Turns out it was time for an oil change, which confused me because the dealership told me they put synthetic oil in and I wouldn't need an oil change for 6 months. So he checks it and says, go elsewhere because the dealership maybe ripping me off. He even told me which type of synthetic to get. When we got back to our car, the engine would not start. It was immobilized. A jump-start did not help... To make a long story short, we called a few places. Joe came to our location within 25 minutes, so we did not need a tow. He got the engine started within 10 minutes, told us to get a new battery, and we were able to drive to an auto parts store to buy the needed parts. After installing a new battery, we completed our road trip without further problems.
