If you're in your 20s/30s and struggle to find clothes for work that don't feel too uptight but are still appropriate, this is an awesome place. This particular location is one of my favorites, because I always seem to get exceptional customer service when I am here. The ladies have always been very helpful in finding me what I need and getting a fitting room started. Bonus points for the store normally being very organized and clean too. I have shopped at this company for years when they used to be called Rochester in Preston Forest…read more The company had changed directions, lower quality merchandise and fewer sales people to help in the stores. I shop at both the Dallas and Frisco locations. Bring a shop for big and tall, the one service I miss most is that they do not have onsite tailoring, which their clients need usually. It's sad that DXL keeps pushing the customer to purchase online, even in the stores. I guess this helps reduce inventory costs, but the customer pays full retail in the store or online. Unfortunately, in terms of good clothing they are the only store in town.

Helpful, courteous and knowledgable and so nice come to mind!! The store is pleasant and relaxing to be there. They are also developing a reward program for dollars spent. Now for why I was there. My niece in law told me about Kratom over a year ago. Her mother who has MS started taking when her neurologist stopped proscribing opioids. I have had chronic pain for the last 25 years from chronic myofacial pain (muscles feel like the are being pulled off the bone), fibromyalgia and the biggy Ankylosing Spondyloarthapathy. This arthritis effects the major joints and eventually even your spine will fuse. Two hip replacements, 4 fused disc replaced and scoliois bars put in my back from walking bent over to avoid the pain. A year later a laminectomy and I still need more back surgery. In May, my neuro of 15 years decided with all the new federal regs and insurance companies crap, he would no longer treat chronic pain due to increased cost of staffing. I was angry and wasn't sure where to turn. I have a pain management doctor, but he doesn't proscribe opioids, . I remembered the KRATOM and how it has helped her mother stop the opioids, but I was SKEPTICAL. My daughter told me about a new CBD place that just opened in Wylie, so I what can it hurt, pardon the pun. THANK GOODESS FOR THESE NEW NATURAL SUPPLEMENTS. I can not begin to tell everyone about the BENEFITS of CBD oil from HEMP and KRATOM from the leaves of a species of coffee plants. The Kratom is a capsule I take to alleviate the chronic pain that is made from the leaves of a species of coffee trees. Read about it. The science is how it effects opioid receptors, The cbd oil from HEMP is absolutely a miracle that replaces all the muscle relaxers in the world that can't even hold a candle to CBD OIL. It relaxes me so much that my horrible muscle pain is down next to nothing. I swing my arm and they feel so loose. No more major charley horse cramps all over. Off the fetanyl patch (stopped 2 months ago). No more hydrocodone and it only took 8 days to stop with the KRATOM as needed) and no more stigma about taking opioids!!!! I didn't start out to be so personal about my issues, but thought I needed to explain so people will benefit it that have joint or muscle pain. This is the REAL DEAL! For those of you who say they are placebos, then all I can say is try it, you may like it just like Mikey from the commercial 40 years ago.
