WORST TAKE 5. DO NOT WASTE AWAY IN THEIR ALWAYS LONG LINES. WASTE OF TIME…read more Unprofessional and lazy. The employees must believe floating around lackadaisically with each other is far more important than getting the job done and the key to expediency at Take 5. I waited in line for over 45 minutes behind two other cars for me to allow them under my hood, unscrewing my filter, giving them my information and mileage, all for them to tell me they don't have my filter. Confused at them pretty much telling me too bad you waited but you need to leave, I asked them if they would help me find another close by Take 5 that did in fact have my filter. The younger black fella was clearly irritated I asked and told me I have a phone and can call myself. When I told him I don't know what to ask for he said even if he did call himself that I'd get an off-site customer service agent that wouldn't be able to confirm what was actually in-store. Truly, he was so unpleasant I held up his line pleading with to help me. After a good 10 minute back and forth, the younger Hispanic fella came over and offered to call an employee from the other location because the phone numbers aren't direct to the store. Before doing so, guess what he did? He actually did the other fellas job and searched high-and-low which resulted in finding the filter for my car! Can you believe it? Crazy what happens when you try. Well, while the helpful fella was looking for my filter the unhelpful fella decided it best to walk past my car a few times mumbling "f****g b***h* just loud enough for me to hear him calling me awful names because I asked him to be of assistance. Wildly enough, I deleted my first review because I've been there. Working a demanding job where you're expected to maintain a crystallized smile when you're drained in all ways possible. So I decided to try and reason with him before I pulled away. I asked him if he was still mad at me and if I could have a moment more of his time. He said "nah" and looked away. I won't be back to this location. I hope management reviews this and addresses the service I received.
