He noticed the price tag and rudely stated there is nothing they can do about the tag being wrong or the being in the incorrect space. It's not a big deal about the price of the item, but trying to chew out an employee in front of a customer about it is unprofessional and speaks to his lack of leadership. I chose not to buy anything because their prices are higher than Academy and other competitors, even for the same items. On top of that, you have people like Brandon who would rather stand up front and do nothing than make sure customers have a great experience at their store. KR exceeded every expectation with his knowledge and willingness to spend time making sure the helmet fit my son properly and assembled everything that came with the helmet properly and quickly.
