I've never had a problem with Derik or his tech, the both of them are super welcoming as soon as you enter the door. I can't help but smile seeing my phone come back to life. Today I worked with Derik, as expected, I was greeted upon entry, asked how I could be helped, I told him my budget and he worked with me to fit it. Before examining my phone, he asked if I'd sign the waiver (as most phone repair shops do) and I did. Once he began the repair, he began explaining exactly what he was doing while doing it. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I really enjoy knowing what's going on with my belongings, and he let me know exactly that. I'm a talkative one, so I kept a conversation. If you're not like me, there's no reason to worry, while you wait, there is free WIFI and TV to watch. Having been a repeat customer, I found it hard to accept some recent reviews I read. Unlike a few people in this world, I understand when a phone is beyond repair. I've had nothing but great experiences and satisfaction here. For that, I'll continue breaking phones and continue to go only here. Thank you so much Derik!
