reasonable. I got a new job and needed to find scrubs. This location was close to my house so I stopped by. Not only was I greeted very warmly, there was also an amazing sale going on. Greys anatomy scubs half off! I didn't get her name but she was so kind and extremely helpful. She even told me good luck on my first day upon leaving. I would have recommended this place just by those things. I checked my mail when I got home and there was this sweet note they mailed to me with a 10$ off coupon. Talk about 5 star customer service. Even my husband, who's been to several scrub shops with me commented, within the first few minutes, we got such informative help about the new features on different scrub brands they carry, shoe care to make them last (my danskos currently have a hole due to using bleach and sani wipes on em). I've never had actual help in a scrub store before. Brittany was so helpful, quick to grab sizes and make suggestions for the style you're looking for. Got some great sets with the perfect fit and even a great deal on a new pair of danskos. Definitely recommend paying them a visit. read more

This is a late review. I shopped here about 3 weeks ago and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Exchange/return policies are posted visibly at the counter and the employee checking me out also reiterated it so I'm not sure where there could be any confusion. I also received a handwritten card and a gift card days after my visit, which I thought was such a great gesture! Dont go buy here because this store sucks! They wont let you refund any purchases! They can only exchange it and even if you just purchased it yesterday! Poor customer service and a total scam! Get your scrubs at walmart or scrubs and beyond you can return it just in case you find a cheaper and more comfortable scrubs! If you work with valley health system you get 10% discount at scrubs and beyond way more cheaper and you can return it just in case that you changes your mind! This store sucks and cant do anything! My favorite scrub store! I generally have a hard time finding scrubs that I don't need to have altered. This place sells a wide variety of styles and sizes, including petite and tall, from xxsmall to 4x. The place is organized, clean, and even smells great. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The prices are average but they have great incentives and promotional offers, as well. "Can I help you find anything?" Usually what you hear when you walk into a store. I don't know about you, but I always think they're just saying it to be nice not because they want to actually help you... at Scrubtastic, they REALLY mean it!!! I'm petite and kind of picky to be honest about my scrubs. I mean, if I'm going to wear it 5-6 days a week for 40+ hours I gotta really love them! The selection here is amazing and the people are FANTASTIC! I have NO clue where the person that wrote the one star review went to but it was not here. I came in pretty close to closing time and both the owner (? I'm assuming) and the gentleman employee went out of their way to find exactly what I wanted. While I was trying the copious amount of stuff they procured for me in the dressing room, I heard them both going through the racks looking for my size and color in different brands. That amount of caring can't be faked. Cherry on top? They do monograming in less than 20 minutes and again, very reasonable price! My whole set, monogrammed, was around 65 ish. The ONLY bad thing is parking but they have a lot right behind the store that I didn't know about so don't be like me and park a four minutes walk away. The walk was worth it though! read more

Be very sure of your purchases. My daughter shopped here, was told she could return her new scrubs for any reason. She was very surprised when she tried to return pants and a top and found that she can return them only for store credit. Best place to go for scrubs in my opinion! I went there today and the young lady working there helped me out much more than she really needed to. I was having a sizing issue and she helped me find the right size for me. Then when I asked if she had any more of a particular style in my size she said no but they will special order it and then even offered to bring the scrubs to me once they came in. This business is completely family owned and operated. And sure, it's a little pricey, but lets face it, if you want quality scrubs, you're gonna have to pay for them.
