We went to this store on a Sunday. No one was in the store. My wife had multiple watches that needed the batteries replaced. The manager told my wife he didn't have time to replace the batteries on that many watches. They were busy in the back of the store. He said it would take like 45 minutes for that many watches. My wife was shocked. I went in to get his card and and told him it was so I could write a review and he got confrontational, insulted me and cursed at me. read more

Purchased a battery for my handheld Dyson v12 and although it wasn't in stock, it was there to pick up in a couple of days. I ended up picking up the battery on a Sunday and the clerk said it would be ready in about an hour. He had to replace the battery on the stick vacuum. Then I asked if he could replace a key fob battery which he did promptly and told me he would charge me later when I picked up the stick vacuum. I ended up coming back about 1 hr. 25 min. Later and he was still getting the battery installed as it was a bit tricky. I had my Timex watch battery replaced by the staff in Batteries Plus in Mansfield, TX. The service technician who replaced my battery (with the battery I brought in myself) said there is generally a service fee for this service but did not charge me anything because I am on active military duty. That was very kind of him and I did not expect that kind of treatment especially because battery replacements on Timex Ironman wrist watches can be very technical and tricky. He did the work on his work bench equipped with a large magnifying glass. The service technician is very skilled, did a great job, and my watch is working again. Employees are knowledgeable and professional. I have had the battery replaced in my car fob, I had them order and program a new fob. Last year on my Mother's car she bought used the fob case/buttons were used and they were able to save me money by replacing the case only. read more

Zero stars for the record. I took my iphone here for screen repair. Came home to a notification from Apple that "a new phone is now accessing my Apple ID". I never signed out or back in on my phone when I left it. Nor did I add any new phone to my account. Suspect my phone was cloned. Called owner who denied it was possible. I had to spend 3 hours changing my Apple ID & Passcodes so this mysterious "new iPhone" no longer has access to my account. As the phone has not otherwise been out of my possession & this appeared immediately after it was in their possession for an hour, there is no other way any other device could have access to my account. I had a jacked up cracked Ipad screen and after calling around to check prices, they seemed like a good respectable reasonable place to take it to be fixed. They did have to send the Ipad off to be fixed and it took right around a full week for it to come back. They really did an excellent job. The sales clerk told me the new screen may not sit perfectly flat like it originally did, so that worried me a bit. But when it came back it was just like new. Hells yeah! Side note,there can be 2 possible problems with broken Ipad screens. One is more expensive to fix then the other. Luckly mine was the least expensive repair. So after a coupon they gave me at the store, I spent like $120 to replace a Gen 4 super shattered screen. Sales clerk was very helpful throughout the whole process. I would go back to this "chain" of stores, but they just opened one up in Cedar Hill which is alot closer to me. read more

The 2 gentlemen working this morning were more than happy to help. They looked at my phone and said they were just gonna take the battery out and restart it for me. I just got my iPhone fixed Friday and sometimes the screen would not respond to touch but it was all good until a little crack happened due to the glass being to bad it was not drop or push are it just crack on that Monday I went there to see if they would fix it due to fail of the Company and mechanics. Very impressed with these folks. I had no idea they handled car batteries - and wish I had known years ago. I'll probably never go anywhere else from here on out. Within minutes of placing my order online (and you get a discount for doing so) I received a call from the Owner - letting me know that he didn't have my battery in stock, but would either cancel the sale and send me to another store in DFW, or go get it from them ASAP and call me back when it was there at the Mansfield store. That's Customer Focus to me. When I got there they switched out the battery for me and even utilized a Settings/Memory Saver so I didn't have to reprogram everything. Do not allow them to change your watch battries!! My wife and I have several watches each and a battery is always needed in one of them. The first time they installed battries without a problem, a few months later we returned and had another watch battery install and upon completion, the installer told us the stem was bent but he had completed the service, we didn't think too much into it, we simply bent it back in place. A few week after that we took a movado in for srevice...long story short, the tech gouged the case with his tools, the stem was pulled out snd forced back in and it start losing time. When we discovered these issues and contacted the store owner he refused to even consider taking responsibility for the damages. People, pay the extra money to have the small things done right.
